Step inside this newly remodeled 7-bedroom luxury home and experience a vacation like no other. With high-end finishes and sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, you will create unforgettable memories and want to return time and again. Located in the private, prestigious gated community of Destiny West, you’ll enjoy security and peace of mind while being easily accessible to the beach and all the fun Destin has to offer. Just a 30-second walk to the beach from your private exit gate in the backyard and a minute's walk to the Crab Trap beachfront restaurant!
Important Information
Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old (No exceptions).
Max Occupancy: 25 guests.
Parking: 4 standard size vehicles (No overflow parking available).
- Security Deposit: $2,000 refundable on day of checkout.
No Events, Weddings or Large Gatherings Permitted.
- Close to the Beach: Only 50 feet to the public beach access.
- Private Pool: Heated seasonally for an additional fee. (Note: The pool and combined spa area can only be heated to a maximum of 90 degrees for a period of 8 hours each day. They cannot be heated individually)
- Starter Pack: Includes hotel style soaps, 2 rolls of paper towels, 8 rolls of toilet paper, 8 trash bags, dawn dish soap, 2 packs of single use laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent, etc. This is designed to get you through your first night only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.

Beautiful, well-maintained home! Perfect for our party of 11 adults and 7 kids (ages 6 and under), especially the private pool with splash pad and proximity to the beach. Loved having two dishwashers and full-size refrigerator/freezers, as well as an ice maker and beverage cooler, for a group of our size. We didn't know how to find the community amenities but honestly didn't miss them. We had a few questions that were very promptly answered, property manager was very available and responsive. We all agreed we would love to stay at Blessed by the Sea again in the future!

My large family (my children, my siblings & their children, our parents) stayed here and loved it! It was the perfect size for us, with plenty of space and seating. The location and pool size were a huge plus. We are already making plans to stay here for the next all-family vacation in a couple of years. The only downside, I would say, was that the second-floor bunk room had no window covering, and the two fold-out sofa beds didn't have any sheets or pillows. We made it work-luckily the families staying in those rooms had sheets and pillows with them. Overall, a wonderful home!

We booked this property for a girls weekend and it was PERFECT! Gorgeous inside and out, the management is so kind and get backs to you so quickly, and it was the most stocked/supplied home I've ever rented. Truly the best property I've ever stayed out. Location is prime as well! Can't wait to come back.

Our large party of 20 fell in LOVE with Blessed by the Sea! Truly the most perfect vacation home for our family with lots of kids of all ages! The short walk to the beach, the kitchen, separate rooms/baths, and the backyard was all simply a dream! The house was so well maintained, updated and clean. We will never forget the memories made here with our extended family. Cannot recommend this house enough! We’ll be back!

My family (+ extended family) totaled to 18 people when we stayed here, and it was PERFECT! Plenty of space for everyone. The 5 king size beds ensured every couple got an amazing room. The bunk rooms were great for the kids and we love that there’s still room for our family to continue to grow! The arcade games were a hit, and the kitchen was fully stocked with more space than we would’ve ever needed! As much as we loved the inside of the home, the pool area, beach views, and 45 second walk to the beach were the best part. We are officially spoiled by this beach house and are hoping to make Blessed by the Sea a tradition for our family for vacations to come!

We had the wonderful opportunity of staying in this gorgeous beach house in mid-September. Our family is quite large (18 total) and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom to themselves! The third floor has a separate living/sleeping space where our kids (big and small) slept and hung out together. As a mom who cooks a lot for her family, the kitchen has AMAZING…had everything we needed and more….two dishwashers and two refrigerators made cooking for a large group so much easier!! As beautiful as the house is inside the outdoor living space is what we loved the most! The views and pool area can’t be beat! We have found our new family vacation spot!!

This house is truly remarkable! From the big stuff all the way to the smallest of details we LOVED this house for all 18 of us! We had beds to spare, so lots of space to spread out. The beds were all comfortable. Each bedroom had a laundry basket which was such a nice unexpected touch which helped us to go home with NO dirty laundry! The backyard was spectacular with a perfect sized pool and tons of seating. Seriously we have never stayed in a house where EVERYBODY could sit in a lounge chair and relax together. The little splash area of the pool was perfect for our babies who couldn’t independently swim and the hot tub was a nice touch. The kids loved spending time on the third floor playing the arcade games and pool. The kitchen was amazing and had all the necessary supplies for cooking/baking and even some Tupperware for leftovers which was a nice touch. Loved having plenty of seating for meals as well. The garage came stocked with a few chairs and lots of beach toys/floats. There were even a few bikes. You can leave your beach towels at home, this house had plenty to choose from. The location of this house was perfect. It was nice having a huge backyard outdoor space while still being steps away from the beach. Seriously cannot recommend this house enough. The only problem with this house is that we couldn’t stay longer! You will love staying at Blessed by the Sea!

