Very clean and nice facility
Had groups in multiple rooms on our floor who were drinking and partying most of the night also had a group above us that sounded like they were coming through the ceiling until all hours

Location - We needed a place close to a family reunion and Tappahanock was within 20 minutes.
They are not pet friendly. There was no yogurt at breakfast. They need more staff at breakfast. They ran out of 2% milk and were out of sugar and cups at the coffee station in the breakfast area. We went to the lobby and found these items.

The Location was good. Breakfast was above average for a complimentary breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was high quality.
The TV was NOT on a swivel so could not be turned to watch the set either from the bed or the couch. They need to correct this. The lighting in the room could have been better. It would have been nice if there were paper and pen to write with in the room. There could have been more storage space to put clothes in. There was no closet.

Aldean the clerk was really helpful & kind and professional. He should be recognized for going out of his way to help us with dinner recommendations and other problem solving.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The facility was clean, inviting, and newly renovated. We particulary loved the large smart tv greeting us in our room. We plan to stay again soon!

The property is new and I wanted to see if it was the same standards as other Hampton Inns.
I was in a room with dirty sheets and I didnât find this out until the next morning when I woke up and saw the bed I was sleeping in was dirty. We checked in late after moving ALL day. I just wanted rest!!!!

Tried calling to book. Call center rep was breaking up badly and didnât know what a military discount was and the price went up ten dollars while we were talking. Hung up and tried to check out at front desk and he left me to stand there so I just left. Booked online and when I checked in was sent to a dirty room
