The service at the hotel is fantastic, and the spa is small but very nice (and again with excellent service). The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Only downsides were the shower (low water pressure) and the breakfast (I ordered eggs and didn’t eat it because the quality was so mediocre)

My room smelled of really bad sewage and cigarettes. I never received coffee pods for the room and was told to gonto the lobby if i wanted coffee.

Nice property and I would stay again. The room was beautiful and spacious and the location was good but often had traffic delays due to being in a busy area. Housekeeping was great but i consistently had to ask for the free water bottles to be replaced daily. I never got the second pair of slippers I was offered. No signs next to the coffee machine to let you know the cofee is not free. That's on a menu across the room inside of a cabinet next to the minibar that i never looked at because i wasnt interested in the minibar so upon check out you get a nice surprise bill being charged starbucks prices for in room coffee pods with no creamer or anything. The bellmen and concierge were very friendly and helpful.

Gustavo, a hotel employee, treated our problem as his when our Trip Advisor excursion driver didn't show up to take us to a folk concert. He called Palacio de Bellas Artes and told the ticket person about our plight since the driver had our tickets. Then he arranged for a hotel driver to take us to the show. We were able to be only 5 minutes late to the show. Gustavo is my amigo for life!

We stayed at this hotel for our first visit to Mexico City and had a great experience. It’s located at the nice neighborhood walkable to the park and other attractions. Hotel was clean and staff were very polite and friendly. We liked the food at the main restaurant.

I'd recommend this property as it is beautiful and is centrally located in the heart of México City, but there are some incidents that occured that I was not happy with. I had an incident happen on the property where my vehicle was scratched while parked on the property. The room division manager assured me that she would find a resolution to this matter. I left the property on July 1, 2024. She was suppose to reach out to me that evening either by email or phone, I have yet to hear from her. It has been 3 days since I left the property. Im going to assume that maybe because im a foreigner she figured she'd be able to brush me off and not deal with my issue. This is unacceptable and shows the type of customer service she renders to her guest. Lastly, this hotel is not family friendly. They have a pool and they have children hours from 12 p.m.- 4 p.m. I took my 9 year old daughter during those hours as that is the only time she is allowed to be in that area. With that being said, one of the pool attendants came over and asked that my daughter lower her voice volume as she quote on quote said " from 12-4 p.m. are considered children's hours." Made no sense for her to make that comment as we were there during those hours. My daughter was not being obnoxiously loud as I would of corrected her, she was simply being a 9 year old child. Like I mentioned earlier, I would've enjoyed my stay if they had better customer service.

Excellent service,
Room was perfect, roomy, cool and comfortable.
Large soaking tub was a bonus after a long day of walking.
The gym is awesome especially if you enjoy lifting.
Charge for minibar items...mini espresso machine in room $5.50 USD for use. FYI
Plenty of food choices near by as well as Tour bus stop steps from hotel.
I traveled alone and felt safe inside and outside the hotel.
I would definitely stay here again.
