This is the second time staying at this property. The location is great for what we need when visiting family. Close to Target and a few other stores, including a gas station and pharmacy. The property itself is on the older side but you can tell they are making upgrades to certain common areas and certain carpets etc. Our go to when in town.

This hotel needs major updates, the bedding is awful, rugs disgusting and bathrooms are very dated and in not great shape. Worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. It is large and one of the only hotels in that area and it needs a major update and make up

Was completely tricked by a bait and switch technique from hotels.com. I booked a room for a concert we were going to in Bridgeport. I booked it at 286 per night. When I arrived I gave my card which I thought was for incidentals. Next day charged 623 for same room. This place was dirty and outdated and not even worth the 286. Both hotels.com and the hotel informed me that rates changed between time I booked and stayed. Really? Now rooms are listed at 173! What a scam from both companies. Will never use either again!

This hotel was so much bigger than I thought it would be! Check in was efficient, room was beautiful and clean. Hair conditioner was empty, but we made due! Property needs a few updates, particularly in the elevator area, but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

This place was a palace back in the mid 90s. The hot bar/night club that used to be in the Marriott was always packed, but those days are gone. Not a bad hotel if you are going for one night, but 2 out of the 3 elevators were broken, a lot of suspicious people hanging around, and our room felt very damp. The staff was very nice and plenty of parking was available

One of the managers kind of looked like he was following us. It was a little weird. We checked in and by the time our elevator made it to the second floor he was already getting out the stair doors lol but the hotel was super nice and clean.

Staff were so friendly and helpful! Restaurant was amazing!! The hotel needs a good cleaning, paint job and remodel. The carpet had wrinkles through out and old. Basically old and needs upgrading - probably wouldn’t book there again

This hotel is ok. Very old. Our king size bed sank in the middle and was uncomfortable. There were no USB outlets. The housekeeping was spotty - we were there for 3 nights and they only came once. No microwave. It was quiet, however, which was a plus.

Shower dirty upon arrival. Elevators not working properly and one completely out of service. Charge for breakfast $16 per person - the place looks tired except for the lobby area. Many conferences here so it looks like they focus on the that area. Not too impressed.

We went out to eat before checking in, & had a “doggie bag” left over. When we got to our room, their was no mini refrig!! Don’t recall ever staying in a hotel that didn’t have one in the room? The tv remote was not working, however, staff brought one up promptly. Much appreciated! Otherwise, everything was fine.

Good location for meetings and events. A huge plus was the inside / outside pool options and on site restaurant. Decor is a little older for the Marriott brand, but the bedding is always classic !

We stayed for 1 night for a show in Bridgeport. Hotel was nicely decorated and staff were pleasant and accomodating. We had an amazing breakfast the following morning. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

If Marriott thinks it's ok to charge that much money for sub par accommodations, I will take my business elsewhere. I travel frequently for my job and I would sooner stay in a clean Super 8 than an old, run down Marriott. Disappointing.

Where to start. Literally had to beg multiple times a day to have room cleaned and several days it never happened. It is painfully obvious how understaffed this hotel is, in housekeeping, at the restaurant, front desk and in 6 days and nights never saw anybody even close to resembling a security guard, despite two conferences over the weekend, a kids baseball team staying there, etc. I used to live at this hotel pre-COVID and it’s decline since then is depressing. There is no management presence, including when several adult males came to the bar repeatedly on Saturday night with no shirts and no shoes, wet and straight from the pool. Nobody said anything despite somebody that resembled a manager in the restaurant area. Other servers stood around talking while customers were looking to be served. Kids running in the hallway at midnight, unattended and again no security presence at all.

It was kept clean and the staff were GREAT! I think they had a flooding issue cause the my room smelled like wet carpet, and the ceiling on the top floor had large gray parts as if cleaned mold. Otherwise it was good.

Great check in and Agnes the bartender was awesome! Didnt like that we didnt have breakfast included being $166 a night, we didnt have a comforter felt more like a lot of blankets, and vending machine on 3rd floor didnt have anything.

Some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. But not in an in-your-business kind of way. Just really nice people with smiles and friendly hellos at every desk and around every corner.

I like the inside decor along with the size of the indoor areas. Spacious rooms. The bathroom tubs and floor corners could be updated. Also the air-conditioner blew out an odor that smelled the entire room.
