Discover Denver from our stylish 2BR/1BA lower unit. Perfect for up to 8 guests, enjoy proximity to top tourist spots in town. The unit features a basement level with 2 bedrooms with king beds, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, and dining area. Guests enter the unit through a private, bright, main level sunroom with relaxing living area, smart TV, and highspeed wifi. Large zero scaped yard, dog friendly, and driveway parking. Easy access to Downtown Denver. Have Fun!
The Space:
This is the lower/basement unit of a single family home that has been converted into a duplex. Guests will enter through the privacy gate on the South side of the property and then through the sunroom/back door with combination given by the host. Each unit in this duplex has its own private and secure entrance. The only are shared space is the public street parking.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Guest Access:
Guests will access through the sunroom behind the privacy gate on the South side of the house. Each unit has their own private and secure entrance.
Lower guests have complete use of the private driveway.
The Neighborhood:
This home is conveniently located in a residential Denver neighborhood. Within 30 minutes of the airport and easy access to downtown, I-70 and I-25. Be sure to check out the Downtown area. There are always fun things to do.
Getting Around:
Denver is very commuter friendly, and our home is located near public transportation options, including bus and light rail lines. For those who prefer to drive, we offer free on-site parking. Additionally, our central location means that many top tourist attractions are close. Explore the city on your own terms from our comfortable and convenient home!

This is an older Denver home that has been converted into a duplex. The layout is not traditional, but we found guests preferred having a bright sunroom living room rather than no living area at all. Also it is a single duct system so the temperature and thermostat is controlled remotely and kept between 68-72 degrees. Simply contact the host to adjust, or use fans and space heaters provided for additional comfort.
