Грязные номера. Первый номер был вообще отвратный, балкон выходит на переход из здания в здание и ты не можешь открыть шторы и двери , все тебя видят . Раковины текут , холодильники ужасно грязные !!! Жили в разных гостиницах , но этой 1 звезда и то только за завтрак и персонал. Вай фай отсутствует. Бассейн грязный . 90% туристов индусы , которые ведут себя крайне невоспитанно .

Nie wieder

Eigentlich nichts. Wir waren 2019/2020 schonmal in diesem Hotel. Aber in der Pandemie als es geschlossen gewesen war ist einfach nichts gemacht worden, Es ist alt und sehr verschmutz (besonders das Badezimmer). Kein Internet im Zimmer, was jede Pommesbude in Thailand besser hin bekommt. Zum Frühstück, es ist immer kalt und zu wenig. Teilweise kloppen sich Leute um ein paar Eier oder Toast.

De slechste hotel ooit

Niets ,ontbijd was slecht geen wifi Kamer wordt slecht schoon gemaakt Of helemaal niet een hele slechte hotel met het naam van Golden Tulip

De administratie is heel slecht omdat ik de hele besrag had betaald daarom ben ik daar gebleven Ik moet een borg betalen van 1000 bath betalen Maar bij uit checken kon mij mijn geld niet terug betalen zij zouden terug bellen maar tor nu toe ia het niet gebeurt ik heb mij bank rekening achter gelaten. Ik was al op vrijdag 20 januari uitge checkt Dus ben ik 2 dagen eerder uit se hotel . Ik verwacht dat ik mij geld terug krijgt Maar een hele slechte hotel ik raad niemand om daar te gaan

ไม่ได้ทาน / ที่จอดรถยนต์ใต้หลังคาร่มดีแต่ได้ไม่น่าเกิน12 คัน/ไม่ไกลเซเว้น

คำขอพิเศษ ขอชั้นสูงสุดไม่ได้ไม่เป็นไร มี 7 ชั้น (ตอนเช็คอินได้ชั้น4)ชั้นอื่นพนง.บอกเต็ม **จองห้องมีวิวเมือง เข้าพักจริงไม่มี** แจ้งไปก็เปลี่ยนให้เข้าพักเป็นชั้น 5 มีวิวเมือง (โชคดียังไม่มีใครเข้าพัก) พนักงานยิ้มแย้มดี /ห้องเก่า/กาต้มน้ำยังเปียก/ที่นอนไม่ตึง /ห้องน้ำ-ตู้เย็นไม่สะอาด

ราคาดีมีอาหารมังสวิรัติให้กิน

ห้องกว้าง มีอาหารมังสวิรัติ มื้อเช้า ให้ทาน แกง ผัดผัก ข้าวผัด สลัดผักน้ำราดใส ผลไม้

ทางเข้าแคบ ป้ายบอกทางสับสน มี สองสาขา มีฝุ่น ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามาก ขาดรุ่งริ้งแสงไฟในห้องน้ำมืดไป

Terrible

Terrible hotel, how can they have 5 stars??? It's crazy!

Everything, looks same a 2 stars hotel, really bad experience, i paid 2 nights and i change hotel even if i couldn't be refund...it was better to waste money than sleep in this hotel

Golden Tulip.. Great stay

Value for money property in Pattaya. Away from the chaos of South Pattaya. Nice breakfast though repeated both days. Provide free parking for your vehicles. Will help if you have your own vehicle. Room with balcony overlooking the pool. Pook at the front desk very helpful and charming personality. Clean pool and a little fitness center. Will return, if I'm in Pattaya again.

Do something about the vicious alley dogs. The property will turn out nice after renovations complete.

Beds are big

Location is very Bad Hotel Lobby is Extremely HOT, we were sweating Hotel is Very OLD & dirty!! Swimming pool not clean. Bathroom smells very bad & the smell comes out even if you keep the door closed, your room is smelly too Bathroom is dirty, broken, very old & there is hair & dirt in the edges There's No hot water for showering No slippers, lotion... In the room. House keeping is coming to your when you're not in your room even if you didn't ask them to clean your room Room are not same as the pictures

Disappointing

I only like the place because it's very peaceful.

Children's pool is very rough which caused my daughter's wound on her feet. Not recommendable hotel. Very disappointed.

Bad

Nothing can be liked about the hotel. Pathetic

AC is too old and not cooling. No breakfast is available when you book with breakfast. I stayed for 4 nights and only once I was able to get toasts and eggs otherwise everytime either the eggs are finished or the bread is finished. Internet was not working in the rooms and to connect the hotel internet we had to go to the lobby. Complained the reception twice everyday to kindly check on the internet and AC but nothing doing. Also complained about the shortage of breakfast still a deaf ear. I have been travelling for the last 20 years and undoubtedly the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Not recommended.......pathetic hotel

Very good

Internet doesnt work properly in rooms. Also staff at reception doesnt have basic mathematical knowledge. I asked them how they can charge service tax on room rent plus vat. It should be on room rent only. But staff started shouting when I asked just to correct the calculation. I backed off as because it was just a difference of few Bahts, but unprofessional behaviour will stay long in my mind.