What an impressive place! The space was perfect our big crew, 18 of us and beds and bathrooms for each individual family. Beach access was 3-4 minutes away. Massive kitchen with more than enough space and we never felt cramped or crowded. The pool deck was also spacious, clean and chairs for everyone. We found our beach spot…would be tough to beat!

I had an idea of what the place looked like from the pictures but it’s truly even better in person. Every room has a good amount of space and the open dining, kitchen, and living setup makes for the place feel bigger than it already is. The back of the house faces the beach and it’s so nice to enjoy the pool and see the beach. The location is great if you enjoy walking or running. You are still so close to great restaurants. I can’t recommend this house enough!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blessed to the Sea! Lovely home finished nicely with a very well equipped kitchen. Management company was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was great with very quick access to the white sand beach. Would love to return!

We enjoyed our time at the home very much. The kitchen was amazing! The bedrooms were so large and spacious. We felt safe at all times in the neighborhood. The location was close to everything that the teenagers wanted to venture out and do. Thank you for a memorable trip!

This place was great. Very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen was very well stocked ( we cooked in a lot to avoid the long waits). The outdoor space is one of the best we’ve had in the Destin Area. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool. The double washers and dryers were awesome to have. The property managers were great.

The view was breathtaking and the beach is truly a gem. We had more than enough space and the kitchen was the best stocked of any house we have stayed in. The pool and hot tub was not in working order the week we stayed which was very dissappointing but I feel confident this issue will be resolved quickly.

Bless by the Sea was an amazing home for our family reunion! The pool was incredible. It really was a hotel pool in your backyard. The private access to the beach was a huge benefit. It was literally a minute walk from the gate to the sand. The third floor was a kid hangout, the balconies had gorgeous views and the living room/eating area was spacious and cozy. Also, Joey was very responsive to texts and emails. There were a couple downfalls. The description of the house said both Master bedrooms had trundle beds, however, one of the Master bedrooms did not have a trundle the week we stayed. Also, the 3rd floor toilet was broken and wasn't fixed until Friday, the day before we left. So basically, we went a week without a toilet on the 3rd floor. Lastly, the house was missing some basic necessities like a broom, dust pan, living room/bedroom blankets. Ultimately, I'd go back to the house in a second because of the pool and access to the beach. But for the price you pay, there are a few things you'd expect. Ie. working toilets, accurate sleeping descriptions.

I had high expectations for this property and it did not disappoint! We had 10 adults and an infant. The house was clean and Joey from property management handled our 1 issue for the whole week.
Each family had a night to cook, we brought our family chef who used the grill almost daily, and we cooked for 5 nights. The kitchen is better equipped than my home. It had everything you could possibly need. Having 2 big refrigerators and 2 dishwashers was a plus for a big family gathering.
2 washers and 2 dryers allowed everyone to come home without dirty laundry.
The beds were comfortable for most. I like a more firm bed so we removed the foam topper and it was perfect.
The pool was amazing, the little one had a great time in the sun shelf, as well as the short walk to the beach! The only suggestion would be cushions for the pool loungers.
We had an issue with how to use the TVs but I brought a ROKU stick for the living room and all was good.
We had a wonderful family vacation on this property and would definitely book again.

We celebrated a milestone birthday with 10 adults,10 grandkids. The house was clean and spacious. The charge to heat the pool seems unnecessarily high, but it made it so enjoyable for the grands to swim that we paid for it the whole week. Beach access was easy even with 10 little ones in tow. The house has everything you could possible need for a week at the beach and 5 minute drive to Walmart and Publix if you need anything.
Joey was highly responsive to any questions/issues we had. We would definitely return!
A few suggestions:
1) Towel hooks/holders in bathrooms
2) The hottub, though nice and warm, never got hottub hot.

What can I say about this place that the pictures don't already say? Right on the gulf. Close to all the places you'll want to visit. Great neighborhood. Super clean. We had a group of 15 people stay here for a week. The pool and hot tub were probably the best part; even with the beach right there. The kitchen was spacious and included everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Check in and out were simple and seamless and Joey was helpful and quick to answer all of our questions; even when it was just to ask how we could change the lighting in the pool. The arcade room was super fun and the balcony views went well with morning coffee and late night sunsets. Definitely recommended!
