The entrance to these one-of-a-kind properties is located on the side of the high street on New Road between the beautiful-looking estate agents and Caffe Frappe. Once you've entered the courtyard follow it around to the external door. Once entered the foyer the horizontally lined door is the 1 bed & the vertically lined door is the 2 bed. The properties both have low and high ceilings with it being over 500 years old, but this just adds so much character!
The courtyard contains an outside wood burner (logs can be provided if asked). You are a stone's throw away from everything you could want or need. From swanky bars and traditional pubs to patisseries and amazing coffee shops. Recently re opened is the Priory Lido and is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The property is also a 2-minute walk from The River Lea where you can take picturesque walks along the canal path taking in the view. The train station is also a 5-minute walk from the property and it will get you into central London within 40 minutes. The nearest airport is Luton Airport only 15 miles away.
Parking
there is shared off-road parking however I would always suggest parking at the 24hr car park 60 seconds from the property (visible from the courtyard) it's 24hr and can pay by phone or contactless (keep receipts and we will reimburse your parking cost). More details in Welcome Pack.

I came to the area for business with my family and it was a great location for all of us. Loads of amenities and restaurants nearby as well as parks for the kids.

The unprepossessing shared entrance belies a contemporary and offbeat accommodation that is centrally situated in the town.
Daniel is a very responsive host and the cottage is equipped with everything needed for a short visit or longer stay.
The beds and bedding made for a very comfortable night although light sleepers may find the proximity of adjoining properties and the main street an issue.
A lovely property, well.maintained with Nice touches.

We travelled for work with a family in tow and found Ware was a great place to be based. The property has been beautifully done and is well equipped. Daniel was very helpful, friendly and professional.

Great, but hot.
The flat was everything it was adverised to be. The only problem we had was as the time we spent there was the hottest days in British history. The bedroom was a loft, so when the temperature got over 40 degrees outside, it was probable 5 to 10 degrees warmer in the bedroom. We tried to prop the window open to very little effect and since most of the other windows were painted shut, there was very little opportunity to create a cross breeze. A fan or two would have made a lot of difference in creating a our stay a lot more enjoyable.
