I have been staying at this location every week for business, as I live in the Bay Area and have not fully committed to a move to LA county. But the staff here are always great, my room is always clean and I don't have many complaints. I wish I was able to grow my points a little more rapidly but the cost is reasonable for what Im able to get there. I probably will have a bit of separation anxiety once Im done with the quarter and dont have to stay there since the team is always so kind and accommodating after a long drive to LA each week. Thanks for the great customer service !

They were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was great but they did seem a little annoyed I was there early. The room was fine, a little dates but clean. The room was hot so I had to turn on the air and it seemed to work sporadically. The fridge was not on at all, so when I went to use it for leftovers it was not useful at all. There isn't much in the area and a car is probably necessary for the location.

The hotel was very old compared to other double trees the pool seemed as if no one really cared to maintain it as it had leafs floating around the hot tub was in pretty poor condition on how old it was never really got “hot” the lobby bar never seemed to be open other then when it got late didn’t have a friendly vibe to it…. Also me and my wife tried to watch tv on several different channels and pornographic commercials kept advertising on every channel my wife was not happy about it… “phone sexy” was the commercial that kept coming on we were just trying to watch a pg movie… this hotel was actually disappointing and I’m not happy on the rates considering how bad it was the women at the front desk seemed to have a attitude most of the time. There famous cookies were pour compared to other doubletrees… no breakfast neither also most of the time the parking lot had crack heads walking around and homeless people. Stay somewhere else if you can !

My stay was okay. Tv wasn’t working. Went with the family for a little staycation and the tv kept changing the channel. Called the front desk for assistance and they told me there was nothing they can do. Also looks like I have extra charges. Experience was OK

I had a wonderful stay at doubletree. It had easy on and off access from the interstate. Plenty of food and stores nearby. We were welcomed in and had quick service. Plus there were free warm cookies from the front desk!!! My room overlooked the interstate and their smoking area on the roof. The room was very clean. The beds were beyond comfortable. Small downside is that everyone who walks by outside is loud and can be heard from inside the room. Parking lot for the hotel is very large! If I’m ever in Norwalk, this will be a first choice.

I called That day we’re driving from San Francisco and I got a flat tire. I told him I couldn’t make it. I asked if it was OK to switch the date since I was going to LA the next couple days nothing no refund they didn’t change the date. I just wasted $200 on the room I didn’t even sleep in

The hotel has a good location, but the cleanliness of the hotel room is very dirty, mainly the bathroom could be noticed at a long distance, the place is beautiful but with that type of cleaning it makes you feel insecure.

The staff was the best part about this hotel - they were very friendly. The hotel is very dirty and run down. We stayed for 3 nights and our room wasn’t clean when we arrived - and the day we requested the room to be cleaned it wasn’t. We had a view of the roof.

My grandmother use to say, "People see you before they hear you." On arrival, I noticed bottles and other trash throughout the parking lot, the front entrance windows and doors were visible unkept, and the front desk staff's uniforms were not kept in a manner that says, I take pride in what I do. Other than a few Old Man gripes, the stay was pleasant.

I don’t know why this hotel is rated 4 star. It was smelly, dirty and not enough staff to even help with the luggage. Had to stay just because finding an alternative over Jul 4 weekend would have been tough.
