The area was very quite qnd relaxing. Enjoyed stay close to beach and historic district.

Great location, perfect size for us. Beautiful beach. Outdoor furniture needs refreshing and the coffee maker had mildew on the inside along the top. It would be nice to have tub mats so as not to get the floor wet and two light bulbs were out in one bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at your cute home. We would definitely recommend it but we did have a few suggestions:
We would suggest providing either dishwashing detergent or a dish drainer for hand washing . The air ducts require cleaning. There were no hand towels or face cloths in the main bathroom. We had no trash bags for the kitchen .
All above are minor issues and otherwise we loved it and we loved the neighborhood!

The house was a gem! Perfect location for us when going to The Player’s Golf Tournament, Downtown St. Augustine and the walk to beach was great. Definitely recommend walking to see the sunset or sunrise while there. Host was very friendly and informative about the internet and Ac

We had a wonderful time in general in St Augustine. So rich in history! The house was just as described and we did spend a relaxing evening there. Thanks for hosting us!

House was clean and near the end of a dead end street. Basic amenities provided, could provide a few more things like hooks in the bathroom for towels and luggage racks. Beach access is right at the end of road which is about 4 blocks. Beach is nice. About a 10 minute drive to downtown St Augustine. Parking is tough to find and pricey. We ate at Aunt Kate's (very close) which was good and did shopping, fountain of youth, downtown fort and the evening cruise on the Black Raven - not for kids or the easily offended!

We wanted to see Nights of Lights but did not want to be in town or at a stale condo or expensive hotel. This place was perfect. Hate to attract interest but highly recommend. The only downside were the high fees but still doable. We took an Uber to and from downtown and had really good food on Villano.

Loved the house! Just as pictured! One of the twin bed frames was not assembled and could have fallen when used. Bed frame needs to be put together. That room also needs better curtains as neighbor windows are In direct view and curtain is sheer.
Kitchen well equipped. House was clean. Location is quiet & peaceful.
Would come back again.

Four friends of many years came here for 2 nights for a girls get-away. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It was comfy, and close to the beaches and historic St. Augustine. We will definitely keep it in mind for future trips!

This St. Augustine Beach cottage was perfect for us. It was spacious, quaint, charming, cozily decorated, and had more than enough room for six of us. It’s conveniently located a few minutes from the beach in one direction, less than a minute from the boat dock/river in the other direction, and less than a five minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. We would definitely stay there again.

Home was beautiful, perfect for our agenda. Downside, only toilet paper was the one in the holder. There was no dish soap. The air conditioner had to be turned off completely while we were gone all day because it froze up. Might need filter changed as the amount of dust on the vents was severe. Just needs a little maintenance and will be perfect.

Grass needed to be mowed. No toliet paper, otherwise fine.

The property was clean but I emailed contact person for toilet issues, remotes no where to be found and bedsheets had stains on them .

The location was great. Boat club is quiet next door. Neighborhood is a great place to walk & ride bikes. Right outside your door you can watch the most amazing sunsets as an occasional dolphin swims by! Amazing!! Then you can take a walk to the ocean side… only a few short blocks & watch an awesome sunrise!! The house is beautifully decorated, a very beachy feel. Bedrooms were comfortable. Only problem we had was a little plumbing issue which Taelor took care of immediately! Handy man, Jeff, was friendly & very responsive as well as polite! I’d definitely go back… just thinking about it makes me happy!!

We enjoyed the stay here. Only negative is the tvs did not work at all in master bedroom and one other bedroom and living room TV did not work after 1st night because of no internet. We emailed management and they did respond by email to get us to try different things to see if would come on but it did not work. We understand internet issues happen sometimes and may be difficult getting the internet company out to check it. Not sure what the issue was with the other two tvs in the bedrooms. We stayed 3 nights starting on a Wednesday. We enjoyed the house, clean, comfortable and well decorated and would stay here again.

Immaculate, beautiful house. Ideally located. Pictures don't do it justice. Would certainly come back!

House is cozy and kitchen well equipped. Very comfortable, it was perfect for our short trip.
Extremely clean, the house smells like it’s brand new. We did not plan to go to the beach, however we took advantage of the close distance and spend a beautiful sunset waking the beach.
Publix is very close, that was very convenient as well.
The only reason I would not not give 5 start is a small detail, that happened to bother me, house needs better privacy. Windows curtains are see through even on some of the bedrooms. I strongly recommend the owner to consider fixing this. Other that that, it’s perfect!
I would definitely book again.

The house was perfect for our weekend. We were there for a family wedding and even had an ironing board which was unexpected but so helpful! Everything was very neat and clean and as an interior designer I appreciated the decor. I wish we would have had more time at the actual property to enjoy the amenities.

Had a great weekend as part of our son's wedding. The location was perfect to host all our pre- ceremony activities. Spacious, clean, and quiet ! Highly recommended!

Great time in a great location. Super close to the beach, river, and Old City. Loved the house. Open and airy… did not feel like we were staying in someone else’s house. All furniture and kitchen supplies were great. Beds are super comfortable. Hope to return!

We loved everything about this cute cozy house. Clean and perfect location for what we wanted. The grass was a little over grown but I think they were getting new lawn service. Very close to our favorite Surfside beach other beaches, resteraunt s, and St George St.

We had a great time at Evolves place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Had a nice BBQ with my family with the houses gas grill! The neighborhood is very conveniently located with beaches, restaurants, museums and shops very close distance. I recommend booking with Evolve!

The house is newer which is nice, newer floors, furnishings, kitchen. Close to bay, about 10 minute walk to beach. Plenty of towels, some games and a wagon to haul things to the beach. Unfortunately, there was a large fecal stain on the sheet of the master bed and several black hairs in the bed. It made for a sleepless night the first night until I bought a new set of king sheets (I later did find a bin of sheets). There are no blinds in the bedrooms so if you plan to sleep in, it's somewhat difficult with the bright light (and the loud dog in the home behind the property). We had to rent four beach chairs b/c we flew which was an additional cost. Mattresses in master and room with single beds weren't the best. Also, no towel hooks or mirrors outside of the bathroom mirror which is challenging. All in all, ok place b/c it was newer but several things I would have changed.
