About this cottage rental
The silk workshop is a full rental rural house with a maximum capacity of 10 seats plus two extra beds.
SITUATION
The situation of the house destined for rural tourism is in AVEDILLO DE SANABRIA, a town belonging to the Cobreros Town Hall and with access to the building itself and connection with the N-501 and A-52 approximately 4 km away.
HISTORY
The original building is more than 200 years old and has all the characteristics typical of the traditional and popular architecture of San Sebastian.
It was rehabilitated approximately 12 years ago in order to serve as a craft workshop for the production of textile products on silk.
OUTDOORS
.- Garden plot of 2,000 m2 divided into two levels and communicated with each other.
.- Rustic shed of 30 m2 with barbecue, beer bar and garden tables.
.- Stone building of 30 m2 for storage.
.- Parking of 150 m2 for a capacity of 6 cars and with a covered area where the boiler room is located.
.- Botany.

INTERIOR
House surface: 322 m2
.- Divided into two floors and connected by internal staircase with direct access to the two levels of garden.
. Ground Floor: consists of three rooms with bathroom included. Each of these rooms has exits to the garden of the 2nd level. They have a common space with fridge, coffee maker, water heater, microwave, and stainless steel and wood American bar with its corresponding kitchen utensils; They also have TV.
Two of these rooms are equipped with two beds of 1. 35 and sofa with extra bed; the other room with a 1.50 bed.
. First Floor: It has a dining room of 45 m2 with access to the garden and with a balcony, a fully equipped living room of 35 m2 with TV and a balcony to the garden, two rooms with shared bathroom and one of them with independent entrance. Each of them with beds of 1. 35 and one of them with sofa.
All rooms have garden views.
.- Construction materials: The building was recovered using the same materials that were originally used as irregular slate, oak and chestnut wood and stone in the area.
The new materials that have been introduced at the moment such as clay tiles, lacquered tiles, hydraulic slabs etc., come from antique dealers so that these can be perfectly integrated with the original ones of the house.
.- Services: Oil heating with temperature regulating keys on each radiator on the 1st floor and with ambient thermostats on the ground floor. Emergency lights, fire extinguishers, first aid kit.
.- Furniture: Careful to get a pleasant stay for customers mixing elements recovered from the house in its origins and antique dealers with current pieces; decorated with author paintings, sculptures and decorative objects selected for each of the spaces of the house and in order that each client can feel in a lived house.
