Perfect.

The location was perfect. The apartment was spacious with everything we needed for our stay. It was great to have a bath in the bathroom as opposed to just a shower. The view was amazing too! André who handed over the keys was very helpful and easily contactable if required. We arrived 2 hours late and he gave us a few essential items as a gift. He explained where everything was in the apartment and about local amenities. Would definitely stay again ☺️

Ok, but it could be much better

The beds were comfortable. The location near the old town was a 25-minute walk or a 4- 5 euro Uber. Superb supermarket very close to the apartment.The staff were friendly and the offer for cleaning during the week was great.

Everything was tired in the apartment we had (22). It was what you have to provide rather than what a guest might need. The mis-match furniture through to the plates and the plastic plants was the cheapest you can find. No style, like the type of accommodation you'd find 15 years ago before Airbnb. The selling point is the view, and it is beautiful. The balcony, however, needs a parasol so it can be used in the midday sun. No basics such as salt or oil were provided, so if self-catering, you'll need to buy the basics.

Excellent apartment, facilities and cleanliness.

Everything worked out very well. The host met us at the property on arrival. She was extremely helpful, giving us information on the apartment, the area, where to go and left detailed booklet and map of Albuferia.

The was nothing we can complain about. The apartment exceeded our expectations, couldn't have asked for anything better.

Fabulous Apartment

Fabulous apartment, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Apartment is close to all amenities such as shopping, buses and taxis Short walk to Old Town or to the Montechoro Strip if this is your preferred entertainment. So a great central location for everything.

The Apartments were fantastic very clean and every gadget and utensils needed great tv service and a wonderful view. Very large supermarket at top of the road where there is a taxi rank and a few cafe/bars .

Although you can see the sea and beach there is no direct access so it's a long walk down a hill which if you have any mobility issues is very hard and you would need a taxi home but they are very cheap

Absolutely perfect, location, facilities were brilliant, we had a washing machine in the apartment which was excellent. All you need. 10 min walk to old town and 15 min to new town.

Pool is very deep so please be aware if your not a strong swimmer.

They had everything needed in the apartment. Including extra electric heater (in February it is needed). Close to large supermarket. Excellent wifi.

The property was perfect in every way! Great location! It was extremely clean and the balcony with the view was beautiful! We went in the pool most mornings and it was lovely and cool and clean! Our host was so helpful and friendly and he came to meet us as soon as we arrived! They let us check in early and check out late! We wanted to extend our stay because of how much we liked it but we couldn’t change our flight! We will 100% stay here again next year if they’ll have us back!

Pleasant and very comfortable

Comfortable accommodation and everything you need for a quiet stay with lovely views

Outer staircases and Landings and are without lighting, so can be awkward to navigate in dark hours. Also, emergency lighting both inside apartment and outside apartment also appear not to be working

Lovely break, lovely people will be back again in may

Have been visiting alburferia for a number of years now and stayed at many different hotels, first time in an apartment. Very clean , lovely view of the sea. Maid service was excellent and Pedro who met us to show us around the apartment was superb and extremely helpful.

Excellent property, appreciated Rui's service

I appreciated the property owner Rui's fast responses and being so helpful as to walk me around the property and area. It was immaculately clean, all facilities were provided and functional. Good quality sleep without noise. Modern decorations.

The support person responding on whatsapp was incompetent to the extreme. The booking was so messed up that I was about to be forced to cancel in the taxi on the way there as a result. Fortunately the property owner Rui came to the rescue and fixed everything. I know it's hard to find good quality staff, and hope that Rui is able to find someone competent.

Exceptional

Walking distance to both old and new town with many bars and restaurants. Supermarket on your door step with the beach so close too. Pedro and Rui our hosts were very welcoming/helpful and easily accessible if required, so that was perfect. I would highly recommend staying in these apartments

Balcony furniture needs updating as uncomfortable but otherwise nothing.

Superb

The pool is very nice. well equipped apartment and a lift for those who have accessibility issues. Very clean. Housekeeping included every 3 days. Possible to park inside the complex using a remote control to open the gate. Cable TV and internet (little slow but maybe thats a service provider issue due to the huge increase of users during the summer). Near supermarkets and other stores. The ocean panoramic vue from the balcony is very pleasant. Globally we have found it a good place to stay with a little family.

more like an improvement, i would say that the complex needs more umbrellas around the pool.

Lovely apartment - Everything we wanted. .

Only 15 minutes from the beach, clean, big apartment.

No air con in the bedroom and some tea and coffee would be nice on arrival! But minor things that didn’t impact our stay.

The location wasn’t central but was close enough for the old town but far enough to be quiet for a good sleep. The pool area was never busy meaning you got the place to yourself! There was a supermarket nearby, 2 min walk away. The host dropped an email a few days in just to make sure all was going well. This was a nice personal touch. The balcony area had an amazing sea view! Highly recommended!

The pillows were too thin and uncomfortable.
