Great property. Enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. The 9 bedrooms and 2 kitchens were great for our group of 16. Our second year of renting this property and we will be back.

I guess I didn’t realize that when you rent both units in order to get to the top floor, you have to go through the master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor We just told everyone if the doors are closed, use the outside stairs it really wasn’t a big problem

This property is everything it's described to be. The pictures don't do it justice. The house and outside pool area are just as described. There was a grill - which made outdoor cooking easy. Laundry room was downstairs (by pool) which made it easy to throw towels and clothes in while we relaxed by the pool and cooked. Short walk to the beach. Just wonderful. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and comfortable. Having 9 bedrooms and multiple baths was great. The highlights of this house are the pool area and close proximity to the beach.
There were a few negatives as well including low water pressure, unreliable internet and tv, staircase to the second level that was accessed thru the master bathroom, no recreation room in the house. We have been coming to N Myrtle for over 60 years. I would rate this property an 8.5 on a scale of 10.

Our family 21 of us, enjoyed our vacation. The home was comfortable and large enough for all. The pool was enjoyable after hot day at the beach. We made lasting memories including 4 of us came home with Covid! Thank you all!

Great Stay
This property is beautiful. Was SUPER close to the beach (walking distance). Having two kitchens was a great help with a family of 20. The bedrooms were perfect. The only thing I would have changed is the sharing of the bathrooms. Could use at least one more bath. I would defiantly stay here again!!!!!

First Family Post Covid Get-together
We stayed at this house with our six children and their spouses and all of our grandchildren age 11 months to 17 years old and we had a wonderful vacation. The layout of the house was perfect. We did not at anytime feel crowded. The pool area is wonderful and big enough for everyone too spread out and the different age groups of grandchildren to be together without issues. The bedroom/bed layout worked for the 7 different families we had. And this house met the parking challenge we ran into trying to find a house to accommodate us. We had 8 vehicles parked at the house comfortably and still had sitting area under the house. We appreciated the washer and dryer for washing towels and clothing from swimming. We purchased the linen package and it was worth it. Both kitchens were fully furnished as well, so cooking was a breeze. We were right across the street from the beach so we just walked over there any time. I would highly recommend renting this home for your family get together/ vacation. You will not be disappointed.

Awesome Family Vacation
The Atlantic chill property was just as yes as described. We spent a week there for a family vacation celebrating 2 milestone birthdays. We had 26 people there for a couple of days and it was very comfortable. Loved having 2 kitchens and 2 living room and the private pool (only things I would add would be umbrellas in the pool area for a little more shade). The kitchens were well stocked and we cooked and grilled several days. Comfortable furniture and beds. One and a 1/2 blocks to the ocean gave everyone what they were looking for in a vacation.

Great Post COVID Family Vacation.
My family was able to get together after being separated due to COVID. This house was in a great location. My son and nephews were able to golf; the younger kids enjoyed the pool immensely and there was plenty of room to spread out and read by the pool. The house was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Being a 1/2 block away from the beach was awesome having little ones. House pictures are accurate and house was super clean.

50th Birthday Weekend
This house is very beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean. The two kitchen areas were perfect for our party of 13. We had plenty of space to cook and gather for large dinners. The house was very current, beautiful furniture, and again, very, very clean! It had everything we needed with a quick 2-minute walk to the beach. Will definitely return to this home!

The home we stayed in was a beautiful home. It was in an amazing neighborhood. The home was beautiful and had great furnishings and amenities. We booked the home for my daughter's graduation. But then my sister put food in the downstairs kitchen and out came the roaches. We were shocked that a place as lovely and well kept had that kind of problem. We emailed the homeowner and let her know about the problem. She answered that in the SC climate they were Palmetto bugs and normal for the type of climate. And that if we weren't satisfied with the accommodations we could get our money back and find other accommodations the next morning. The fact that we were a party of 12 and children would have made it rather difficult to find lodgings at such short notice, I did not make waves. So we did what we could to make it better. At our own expense we bought insect spray and bug traps. We were extremely careful when putting out food and made the best of the situation. We kept the counters wiped down and we served most of the food Al Fresco. The guests that came never knew. But we did.My daughter's graduation dinner was a success but no thanks to the homeowner. They were not Palmetto bugs but common household cockroaches and in a home that nice it marred an otherwise great family event!Our family has stayed in many Airbnb's in the South. This house was beautiful, but infested with roaches. I am from New Jersey and I know the difference between a roach and a "palmetto" bug. It was so bad, that I looked up palmetto bug just to ensure I was not looking at a bug that was so similar to the roach that I may have been mistaken. This is what I found: There is no different between a palmetto bug and a cockroach. Palmetto bug is simply a regional term used to refer to specific types of cockroaches. ... The name is normally used for cockroach species that like to live both indoors and outdoors. The American cockroach is one species often referred to as a palmetto bug. We were killing roaches (Palmetto bugs) as soon as we walked in the door. I called the owner and she said, "you are leaving on Sunday, so I am sorry I cannot get anyone in the house until Monday." No, I will refund you or even a reschedule for a better experience! Every person who stayed there (5 of us) were over 40, so we went to the store and brought roach spray and fought roaches all weekend! Horrible, horrible!!! Beautiful house, uncaring owner, roach infestation for days!!!! Oh yeah, they were even crawling from under the refrigerator! My Sorority Sisters all have requested to write a review on this house as we all pitched in to pay for it and we were not expecting the other house guest. So sad.....

