We loved the place, it fit all 16 of us with just enough separation! Great access to the beach!

We stayed in all 3 oasis beach condos, for a family reunion. 17 of us with plenty of room to stretch out, never feeling crowded. We set up family pickle ball in the parking area, it was a blast! The ocean view was so peaceful! Some of us took surfing lessons in Pismo, with great success! We had a bonfire night on the beach and made yummy s'mores. All us enjoyed the yummy food in the area. There is so much to do, from relaxing on the beach to high energy dune rides! I highly recommend staying here. Such a great location for a family getaway. Book it now! You will love it!

Loved the view the location is perfect. Our family has rented this once before and loved it but this time we were disappointed Unit's A,B, & C had trouble upon arrival with smart key code and entrance into all homes. Vacasa was quick to respond but it took several texts and calls to finally resolve issue. Finally next day they sent Matthew to redo codes so that we could enter. There was some maintenance issues that need to be addressed and also the windows were so dirty that you could not see out. I get that you are right on the sand but we looked at other surrounding buildings and there was no issue like at these houses, very dirty and sand just caked on side of homes and windows disgusting. The homes overall were clean. Seemed unit B had washer problems, shower not draining in bathroom, sink leaking in bathroom. I would say to sum up this review we had a wonderful time but these issues were fustrating. I would like to add that managers let us check out later than the 10:00am time because of all these issues which was very nice. If they don't address these maintenance issues this place will just get worse. Thanks!

This house was great! Our whole extended family gathered to surprise my mom for her 80th birthday at the beach that she loves so much. We had plenty of space, and having separate units made it ideal for moms with small children to have a quiet place for them to nap. We walked out the front door to enjoy the beach several times a day, and held several gatherings on the balconies. The views were amazing! The house was immaculate, and beautifully updated. It was an unforgettable weekend!

Absolutely LOVED the place once we found it! Steps away from the beach, beautiful amenities, lots of room, fabulous views, very clean, and there to help when we had trouble with a water leak. My kids were completely enamored with the lofts and balconies. Wish we’d been able to stay longer. I’d have given a 5 star rating if we’d been able to find it. Google Maps took us to the neighborhood, but stopped short of having us make the last right turn. After ending up at an empty lot, I went back to the short cut directions included with my reservation. Those also led us right to an empty lot. We had to scour the pictures of the property online to get clues for the color of the place, and then on a whim, ventured across the street and behind the ATV business and finally struck gold. I really thought we’d been taken for a lot of money and given an empty lot for about 30 minutes. So an update on directions would be helpful for the next batch of vacationers. I’m glad we got there in the daylight. Turn RIGHT on Strand Way. LOL!

We had a great time at the oceano tri-plex. It was perfect for 12 adults and 2 children. There were some hiccups upon arrival but turn-key reps responded quickly and we’re easy to work with. Each unit had own rooftop balcony that was great for sunset viewing each night.

The property was perfect. We had our own private dune, ample parking and 3 clean spacious units. The locks were a little confusing to use and the door and unit c was hard to lock but overall we had a great stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was so convenient and enjoyed walk on the beach all the way to Monarch grove, watched non fires on the beach. Highly recommended.

The 3 units were brand new, spacious and in a beautiful location. We had a wonderful time spending the weekend there with our extended family. My only complaint and advice to Turnkey is to rethink prompting folks to extend their check out time from 10am to 12pm for an extra charge of $40. After paying $4000 for the rental it seems shortsighted for the agency to ask for 1% more to extend the trip by 2 hours. This left a poor taste in my mouth vs. if it had been offered as a perk I would be more likely to book with them again and encourage others to also do the same.

We rented all three units of this triplex "on the beach" for an extended family celebration (80th birthday). There was a little store close by for ice and other supplies. The units were clean and well appointed and each had large balcony areas. We found Unit A to be best for indoor hosting for our large gathering. While each unit had pots, pans, plates and silverware, we did end up bringing some from the other units to cook our big dinner (and also a few stools from unit B) to seat 10 at the table and 5 at the bar. When planning for a big group, you'll have to figure out the bedroom/bathroom layouts. I'd say Unit A is best for 2 couples and 2-3 kids (in the loft that would share the bathrooms downstairs). Unit B is good for 2 couples and a family or 4 kids in the loft (depending on age). Unit C is really best for a couple and no more than one teen or two smaller kids (foldout couch) as the bathroom is within the bedroom area. Unit B has a bbq in the indoor atrium area. Pismo does allow for bonfires, but we didn't end up taking advantage of that. We had some long beach walks to get exercise. The sunset was amazing from the outside balconies. The ATV rental location to the front left of Unit C was an eye sore, but easily overlooked with all the other great features. I also heard that in 2022 ATV's may no longer be allowed on the beach (unverified). There was plenty of parking and the trash cans were easily accessible. I would highly recommend the property.

I was extremely disappointed in the service we received. The room which I stayed in had a ceiling fan that we could not turn off. We even tried to shut off the circuit breaker. We also had a gas smell in Unit C. The Gas Company had to come out and shut it off. Neither of these were fixed during our stay. We called and called and we could not get anybody out to fix these items. I wouldn't recommend this vacation rental.

This place was very clean, modern, well maintained place. The units are newly painted with an upgraded design. Lots of space to hang out with the whole group, yet private enough so you can get rest from the group if needed! We loved the decks. Very professional property management. Loved how it was very close proximity and easy access to the beach and the beautiful dunes. However, we did not like how it was next to an ATV rental which can get crowded during the weekends. But overall, a great weekend getaway!

Leider war nur ein Fahrrad vorhanden. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist mäßig. Keine Wein- oder Biergläser, keine Müslischüsseln. Töpfe eher unpassend, aber die Amerikaner kochen ja nicht. Es gab keinerlei Probleme mit Schlüsselübergabe, etc.

Good overall stay
The location was the best part of this stay. Literally just steps away from the beach. The only downside to the property was that both bathrooms were located inside the rooms meaning if you have a lot of people staying there, it is very inconvenient to go into someone's room to use the restroom, especially in the morning when they're still sleeping

Location is clean and you safe. Has a nice view other than the building on the right. There is some traffic on the beach due to camping on the beach. Overall a great family experience!!!

Nice for the Price
This unit has easy access to the beach and comes with everything you need for a multi-day stay. Despite all of the ATV and other vehicle activity, it was remarkable quiet and peaceful. The only downside is the unattractive buildings that are not shown in the photos. Half of the view is gorgeous, the other half is the back of a derelict building. However, the great beach access and modest price more than made up for it. Great for families.
