The enchantingVilla Old Olive IIwith its private pool in Salvela, near the town of Vodnjan, offers its guests everything for a perfect vacation. At your disposal you have a private swimming pool, sun terrace, Finnish sauna, play room, barbecue and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Villa Old Olive II is a newly built three-story building with five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The villa is air-conditioned, and all rooms are decorated in a modern and elegant way. Villa Old Olive II is ideal for a family vacation or a holiday with friends. Enjoy their company by preparing barbecued meals, or playing billiards, table football or table tennis. Fun in this villa will surely not miss you, but you can also spend your vacation outside the villa. Visit some of the pearls of the Istrian coast – towns Rovinj, Poreč or Fažana and make yourself an ideal holiday that you will remember forever!REMARK:SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.The administration fee is 5,- euro per person and needs to be paid at arrival.Sojourn Tax:Not included in price and its 1.5 EUR/person/day, there is also admin fee 5 EUR/person/stay.Cleaning costs are 350,- euro and needs to be paid at arrival.A deposit of 1000,- euro is obligatory and must be paid on arrival. Erfüllt alle Erwartungen!
Ich habe die Villa Old Olive letzes Jahr für meinen Junggesellenabschied gebucht. Wir waren 9 Personen und und wir waren alle einfach nur begeistert. Uns hat einfach nichts gefällt. Das Haus ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, sauber und luxuriös. Die Lage ist ebenso sehr zufriedenstellend. Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants sind leicht zu erreichen. Die Gastfreundschaft war wauf einem hochem Niveau und die Buchung lief ebenso tadellos. 10/10 Punke!

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Reviews, da oft kein Bedarf besteht- aber diese Villa ist einfach zu perfekt, genauso war auch der Urlaub.

Unser erster Istrien-Urlaub
Es hat uns gefreut, das wir eine Woche unseres Urlaubes hier verbracht haben. Das Haus ist sehr neu, gepflegt und sehr schoen eingerichtet. Da dies unser erster Urlaub in Istrien war, haben wir uns auch die Umgebung angesehen. Haben einige Ausfluege unternommen, wir sind oft nach Vodnjan gefahren, Pula und Rovinj sind circa 30Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Viele Buchten und schoen Straende gibt es um Porec herum. Rovinj haben wir ins Herz geschlossen! Es war ein sehr erholsamer und ruhiger Urlaub.
