The place is not a four (4) star hotel, but convenient enough for the area. The staff were great! The manager Eud was excellent. The servers make me feel welcome at all times Max, Huguette, Dolce, Martine, Marie jeanne, Mr. Jean Baptiste. I strongly encourage someone to visit this place if you're going to be in the area.

The beach is beautiful and lots of it - a few steps away, and the staff keeps it clean and safe. An amazing vista from beach, walkways, and restaurant. Very peaceful and calming to sit and relax by the sea. Our Family Suite was spacious, clean, and quiet - with a great view from the balcony! The rooms had plenty of drawers, closet and storage space for our use, and lots of comfortable seating. The price was an amazing bargain! The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast - ordered from a wide selection - was perfect. The Wi-Fi was strong and consistent. Hot water was always working in our shower and sink. The beds were quite comfortable. Daily maid service was a plus. I will be back, for sure! Suggestion - put in a pool on the west side of the restaurant. That would make your resort the absolute best in the area - beyond question. The only complaint is that communication between the bar and food staff is terrible, and we practically had to beg for service each time we sat down to eat. The bar staff refused to tell the servers we were there - even when we asked them to! Some of the staff at the bar were quite rude and purposely ignored my friends who were with me. Mr. JB, your resort would have more business and make a higher profit if you solved this problem. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. Great job!

Was really nice! Staffs were really nice and accommodating. The beach was to die for... but make sure to bring a bathing/swimming shoe - i got cut a couple of times from broken bottles laying at the bottom of the beach! Besides that, you will no worries. No problems with security! You feel safe and secure... P.s. if you need to see around town, ask for babi. He will be someone walking around selling coconuts (tell him jimmitry sent you)

Usually when I go to this resort, the employees are really friendly, genuinely happy. So the last time i went, that lady named Rose did a really bad job at welcoming me. She was rude, incompetent. So if i’m paying big money to go to a place, to spend time to a place, you’re not expecting me to stay to a room lesser than what i paid. So she gave me a room if i recall, room 17 which was not even clean and mostly it was not matching the price i paid on expedia. So, when i went to her to explain the situation and that I was not going to sleep in that room, i showed her the receipt and everything. She was tellig me oh that’s not the price she saw on her computer. So I was like there’s a discrepancy somewhere. Because on my phone, my receipt, my bank account said that i paid that much for 6 nights, and you’re telling me it’s lesser on your computer. So i was like can i speak to a supervisor, she was catching big attitude. Like if you’re not qualified to do something, it’s okay to get help. So after waiting for a good minute, she was like all the rooms are booked she can’t move people from their room to accommodate me. Meanwhile, i booked with them since the 13th of may. So i was like i’m not sleeping outside nor do i want to go to a different place. She was like huffing and puffing. After a while, she’s like i got 2 rooms you can check, so i went and picked out 1. The room felt like nobody has stepped inside for a good minute. There was no water to flush the toilet, etc. It was bad

Me and my wife, we've been to different places in Cap-Haitien. I put Cormier Plage Resort on top. Excellent breakfast daily, sitting on the balcony. The restaurent served excellent food. Don't forget to mention the free pick-up at the airport. We are coming back for the summer.

The service is here was utterly atrocious. My family and I stayed here for 3 days and did not see one employee smile the entire time. Unfortunately, they are much more concerned with the beach guest visiting for the day from the Royal Caribbean cruise ship then their actual hotel guests. One night we sat in the restaurant and after 20 minutes my wife finally went to the bar to try and order food because we had yet to be waited on. The bar tender took our order to the cook and the cooks exact words were "I'm too busy, I can't serve them." ARE YOU KIDDING ME! You cant serve the guest that paid to stay at the hotel??? Plus one night they had a DJ that blared music from 10pm all the way until 7am. What kind of normal functioning hotel does this? This is just a beach, the resort has died a lomg time ago.

Beautiful grounds and gardens, exceptional beach, and attentive and courteous staff. The owner/manager was accommodating, there was excellent Haitian artwork throughout the property, and there was a great restaurant serving local organic produce; the pork was delicious.

There is no electricity during day time and it’s affects those who are using laptops and iPads. They could have charged $10 more per day and provide electricity to the customers. The hotel is by the beach but no screen when one opens the door. But it’s a good spot for those who enjoy nature.
