Un établissement de choix

Suzy et Christina sont très chaleureuses et accueillantes. Elles font tout pour que le séjour soit des plus agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux, varié avec des produits de qualité. Décoration et établissement de charme, le charme de l'ancien avec le confort moderne. Seul petit bémol, la fenêtre qui donne sur une courette sombre, mais ce n'est pas un réel problème. Merci encore pour ce très bon moment.

Consigliatissimo, un’autentica chicca

La gentilezza in primis dello staff, una signora ci ha aiutato in tutti i modi, un vero angelo. Stanze spaziose e posizione super centrale

Letto troppo morbido, si sprofondava e che non c’è un ascensore. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione al terzo piano per questo motivo.

The room was really large and so comfortable!

The location was excellent and breakfast superb with offers of egg and bacon as well. Tye staff were friendly and U loved playing the piano in their reception area fir a small function.

There was no instant coffee or creamer in the room, so I couldn’t make coffee.

Relaxing and stylish at the same time

It’s a wonderful piece of art and history in the middle of Trapani historical centre. Everything, from bed to rooms to bathrooms were at the highest standard. Besides I was lovely treated by Ms Cristina who took care of everything during my stay included my favourite breakfast. Thank you!

Next time I would ask for a room with balcony or view from the window; I missed one

Really nice hotel well located in old town area close to amazing swimming beaches.

Lovely small hotel well located in central old town Trapani. Close to all major sights and 2 minute walk to amazing sandy beaches with crystal clear water. Room was newly renovated and spacious. Good beds and air conditioning. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Breakfast on rooftop terrace (4th floor). Was nice to be able to go for swims and be very close to the hotel.

Given it is an old building, there is no lift. Our room was on 3rd floor and because of high ceilings this meant a lot of stairs (more than usual). Heat rises in the stairwell so getting to 3rd floor and rooftop can be hard work in the heat. Parking in old town is difficult so expect to have to walk some distance from parking to the hotel. It is flat and a lovely walk but can still be some distance if carrying luggage. Overall nothing to say we didn't like as it is a lovely accomodation but points about stairs and parking are noted for future guests.

Excellent stay in the heart of Trapani

The location is amazing, right in the heart of trapani and yet once you shut the doors it is so quiet and peaceful in the room. The room was huge and beautifully decorated, very unique. Breakfast was great, with fresh eggs and bacon offered every morning as well as a delicious traditional sicilian bread. This is alongside a buffet of pastries, bread, meat and cheese, yoghurt and fresh fruit, all served up on the roof terrace. We couldn't have asked for more.

Art hotel in the heart of Trapani

It is a gorgeous place, featuring paintings and other art objects in the rooms. The breakfast is rich and served on a spacious terrasse with a view on the cathedral. The staff is very hospitable.

Central location and quiet street, very clean, great staff (Cristina, Federica and the other lady I don’t know the name of). Air con working perfectly (the temperature was over 30 in those days) with no extra noises. Good breakfast.

A minor suggestion: beds in Italy tend to be much firmer (stone hard sometimes) than in the UK. This happens in B&Bs and in 5* hotels. This was the case here too. Mayne consider having some filled mattress cover to help with the problem. Please take this as a constructive suggestion and not a criticising. the place is great.

Fantastic location. Comfortable bed. Strong shower.

Our room had no view. That said, no view from the one window made for good sleep.

Good location, good breakfast.

The room was not ready. It was very cold. They should have prepared it before we arrived. For that price we would expect better room facilities. We stayed in the Amore room. The best in the room was probably the ceiling. Only small towels and bathrobes were provided. When we asked for big towels they offered to exchange it for the bathrobes..

I couldn’t fault this hotel. The location was perfect for activities in Trapani. The room was beautiful and pristine. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. So sad to leave this place.

Exceptional

The breakfast was exceptional, finally a bit more grit than normal Italian breakfasts (they served us bacon and eggs). The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The location is great, nearby the main streets but just off it so it is quiet. The room was spacious. Parking they don't have which is understandable so we parked 8 min walk away to a car lot for 2.5 Euro/day which was totally fair and the cheapest pay for parking in Italy that I have experienced.

Nothing, great place will stay here again.
