Amazing, beautiful room.

The man at the front desk who checked me in last incredibly welcoming and helpful. Such a delightful person after a long tired day of driving.
Room huge. Loved it! Comfy bed.
1 complaint: shower barn style door was incredibly loud when you slid it. Awful sound you could hear with door shut in the rest of the room. Needs fixing. Room 405.
I enjoyed my stay very much.

We coose Marriott Residences cause is very convenient and confortable

The girl at the front desk said I had to be 21+ to check in for my room that I already booked even though the website says 18+. She stated this as fact and when I showed her that it was in fact not 21+ she doubted me and wanted to check for herself then apologized and said she was “new” after that altercation while she was still checking us in and getting me parking she was micro managing her co worker who was also checking someone in

Sarah the front seat staff was so sweet & helpful. We ended up extending our stay an additional 3 nights. The bellboys both of them were e so kind & helpful and very courageous. They always greeted me, my 13 yr old daughter as well as my mom asking how our day was and if we needed any recommendations etc. We will definitely be back! Thank you

I have had very good experience with Residence Inn. I have stayed in this hotel chain in different cities. The reason I like Residence Inn is because of great breakfast, cleanness, and friendly front desk. This one in Seattle offered all of the above. Although the property showed signs of age, the stove in the kitchenette did not work well- one was in fact broken, and the picture shown in their website gave me a false expectation of the view I thought I could see from my room which was facing a lake, I still highly recommend it!

The staff was very polite and helpful. We'll come back.

Nice property, big suite

Everything was really great, although the images on Expedia make it seem like there is a rooftop deck for guests but that is just for one elite suite.

Great amenities and very spacious room. Perfect for our family. Fittings are a little dated in style but extremely clean and very well maintained. Excellent value for money and great location by the lake.

Nice view of Lake Union.

Stayed here 9 years ago and loved everything about it. Clean, comfortable, cozy, spacious, awesome breakfast, beautiful view! However, the trees that boarder the entrance is now blocking the lake view room we totally enjoyed. Highly suggest, they could be trimmed to a height for the lake view we payed for!!! Or, lower the room price! It's no longer considered a lake view room. Overall, a perfect place to stay that's close to all the sights to see.

the hotel needs major updating. the rooms are tired the balcony had bird poop on balcony and chairs and railing. Outside building is filthy.

The view was absolutely AMAZING!!!! We’d definitely stay again.

Quiet spacious rooms. Easy highway access. Pool was a good temperature. On-site laundry. Breakfast buffet was ok with lots of seating.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast buffet every morning was great and super helpful with managing our food budget for the day. Great options that our whole family enjoyed. The pool facility was great, too!

I do wish they said on the add that parking is in a height restricted garage. We came on a busy weekend and had to park in public parking across the street, which was cheaper, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, the hotel clean and spacious. I would stay there again.

The hotel is located in the business district. It has great access to the I-5 freeway. It's on the older side. Elevator button is falling off, pool temperature is a bit on the cool side and floors are beginning to look worn out. We rented the 2 bedroom suite. Size wise it is perfect for a family of 6. One bathroom has a temperature block on the shower/tub to prevent kids from getting burned. The bathtub in the king room had hair in the drain. Otherwise it was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Onsite parking is a problem for trucks with a canopy.

Check in very fast, everyone in the front lobby and during breakfast service was super attentive, the room was exactly what we were looking for this stay

Set up of room with 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a kitchen was perfect for our family. Pool was smaller than expected but still great fun for the kids. The kids room next to the pool was great and kids enjoyed spending down time in there. Walkabl to everything we wanted to see and do and also a trolley stop right out front. Great location and e to

This was an excellent hotel for us. Very reasonable rates, excellent breakfast, lots of things to do nearby, clean, all the things really!
We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Seattle

Only complaint was our room was not available until closer to 4:30 pm and we were late for our concert. Other than that every was great. Would stay here again.

smelled like an old house in the room the smell of shampoo and body wash was all the same it was the best smell. also the balcony didn't have a great view there was a tree obscuring the view and it wasn't super clean there was leaves.

Overall very nice hotel, front desk staff was very friendly.

This was a great place to land for a trip to see a Seattle Storm game at Climate Pledge Arena. About a 20-25 minute walk from the stadium and in the quieter Lake Union area of town. Free buffet breakfast and larger rooms - the property is an older open atrium set up but the pool area was nice and the staff was friendly with a quick check in.

Service was great. Breakfast was chaotic, uninspiring and the hours of operation were too short. Had expected to be able to see more of the Bay.

At first it was going really well but we went to get into our bed and discovered dried blood on our sheets and blankets. Called down to the desk and it took them
45 mins to come and change to sheets. Disgusting,
