About this apartment rental

Just an eight-minute stroll from the Gran Vía, this renovated home provides a stylish and well-connected base in one of the city's most vibrant neighbourhoods. You'll find it in Chueca, just steps from the main square, with its delightful array of cafes, bars, art galleries and organic markets. Here, the closest metro stop is practically at your doorstep and will have you at the heart of the action in fifteen minutes flat. Inside, it's a winning combination of contemporary comforts and original features – think high ceilings, ornate moulding and shuttered windows, alongside stylish furnishings and pops of colour. We especially love the open-plan living area. Light-filled and modern, it's primed for socialising, with two plush sofas, a large dining table and a state-of-the-art kitchen complete with an elegant breakfast bar. Here, floor-to-ceiling French doors usher in floods of natural light while offering access to two balconies. Spend mornings perched here, cradling a cup of coffee and watching the street below awaken from its slumber, before slipping out for a day of exploring. Home truths: *Construction work is ongoing in the area around the home – be prepared to experience severe noise disturbance during your stay *The entrance to this home is shared with the building's other residents *This home is located on the first floor with no lift *Though the bedrooms are not street-facing, this home is in a central spot, so noise is to be expected *Hen and stag parties are not allowed at this home *It's worth noting that the mattresses here are on the firmer side, so not everyone might find them comfortable
