I really would Love to spend more days here. It's a heaven. a bit hot in bologna during this time but the perfect air conditioning helped us out to sort even this problem
Lack a bit of fruits at breakfast , for the rest wonderful

- Beautiful grounds
- Easy check in
- Delicious breakfast
- Comfortable beds
- Excellent price
It's not a 'major defect' but there was a green light just above the door (I'm assuming it indicates where to exit in case of an emergency?) which lit up the room and made it difficult to get to sleep.

Gorgeous country views. Comfortable stay. Owners went above and beyond to make our night car travel there comfortable. They stayed on the phone with us until we arrived at our room. Truly amazing service.
The views are awesome and just a unique experience.
It’s truly unfortunate that the owners are wonderful and try to make it all excellent, however that can be overshadowed with a staff member. The lady/staff overseeing the breakfast was extremely rude. After traveling all night, due to an inconvenience/road, we went to have breakfast and her tone of voice and abrupt manner made us uncomfortable. Everyone in the dining area watched as she brusquely yelled “no breakfast”.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location
Great water pressure
Friendly staff
It is a little bit experience over comfort for me. It is a very old building that even smells old, doors that bang and handles that squeak, the mattress was not so comfortable either. Lots of insects, we had three bugs in the room and mosquitoes

The Place is spacious.. and here we finish with the positive points unfortunately
Arrived in the late afternoon, not a human face around, darkness everywhere and you left at yourself
A lot of retro object sparse around to justify the "historical place", but sorry the history has left the place long time ago. I would put less old furniture but try to take care of it
In the room not a single instruction of how all works: television, breakfast, heating!
The last point was the most painful: air condition with remote missing so of no use. Thermostat with program registered and somehow blocked from modification. When we arrived all good, night temperature low, freezing cold and we with a small baby... I pay for the room I DECIDE THE TEMPERATURE
Also about beds: double bed was the only one right sized, the others.. well I'm 1,80 and I was right there, so if you are a bit taller you won't spend a nice night
At the end, not sure where and when the breakfast would have been served, we decided to don't wait for it and leave in the early morning
Had great expectations from this place but sorry I've been disappointed from all points of view

The place was cold and alienated, we did not see a living soul. A large room with a musty smell. It was terribly cold and it was not possible to turn on the heating. old towels. As soon as we arrived we considered whether to go. The highlight was the lousy breakfast. Cold spring eggs which according to the upset stomach I grabbed were not fresh. Moldy bread and some cakes in euros from the supermarket. We went out and looked for a place to have breakfast. Without a doubt the worst place we've been in Attelia in general.

Far from things, car is a must. The stairway is hard for luggage.

Beautiful park, and an even more beautiful, historical room in a grand setting.
We expected to book a breakfast at the desk (we missed it during booking), but this was impossible, it should have been done on beforehand.

- It was the best place that we have rented in Italy
- Surprisingly beautiful place
- We had beautifully decorated room with access to veranda
- We had a chance to explore territory and other rooms and we spend like almost 2 hours and it was amazing
- Everything was clean
- We had very good breakfast (eggs, pancakes, coffee, hot sandwiches, yogurts etc)
- All the territory was very cozy
- that we spent only 1 night there :(
- I wish I live there
- I wish I had a family member who live there and invite me to spent time at this amazing place!

Very nice and spacious room, with view and terrace. Good wi-fi
No reception or staff, self check-in complicated, two automated gates with codes. No elevator. Poor breakfast not available before 7:30.

Peaceful and beautiful property. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was all prepared the night before so that we didn't have to be on a schedule or feel rushed. The place is very secure, with multiple gates and door locks. We liked it enough to stay again a week later on our return trip through the area.

Beautiful location and nice property. Big spacious room.
Check-in was a bit clunky, staff didn’t speak any English. Breakfast wasn’t fresh and it was ready since the moment we arrived there (the day before)

The property is truly beautiful, set in a magnificent estate. Check in procedures were carried out remotely and with ease, instructions to access the property were impeccable and the staff was very responsive.
Room was spacious and clean.
Toiletries in the bathroom need to be improved.
Breakfast could be also improved, but Covid restrictions make it a bit difficult to do nowadays.

Authentic!
Noisy from the road. No area for walking around the stay, you can just look from your window
