Un'esperienza da ripetere!

L'appartamento è arredato con cura e attenzione. C'è ciò che serve per fare colazione a disposizione (yoghurt, burro, latte, marmellata, miele, biscotti, fette biscottate, pane a cassetta, the, tisane e tre tipi di caffè). E' comodo per due persone e centralissimo per visitare Grosseto, il materasso e i cuscini sono molto comodi, la doccia è super spaziosa e in bagno ci sono sia asciugamani grandi che accappatoi. Il riscaldamento permette di scaldare velocemente tutto l'appartamento. Si trova in una zona pedonale ma a pochi metri c'è un grande parcheggio. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti, vinerie, bar e negozi.

Excellent choice for a short stay

Beautifully designed, very clean apartment, in an excellent location. Amazing supplies of breakfast etc - better than I have ever found in any booking.com or airbnb accommodation. Very responsive and kind owner/operator.

No air conditioning in the bedroom (only in the kitchen/living room), and no fan, so we had a very hot night! (But in very hot temperatures in July).. There's a lovely big window which normally would suffice.

The apartment is very clean,very nice decorated,located in the center of the town,close to nice cities from Toscana.The host was so nice,waited for us with candies,coffee,yogurt and few good cakes.

cozy apartment

very comfortable, even the sofa bed was comfortable for me who has a herniated disc. The host was very kind and attentive to our needs. The room had all the necessary amenities, and the host's attention to detail was evident from the perspective of the guest. The prepared foods, snacks, and drinks were delicious, and overall it was an impeccable accommodation.

Although I stayed for a week, the towels were not replaced, so I personally had to go to a coin laundry to wash them.

the apartment is comfortable and clean. Elvira is very helpful, she is always available to answer all the questions.

1. not enough day light because the windows are looking at the old wall. 2. the door between the living room and the bathroom is half transparent, which makes it inconvenient.

It was a very enjoyable stay!! A very cozy and thought-out appartment. The owners were kind to leave a lot of breakfast food for us. We hope to comeback soon!

The location is right behind the walls surrounding the historic center of the city You have parking very close (with payment) The host is very helpful and prompt The apartment is very chic, furnished with good taste, clean and comfortable (loved the walk-in dressing)
