About this house rental
Charming and cozy ranch style home located in Snellville - just minutes away from Stone Mountain and quick drive to Atlanta. Walk into this 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with an updated interior and be captivated by its warmth. Spread out and relax and enjoy modern amenities. Experience cool ambiance, clean space, and modern decor with a private outdoor area and a fenced-in backyard and charcoal grill. Perfect for your next family, friends or couples vacation.
This house has everything you'll need to make your stay a great experience. It is perfect for an entire family or friends' getaway, couples vacation or business trip, and it will comfortably accommodate a group of 6.
This modern open-concept home has plenty of space to cook, relax, dine, and unwind. Prepare home-cooked meals in the fully stocked and equipped modern kitchen with modern appliances and cookware. There’s an air fryer, coffee maker, pots/pans, kettle, dishes, toaster, microwave, full-size fridge, dishwasher, granite countertop, and utensils.
All three bedrooms offer queen-sized beds along with plenty of closet space and storage. The beds are outfitted with quality white sheets and white comforters. We provide clean linens and towels.
Grab a book from the shelf and curl up in front of the fireplace or stay entertained by an assortment of board games and a record player with lots of old-school vinyl records. There is a 43” FireStick-enabled Television (TV) in the living room and one additional TV in the main bedroom.
Guests can sit and bbq outside and enjoy our back patio area and/or fenced-in private backyard.
- Washer and dryer available in the garage area.
- Wifi is available throughout the house.
The home is conveniently located right off the 78-stone mountain highway, 15 minutes from Stone Mountain Park, 45 minutes from downtown Metro Atlanta and 25 minutes to downtown Decatur GA.
Guests will enter the house with a key code. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house. Parking is available on the property. Street parking is not available.
Having a car is highly recommended. Alternatively you can use Uber or Lyft.
Please note the following:
- Upon booking, you will be asked to provide a copy of your ID and sign a short rental agreement confirming that you agree to our house rules. We will not be able to proceed with your reservation unless this agreement is signed.
- There is a maximum of 6 occupants to a reservation. All guests must be on the reservation. The guest count is the maximum allowed at the property, even if no one stays overnight. Please be upfront and transparent about the number of people and activities planned in the home. This must be those staying and even those stopping by. The guest limit of the house is not to be exceeded at any time unless approved in advance. Groups that misrepresent the nature or size of their party will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the unused portion of the reservation.
- Pack and play / portable crib and baby gates available for families with infants
- There is a fire pit and grill on the property. Guests must supply their own wood, charcoal and lighter fluid and fire must be completely extinguished after each use.
- We do not allow parties, large gatherings or events of any kind. A breach of the reservation rules can result in immediate cancellation of the booking and removal from the property.
- No Smoking or Vaping inside the house. Any evidence of smoking inside the home (i.e. smells of smoke, ashes, burns etc) will incur a charge.
- Our home has external facing motion and sound detecting Ring video cameras for added security.
- Please understand that we are in close proximity to woods, waterway and undeveloped land here in Georgia. Although we have a great local pest control company that sprays in and around the home regularly, it is not uncommon to encounter insects and bugs during your stay - especially during the summer months. We ask that you keep the doors and windows closed and remove trash regularly.
- No Pets. Please do not sneak pets onto the property. Sorry, but we do not make exceptions to our pet policy.

Had an excellent experience!!! Tamara has a beautiful home, as pictured. Everything was clean & organized. She was also incredibly responsive. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again!!!
