The Staff were fantastic and extra attentive. Facilities are A+ as it's a brand new property. Private VIllas are amazing and the private pools are divine.
A couple of minor things - if booking a 2 bedroom VIlla - be aware that it's actually 2 rooms one on top of the other so the only way to get between the two is via an external staircase - For us with youbg kids it meant we needed to split one adult and one child per room instead of being able to just leave our children in a room together.
We spoke to the property about this, but again with young kids - the pool floors are a little rough and our kids bounding on and off them led to little cuts on their hands and feet over time (they spent ALL of their time in the pool). The staff were all over this though and very attentive so cannot fault their efforts to improve facilities.

Ty from the spa was amazing and the other young lady (forgot her name was great too, she stayed late because there was a misunderstanding between 1900 and 9pm for the opening times). Tuan was the most friendly at breakfast and my family loved her she took very good care of us. Daniel the manager also made sure that we were well taken care of. The afternoon tea and the free massages added exceptional value. The property is beautiful; the rooms are spacious and very clean.
The breakfast was very one dimensional. The flavors were good, but they had the same or very similar items every day. The private pool in the villa was hot, more like a whirlpool/jacuzzi than a refreshing pool. It seems like the hotel is a weekend stay hotel. You’d see busses being dropped off on the weekend but nobody was ever at the resort. We basically had the entire resort to ourselves which was nice at times but it would have been nice to meet other guests. It’s very far from everything and the shuttle service is great but it doesn’t start until 3 and ends at 5, it’s extremely limited so you’ll have to use grab and spend about 100K to get to the beach or old town.

New, modern, well designed
The location, size of room, the beautiful, the delicious breakfast and highlight for super was the washroom and shower, top of its league

We booked the suites and were hosted by James and the team. The rooms were really clean and up to mark; the suite was generously spacious and stunning in aesthetics. The illuminated bed back wall was a really nice touch to the decor.
We would also like to thank the F&B staff who were attentive enough to provide us with a menu item excluded from the buffet. They were observant enough to note our picky eater 5-year old who couldn't really eat anything in the buffet.
This hotel is good if you want a space away from the bustling city; on the flip side, it is also a little inconvenient so you need to plan your transport and local tours properly. Grab (similar to Uber) app would be of good use here.
The location of the hotel is a little too far from the main attractions.

Very busy at weekend

The 3 bedroom villa is total luxury with its own pool. Loved the setting, watching the fishing boats in the nearby river. Excellent selection of food at breakfast. Free shuttle to Old Town was great!

We loved our stay at Bellerive! Beautiful new property, attentive staff and management, plenty of complimentary activities, large pool and spacious room and bath! Thank you Bellerive team!

Fabulous boutique resort with all the necessary amenities. The kids loved the layout of the villa - rooms were separate connected by a staircase plus a common area (kitchen and lounge space) They also loved playing with the hotel dog. The spa was very relaxing too - great technique and value for money. All the hotel staff were very helpful.
It is a fabulous boutique resort but the dining could be a bit better in terms of variety and quality. Minor point - would still recommend the resort regardless.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. James was fantastic and would highly recommend the Bellerive for a relaxing stay. M

Super comfortable beds, beautiful and new design and decor.
Two star for the staff for trying their best, comfy beds, beautiful decor and design, otherwise our stay was disappointing. Several tour buses at a time rocking up (hundreds of people!) putting pressure on the staff, the hotel’s facilities and the other customers. From the first day we arrived there was conferences happening in the hotel which doesn’t set a very relaxing mood. The same 10 track cd playing over and over and over again in the common areas was making us go crazy. Breakfast was really bland, coffee was terrible. The “fresh juice” tasted like watered down concentrated juice. The fruit was old and soggy and the bread stale. The common area toilets out of paper and dirty. Such a sad and dissatisfying way to end our trip. I would highly recommend the management to think about the well-being of their staff and general customers (not just tour groups) if they want to do their best for their guests.

Location was nice, just out of town but not too far. Very quiet area and the staff were lovely
I didn't realise that it would be a holiday on the last few days I was there so it was VERY noisy on the last few days with kids playing by the pool as early as 7 am. Wasn't pleasant to be woken up

Almost everything was great. The room was super clean and modern. Especially we enjoyed the pool and billiards well. The pool was well managed, and there was a quite deep part, so good to use for adults too. Also, their spa provides very good quality.
The bath doesn't have a shower curtain or booth, so easy to flood. It was a bit annoying, but luckily the fan in the bathroom worked so well.

