The shower was broke, we could not take shower. Shower head was broke. First room we could not open door so the hotel moved to a second room with broke shower head.

Property is very dated and in desperate need of renovation. Bed and room itself in OK condition and still comfortable. Power went out in entire room at one point, ice machines not working on two levels, no towels in the gym. Golf course was closed for a month, was and is not noted on their website. Daily resort fee is mostly for golf. No legit restaurants around Dennys and counter service places. Would not stay again.

All went well. Staff was great Our only issue was our shower was draining very slow but it was addressed corrected promptly. Other than that, would be nice if the room had microwaves to heat up our food from the restaurant.

Overall, it was not a horrible experience. I will say that we had an issue with our AC when we first got into our room. My boyfriend called & notified the front desk. They sent someone up who ultimately told us that heat rises & there was nothing he could do. When asked if we could switch rooms he told us there were none available. I called the front desk again to let them know that there was in fact a problem with our AC & it wasn’t just because heat rises………… Anyways, the lovely gentleman (I believe his name was Ulysses - sorry if I’m wrong) asked if we wanted to switch rooms to which we absolutely said yes. But we also thought it was weird considering we had just been told there were none available. He came up right away to give us our keys. Our other rooms AC was working at max capacity & you could feel the difference. The cleanliness was subpar. I didn’t expect the Ritz, but I was pretty disappointed to find someone else’s hair in our box of tissues & in our bathtub. The pool was great. Pool bar was great. We had no complaints there. I would stay here again, for sure. For the price, you can’t beat it. But I do hope that there will be a bit more focus on maintenance training & more focus on cleanliness.

For the amount we paid, i would’ve expected a nicer room. The restroom tub paint was chipped off and painted over very noticeable.

Overall experience was good. The property was well kept. Check in went smoothly, thanks to Gracie. The room was great. Hallways was too warm. It felt like was 90 degrees. I was a little disappointed when I checked out. The person in the front was not friendly. I felt like i was brothering her. Overall, experience was good. Thank you.

Very clean, good price, and had all amenities. Clogged sinks the moment we arrived. Told it was going to be fixed within 30 minutes….2 hours later it was completed. Hotel did not notify us that it was fixed. We had to keep asking. Pool was terrific. Big, clean, and plenty of towels.

Sorroundings is really nice, the golf area. Table and chairs are dusty. Trash can has no plastic bag in the restroom. I hope theres a microwave inside the room.Swimming pool needs cleaning maintenance.overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property! Very quiet and our group enjoyed our stay! Although you have a small coffee maker in the room, a suggestion is to have a coffee urn available 24/7. I had to go to Polanco Kitchen and -wait for guests to be seated in the restaurant before ordering a cup of coffee.

Hotel is very outdated. Rooms aren’t nice, and our patio leading out our room was very dirty that we didn’t even bother sitting out there. Carpet was dirty and the bed frame and headboard was torn. Will definitely be the last time we stay there.

The room was really comfortable and clean. The bathroom was large, with double sinks, and the bathtub had a shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap was provided. A hair dryer was also there. We received free cookies and bottles of water. There was a refrigerator in the room too. A very nice stay.

Great location rooms were clean and comfortable, the a/c was loud the first night and maintenance fixed the issue , the Hotel was very nice food and bar area excellent. Swimming pool was amazing lots to do at this resort . Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. They offered up free food samples and drinks in lobbie . Free self parking was great

I liked the hotel, but after paying the resort fee and deposit for two nights on the first day, my card key stopped working on the second day. They said it was because I hadn't paid the resort fee. So, I paid the resort fee and deposit for another two nights again on the second day. My credit card showed two pending charges of $100 each. I spent my time worrying if the money would be refunded, which dampened my enjoyment. We enjoyed the pool, but there were many half-finished alcoholic drink cups within reach at the shallow area where children play. My autistic daughter tried to touch them, which was concerning. Despite these issues, we enjoyed the pool in the morning and evening with its pleasant atmosphere and nice view, so overall, we had a good time.

Great stay which started by an early check in. Gracie on the desk was just lovely, and even text us to ensure everything was fine. Hotel, facilities and location was just spot on. Don’t for those cookies on check in folks.
