Property was VERY clean and well appointed. Off street parking was plenty big for two cars and Lisa was very responsive to all communications. I was in Augusta for a conference and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

We had a great time. The property was exactly as listed. Fred was very responsive. I had an issue where my daughter locked us out and Fred immediately helped us get in thru another way. Then I wanted to cut watermelon and couldn’t find a knife and within an hour, Fred had purchased two big knives. I was very impressed and if we visit Augusta again, we will stay here. My kids also loved having their own rooms. Another plus was all the channels they had with sky box and including subscription services like Netflix. The location was great. 3-9 minutes no matter where we went.

Everything was really easy from check in to check out. It’s a cute older home. Could use a deep clean dusting.
It was close to the Augusta center. Would stay again.

Great location for our needs, we were in town for the National Cycling Championships and the house worked perfectly for us

Great little house in a quiet neighborhood right on Broad Street in downtown Augusta. Served us well during basketball tournament. Seven minute drive from Riverview Park Activities Center. Had everything we needed, including washer and dryer, dishes, plenty of towels, etc. Nicely decorated, and welcome beverages in the fridge. Just pay attention to the cleaning fee…it was almost as much as our 8 night stay!!

My daughters were preparing for the spring regatta season at the Augusta Boathouse so we needed a place to stay that was close-by. This house is less than a mile away which made our commute easy.
The house was nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped which was important to us since we needed to prepare healthy meals that would get our girls through the rigorous training sessions. Bathrooms were very clean and had ample towels, bath soap, shampoo, etc.
The beds were very comfortable and bedding was so soft,
Wi-fi was solid so I had no issues working remotely.
My only regret was not sitting on the porch every single evening we were there. That said, we did get to enjoy it the last couple of nights and watched as neighbors walked their dogs or went for a jog.
We also enjoyed the bottle of wine that the host left for us. That was a very special touch!
I can go on and on about this wonderfully relaxing home.
Thank you!!!

My husband and I stayed four nights in this lovely old house. The uneven floors are part of it's charm! The home was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable (except for the very stiff rubber pillows), and within two blocks of local democratic headquarters, where we came to serve. The hosts were easy to reach, kind and responsive. The kitchen was well equipped - we ate most meals in. Walked to Luigi's for dinner one night - should have had the Greek Chicken as recommended in stead of the pasta. We made a visit to Taco Cat, a lively bar on 10th Street, and enjoyed carnitas tacos and Queso Fondido. Felt safe walking in historic downtown after dark. The access to the house is by keypad - not the one on the door sill. Open the glass door and the keypad is on the inside door on the left. Augusta is a friendly place - we will be back!

This property was perfect! The home was very clean, quiet and comfortable, it was perfect for our family trip. The property manager was communicative, polite and very accommodating. The property is nested in a great location with food, entertainment and attractions all within a short drives distance. I would high recommend this property, we can’t wait to come back for a visit and we definitely plan to stay here again.

This is the cutest bungalow on a quiet residential street approximately 1 mile from Augusta’s city center. The Ironman competition runs directly in front of the house, and for the 2022 race the location was 1/2 way between the river exit and the finish line. The beds are super comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, nice quality linens in bedrooms and baths, tasteful quirky decor, off-street parking for 2 vehicles, and really cold HVAC. The secondary bath shower is a little confusing to operate, as it’s vintage. It was great once we figured it out, however some step by step instructions may be helpful. We enjoyed a leisurely 15 minute walk to downtown for dinner a few times, and can’t wait to see the changes happening over time in Augusta’s downtown district. The hostess even had some drinks, snacks, and wine for us upon arrival, which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. Thanks for a great stay!
