The house was beautiful. Outside needed a little work. Loose nails on the deck and maintenance of lawn was a little lacking, but overall a wonderful family getaway.

Never again will we stay in a Vacasa managed property. And I would not recommend this house. From a broken air conditioner, to missing bathroom doors, broken door handles, wasps and hornets…to my 4 year old almost falling through the decking…we were completely dissatisfied with this property. We had so many issues I have an entire album of pictures and video. To top all of this off, we paid way more than necessary because it was a holiday week/weekend. I was assured we would receive a refund which I have yet to get any confirmation of. I just hear it’s “in process” from the Vacasa representative and then don’t hear anything for 5 days until I call again. The first time I called they said it takes three days to confirm and be back in my account and it’s now been over 2 weeks. I learned my lesson and will no longer choose a house that doesn’t have a personal owner/manager in driving distance. Dont book this house, or a Vacasa managed property.

Easy to rent. Second year in a row at this property. Larger table and new couch are nice additions. Very clean.

The house was cute and right on the river, just as pictured! The check in was easy as well. Only complaint was the floors were super dirty when we got there, our feet were black. There were also some roaches in the casita. But otherwise a good stay!

There is numerous conflicts in check out time. There were several light bulbs out , inside and out. The towel bar in big bath fell off the wall. The kitchen is very well stocked. Very clean and comfortable. The back deck was wonderful. Would give a positive recommendations on inside. The outdoor area especially in the front could use some work.

We loved the location, it was private, quiet and roomy for fishing. Unfortunately, we had issues with the bbq pit (had the hole at the bottom which we tried to fix temporarily with an aluminum tray), one of the dryers didnt spin leaving us with one working dryer, the sinks were clogged and water didnt drain as it normally should, there were cigarette buds everywhere including an ash tray that we ended up cleaning to not be charged for it, the floors were not clean and with a member of the family with sensitivity to dust, we ended up cleaning the floors and also washing the bed sheets (had dead mosquitoes and other bugs, not bed bugs). There was also a discrepancy on the check out time, I had a form that stated 11am and the realtor was sending me text messages that the checkout was at 10am. When I asked why the discrepancy, the realtor said that they recently took over the property and that the 10am was the correct time. Since this was all being discussed on our last day, it became frustrating. We were willing to live under the unsat conditions and they werent even acknowledging as their reponsibility the discrepancies on the check out time. I am very disappointed! The realtor wanted to come out to fix the issues we reported while we were renting the property, but we didnt want to have people in the house. Not during our stay! These issues should have been fixed/corrected before we got there. My family decided to made it work, but wont return unless all those issues are corrected.