December Stay
The property was absolutely beautiful. The pictures were very accurate and we had a wonderful time. The two kitchens allowed us to do more, stay separate but still together all in one house. Property owner was very helpful came to property to assist with tv issues. A couple of the TVs were not hooked up to the tv provider nor a smart tv, so only 3 rooms didn’t have functioning TVs. Th next issue we were not okay with was the BUGS. First night we only saw one little roach but then the other two nights after little baby and medium sized roaches were everywhere. The lower level seemed to be were all the roaches were at. The kitchen, the bedrooms and the bathroom. We were really uncomfortable because of them roaches. Other than the bugs the property was beautiful.

The home was beautiful! We rented it for our daughters wedding party and family to stay in. The wedding was a nice walk on to the beach. Reception 30 minutes away. We all fit comfortably in the home. 23 people.

A lovely home that is close to the beach
This property is wonderfuly located. A short walk to the beach. The outdoor patio and pool afforded our family a 2nd area to relax after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances and items you would need if you plan to cook instead of going out or ordering out. Just be advised, there are not very many electrical outlets in the bedrooms. You may need to bring a multiple outlet adapter if you have several items that need to be plugged in. Also, the Internet is spotty and slow whether you have one item operating off the Internet or multiple items operating off the internet. We rented the whole house and cooked in every night. All of the ovens cook 25 degrees lower then the indicator light. This is not a problem if you know this ahead of time. We had a large family reunion that occupied all the rooms and beds but still had space to spread out. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable week.

Great house and location
We enjoyed our week stay with family and fiends. We experienced some flooding from Hurricane Isaias our 2nd night getting there. The home owners were extremely responsive. They came out first thing in the morning to start cleanup and to fix the pool. It only took them a couple days to get the pool pump replaced & the pool cleaned up to resume swimming. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful property with a short walk to the beach!

What an awesome experience! The Atlantic Chill not only lived up to it's name, but it exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, modern conveniences, fully equipped rooms, and convenience. This would be a location property we would recommend to other friends and family! Two areas of feedback: please check your laundry room - it was very humid and damp when in use which may be a sign of blocked vents. The TV remotes did not operate consistently - low batteries maybe. Other than those items -- super pleased with our week at the Atlantic Chill.

We loved our vacation in your house. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time. All beds were so comfortable and no issues sleeping. The only issue we had was the upstairs was so hot during the day that I would also recommend a ceiling fan in the kitchen and possibly a little more lighting in the living/dining area. We kept the blinds closed all day to keep heat out. We had a little issue with ants but you came quickly and helped resolved the issue. I want to Thank You for opening your house to us and hopefully seeing you in the future. Great person to work with. Thanks again.

We had four generations of our family in both units of Atlantic Chill. Everyone had a great time . It was a very short walk to the beach which was clean and spacious. The pool area was extremely nice with lots of seating. The units were very clean, nicely decorated and provided ample room for congregating. All appliances and TVs were fairly new and in good condition. Lots of available parking. Two new stacked washer/drier units were appreciated by all. We will definitely consider coming back when we get together again .

The Atlantic Chill is every bit as good as advertised.....and then some. The house is immaculate and very well maintained. It was a true pleasure to spend a week in the home and comforting to know that the owner was attentive to all of our needs and concerns. She was incredible to work with and as perfect an owner as you could ask for. The home is perfectly located, between two piers and close to shops and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach or a very short ride in a golf cart for the elderly that have a difficult time getting around. The grill is exceptional and perfect for a big crowd. We had 23 family members on this vacation, so the very well equipped back yard and private pool was a must!!!! The outdoor shower was also a huge plus and a really nice amenity. Parking is spacious and plentiful......and plenty of room for a couple of golf carts. I would recommend a golf cart or two for your visit, as the area is very easy to get around and the homes in the area are worth seeing. I definitely recommend this rental for those families looking for a relaxing stay and worry free rental experience. Wonderful stay and fun had by all.........ages 19 - 89.

Our group of 22 BFFs stayed here for a weekend getaway. Usually we rent hotels and meet up in lobbies, restaurants and bars. This was the first time we tried a Home Away. The house was perfect. The pool was well kept and the pool man stopped by while we were there (nice pool man, too). The BBQ fired right up and made us wonderful brats! Having the whole house meant we had 2 fully stocked kitchens. We used one for 'partying' and one for cooking around the crowd. Plenty of seating. Plenty of gathering space. Bathrooms easily accessible, and plenty for all 22 women! Plenty of parking. Even the weakest of us could walk that short, very short, 50 yd to the beach. The beach entry is half half way between 2 piers, which made for a nice walk either direction. A short drive to the main street shopping area, and even closer was a nice grocery store, and a few shops. A little longer 20 minute drive to the main Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, where all the action is. We happened upon the DIVA 5K/Marathon weekend and took advantage. Friendly folks in SC. Every single one of us LOVED this property so much, it will be hard to top for our next get together. Blanche has set the bar high. Heck, we might even come back here. TIPS: get the linen package. Bring extra TP if you have a large crowd. We had an electrical issue (22 women and their blow dryers! we popped a circuit breaker.) Blanche answered our call immediately and fixed it in under 5 minutes!!! The pool area was well lit. Blanch clearly takes pride in her property, and for good reason. You wont be disappointed.

My group of 12 stayed here for our annual golf outing and could not have had a better experience. All of the furnishings and fixtures were top notch and the entire rental process was extremely easy. The house was immaculate upon arrival. We will most certainly be back next year.

This is by far one of the nicest homes my family has ever rented. All of the furnishings are new and the kitchens/bathrooms are top of the line (we slept like babies!). You don't find fully tiled showers, glass enclosures, and marble counter tops in many rentals. We were also surprised at the size of the outdoor living space; it's huge! Plenty of space to relax and enjoy your family. The ocean front is just a very short walk (a minute or less).
You can tell that this home is cared for regularly and that the owner takes guest comfort seriously. We were so happy that this home exceeded all of our expectations.
