I wouldn’t recommend staying at this motel 6 the tub shower was dirty the comforter had cigarette burns towels looked dirty lighting in room was dim and the door actually didn’t look I would have been better off sleeping in my car they actually, should tear it down and rebuild

Room reeked of urine. We tried everything to get rid of smell. Air freshners, sprays. Roaches came out at night. We only stayed 1 night. Ice machine was also broken. Wasn't aware there was no refrigerator

Had to change rooms first one was a hot box a/c didn’t work but both rooms were terrible the room I switched to floors were black needs to be mopped the toilet was not clean maybe haven’t been cleaned in awhile. Shower curtain can be changed out as well. ROACHES in the room. I shouldn’t have to go and buy my own cleaning supplies to make it right. Understand it motel 6 but with the price of the rates you’ll think it would be a little better presentation and more cleanliness. Overall no one bothers you and everything is walking distance as of liquor store and fast food spots.

Customer service was fantastic. Laurie was awesome helping us out. The beds were rough, hard to sleep on and woke up sore. The tv could use a channel guide as it was not easy to navigate. The floor had not been mopped as there was dirt and debris on it. They did supply us with extra toiletries which was nice, and the parking was good and close to our rooms.

The worst Motel 6 that I have stayed at!! The room smell terrible some type of awful odor, the shower dripped all night. The bathtub was falling apart. The paint was peeling. The AC Barely worked.. The bathroom itself was horrible. There were holes everywhere and to top it all off. I even seen a cockroach not a good stay at all never again. Oh and The whole building itself smelt like cigarettes smoke there were people lingering outside homeless people sleeping in their car. It was just horrible not safe and not clean.

I have had much better stays at most other motel six hotels. The entire place looks so completely rundown, and there were absolutely no amenities in the room. The mattress seemed pretty old and lumpy leaving me with a bit of a sore back. Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures. And I’m sad to say if I ever come back out to Redlands, I will find a completely different hotel for my overnight stay.

Upon arrival the front desk staff asked me to come back later so he could finish his lunch. The surroundings were dirty at though it haven't been cleaned off litter for weeks. Inside the room where were major cuts & rips in the furniture and walls. The towels appeared dirty or very stained. I used my own. Worst of all, there was NO refrigerator in the room. I can't remember the last time I had a room without a refrigerator, anywhere. I had to purchase an additional ice chest for some foods. The one in my vehicle is to large to move upstairs besides it is permanently mounted and the motel had nowhere to plug in.

This Place Should Is A Crime . The fact they are taking people's money to stay here is a crime because it is so dirty . Bugs were in our food the second we turned are back . In the Bathroom roaches on the wall floor everywhere . We left after food was ruined and saw the bathroom .

Property was in poor upkeep. Several unsavory persons hanging around the motel when we arrived.Room was never cleaned the whole time we were there, had to ask for more towels and toiley paper

On the room next to us the couple were fighting and the kids screaming till late night and police can and they didn’t make nothing after the police they continued doing the same! The last time I check the time was after 2 am. After it sleep because I was exhauste

This hotel was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The walls were so dirty and gross. The water from the faucet was VERY cloudy. I had to buy $4 bottled water from the vending machine to brush my teeth with. I definitely did not take a shower in that yucky water and the bathroom was stained and dirty anyway. NECER AGAIN!!!!!

The first room smelled like sewage and the floors were very dirty I did not want to set my baby down on them. I asked to be moved, the front desk did move us but it took an hour to prepare another room and we had to sit in the room smelling poop. Someone very nasty stayed in the room before us. The sheets and linens looked clean but could see faint stains on them. Would not recommend if you have children with you. But you get what you pay for I suppose. Next time we will spend the extra money to stay someplace cleaner. The front desk lady was a doll so sweet.

the room I am in needs to be condemed. Big crack in bathtub, floors are warped, water damage through out. I have to go get my own linens and towels as they do nothing while room is occupied. I am responsible for carrying out my own trash

Typical Motel 6. The staff was amazing and the hotel is is a easy location while traveling. My two complains would be the floor was filthy my socks turned black on the bottom walking around the room, And the bed had two VERY flat pillows.

There was about 15 homeless tent encampments on the property in the bushes. A lot of obvious drug trafficking. The rooms were disgusting. The door didn’t shut all the way or lock so I barely slept as my wife and daughter were with me on this trip. Best bet is to literally stay anywhere else.

It was the worst or 2nd worst hotel I had ever stayed for 200 dollars a night!! Water keeps dripping, bad smell, noisy in neighbors, several homeless roaming. The worst experience was again so stink!!!
