Feels like a private villa on a beautiful beach setting!

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Fantastic beach right below the property with direct access via a gate. Very nice pool and landscaped garden to relax in. Rooms are simple but nicely appointed. The property feels very private and Stefano and his team make sure all guests are comfortable during their stay, without being intrusive. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Whilst the bed / mattress was super comfortable, the pillows were very small.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Die Lage direkt am wunderschönen Strand, das kleine, persönliche Hotel, die herzlichen Gastgeber Stefano und Silvia, das hervorragende Frühstück. Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Uns gefallen die Zimmer mit Meerblick oder mit Poolblick besser als die mit Gartenblick, da sie heller sind. Die Betten dürften für unseren Geschmack etwas fester sein.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Hotel mit schönem Strand und geandiosem Ausblick!

Wir waren mit unserer 3 jährigen Tochter eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Hotel und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Stefano und Silvia sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück ist ein absolutes Highlight! Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer mit Blick und direktem Zugang zum Pool. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Und sehr ruhig, es gibt nur 6 Zimmer. Man kann direkt vom Hotel über ein paar Stufen zum Strand gehen. Am Abend gibt es viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Silvias Tipps waren alle top! Wir hatten ein Mietauto, haben dieses aber kaum genützt weil wir alles (Strand und Restaurants) so toll fanden. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen es im Freundeskreis auch weiter!

The whole place was amazing. The room was very spacious, the bed extremely comfy and the whole place was very clean. The proximity to the beach couldn't be beat. The staff were so nice and very accommodating! We felt very relaxed and wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location for a holiday.

The location is fantastic, the aprtment is only a few steps from the sea. The pool, the garden, the rooms are clean, well maintained and beautiful. The staff is really kind.

The hotel is beautiful but for the price we feel that the service should have been much better.

The location is 5* . Great size room. air con fully functional. good wifi, great pool, an amazing view and great sunloungers. The property is beautiful and has been renovated to a high standard and to wake up and have breakfast looking at the sea was wonderful.

We struggled with communication as the hotel manager did not speak English so we were unable to ask him questions about what to do in the area, or about things regarding our stay. We did not know what options there were for cooked breakfast as there was no menu and we were not told them. We only realised that you had to ask for cooked breakfast when we saw other tables getting it as they were able to speak Italian. The buffet breakfast was really poor, more like 2-3*. Very little to choose from and not enough of it. They need to decide if they want to be an air bnb or a hotel and if it is a hotel then there should be menus at breakfast or someone should come and serve you when you sit down. We should not have to go and find someone in order to get a coffee in the morning. Although it was highlighted as a feature of this property on the website, breakfast was not cooked by a chef but by the hotel manager, I could have cooked a better breakfast myself. We were told that we could have dinner at the property cooked by the chef but when we enquired about the price they were unable to let us know. The finishing in the bathroom was not 5* as the shower flooded the bathroom every time we had a shower, the water leaked out the seal at the bottom of the shower. The room needs a full length mirror so we can check outfits. In general it felt like they rely too much on the location and finish of the property when we all know that so much of the feeling of 5* comes from attentive service.

Excellent beach holiday

The experience was fantastic. The beach in front of the house is beautiful, the staff was helpful and nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the little town around has everything that you need.
