We have stayed at Best Western Santa Rosa several times. It is clean with very comfortable bedding, and towels are large and thick - kept snowy white

The twenty dollar pet fee per dog per night was excessive. Most Best Western’s don’t charge extra. Other than that it’s just a basic old school motel.

Room was spacious and clean. The shower and sink collected water, draining slowly. Bed was comfortable. Property was old but updated. Not many options for food/drink in area. Had bad storm which knocked the power out, not the hotels fault. Felt safe, it was great for an overnight stop while traveling.

The gentleman at check in was pleasant and recommended a very good authentic mexican restaurant in town. Dining choices are limited here so his recommendation was appreciated. The accommodations were sufficient for our one night stay as we were passing through. We had a good nights rest on the comfortable beds and showers in the clean bathroom. It was a quiet property which was nice too.

It didn’t look like the pictures, it seemed more like a motel. The main lobby was not close so going to get breakfast for the family was a challenge to bring back to the room. The food was good and the day receptionist was great! All in all, it was an average stay. I appreciated the safety of the area, although right across from major gas stations (very convenient), there were no loitering or homeless hanging out around the rooms. That was impressive because all the room access were outdoors.
