Immediately you will be impressed with design, the furnishings, the space, the amenities, the outdoor area, the decks, the pool, and the game room! This is for the family that wants it all and wants to be close to the beach and the sound. It is a short 2 blocks walk with straight dedicated beach access to the Gulf and less than a minute to the sound.

Features high end amenities and open great room design. Look closely at photos to see the primary kitchen sink has windows that look into the incredible screened in very large deck with fireplace. This excellent kitchen - great room has entry via full glass doors to the screened deck complete with built in fireplace and large seating area.
Very large separate walk-in pantry, which has second refrigerator, prep station with second sink, ice machine, blender and more.
Built for entertaining many guests with counter island seating and dining table next to wet bar, which has its own sink and built in beverage refrigeration/ice maker units.
Main Level continues with 2 Master Suite bedrooms.
The first, with King Bed and connected room with two built in twin bunks. This first Master suite bedroom has full glass door entry to the large screened deck with the fireplace. Large bathroom, walk in shower and separate jacuzzi jet bath tub.
The second master suite has King bed and full bath, with walk in shower. Total sleeping capacity on Main Level is 6 people.
Second level has 2 master suite bedrooms, 1 traditional bedroom, and a 6 Twin Bed built in tri level unit.
First bedroom on left has built in tri-level 6 Twin bunk bed unit, shares a full bathroom with bedroom number 2 on the right, which has King bed. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and full bathroom. The fourth bedroom down the hall has King bed, full bathroom, and small built in bunk room with 2 twin beds
Sleeping capacity on this Second Level is 14.
NOTE: This level has staircase up to rooftop deck with incredible views of Pensacola Beach!
Total bed capacity is 20 people.

** Elevator (available for small extra fee/per day) is available from ground floor (game room, pool, covered patio) to both the main floor and the second floor.
*Second level has steps up to roof top deck, which has incredible views of Pensacola Beach!

** This house has an elevator - ground floor to all levels - however, if using a wheel chair you only have 27.5 inches of clearance, so make sure it works for you **
** All events must be approved and $1200 event fee will apply **
** Pool heating is an option - $75 per day, must be for entire stay **
** The admin fee covers the damage waiver, no damage deposit required - up to $2000 of accidental damage coverage included in your total price **
** Check in is 5pm - no early arrivals during peak season and no early arrivals on any back to back reservations - any early arrival has to be approved **
>>>Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable $200.00 pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. >>>Destination Perfection is Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply ** Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.