The hotel is truly superb, staff is excellent and friendly, everything is brand new, breakfast is delicious (as are the cocktails) and the housekeeping is phenomenal. We loved our stay so much, the hotel also has a free shuttle to Hoi An old town (book early when you know your plans as it can fill up when hotel is busy), but taxi to town is also quick and cheap. Some restaurants and cafes walking distance and free bikes, recommend going towards the little harbor where boats leave to Cham Islands, lovely stuff there.

Such a lovely hotel - brand new with wonderful pool, restaurant and playroom. The rooms are beautiful, bright and airy with nice balconies and an amazing view of the the river. We really enjoyed their activities, including guided bike ride, leaf making and kite flying. Best of all was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful, especially my son loved chatting to them:-) The hotel is great for kids with a nice quiet location close to old town but away from the worst of the noise and crowds. I’d highly recommend it.
nothing!

lovely new hotel, lots of issues to iron out. will be lovely when all up and running well. staff were lovely.

The pictures do not do this property justice. it’s brand new, beautifully furnished and in a lovely setting. From my balcony I had a delightful view of the river and fishing village below. Each balcony is planted with plants which adds to the sense of seclusion and privacy. I could lie on my bed with the patio doors open and feel the river breeze and hear birds singing. Just what I need to recharge my batteries after a hectic combo of tours and work schedules in different time zones!
Whilst the hotel is a little outside Hoi An town, I felt it was fine as Hoi An is really busy! A taxi ride into Hoi An is maybe $2 and felt the location, ambience and relaxation available at Bellerive made up for the slight inconvenience.
The staff were so accommodating and made an extra effort to make sure that I was having a good time and enjoying my stay as I was travelling solo.
it was an excellent spot with good wifi etc for me as I work remotely and was doing so during my trip. My room had a desk and it was comfy enough to work at with my laptop.
The food was good. there is currently no additional charge to eat in your room. I ate all of my breakfasts in the hotel and a number of other meals too. Breakfast choices were plentiful, but get down there early as your groups stay at the hotel regularly and can wipe out some of the choices available. Not a bad breakfast though!
The spa was excellent and I had some really good treatments during my stay. can recommend the body scrubs and the hot stone massage with Ly!
All in all I can recommend this hotel and if I ever go back to Hoi An, would definitely stay again.
Nothing to not like

The river view was interesting and

This is a new hotel that was amazing. The staff, the room, the pool and the spa were all fantastic.
Breakfast selection was excellent
Staff were exceptional and did everything they could to make our stay amazing.
It is a 10min.drive to old town but easy by GRAB/ taxi. Hotel does have a shuttle bus but we never managed to coin ide with its times
Would definitely stay again
The only feedback I have is- the light in the bathroom could be improved and more shuttle buses would be great
4.8
Great, newly built facilities, good breakfast, beautiful rooms with an eye for details and all in all a lovely hotel! Also they have amazingly helpful and kind staff, especially Ms. Quynh and Mr. Nahn who went above and beyond to accommodate us and made our stay even more incredible.
although they offer a Shuttlebus the location is a bit far out from Hoi An Old Town

very good facilities, very lovely people, good breakfast, amazing rooms, generally a lovely hotel! super close to Hoi An old town, and they offer a shuttle bus. but nice to be in a quiet and calm place!
nothing to note!

Very peaceful and brand new hotel with very nice staff, good spa and little hidden beach at 5mins walking.
That would be nice to have chairs on the balcony

Best hotel we have stayed at in Vietnam! The pool and bar area is beautiful and the service was amazing. The staff organised a cake and champagne for my birthday and also provided an excellent airport transfer service. Would highly recommend the spa which was super relaxing and great value for money. Will definitely be returning!

perfect for a family vacation
wished we can stay longer

The breakfast was excellent, many options and great coffee, staff very helpful
The Italian restaurant was not open yet, while on the website it states its open. After the check-in we were a bit disappointed on the jr suite room size. We thought there were amenities as small pantry and tumble dryer (as stated on the website). Nice wines, but cannot officially order per glass. Desserts not available. Still the well trained staff did everything in their power to satisfy us, and we really appreciated that.

There was the noise of neighbour’s room.
4.8
stunning property in a quaint fishing village near the sea; private pool in villa and lovely staff
not enough lighting in the bathrooms, faucet was a little leaky and heating in pool did not work
4.8
Location was good, hotel is very nice, rooms are very nice, we had a villa so each one had its own private pool! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful
The beds and pillows were uncomfortable.
