I got a good deal through Expedia on a Suite plus breakfast, usually I don't treat myself but it was worth it, great room with good views. The tram system in Leipzig is excellent and there is a very useful hub just opposite the hotel in Augustusplatz, also nice walks through the city to the many restaurants.

Arrived at hotel before advertised check in time. I had request for early checking through hotels.com messaging at the time of booking, however there was no consideration given to this request and room was made available only at 3pm check in time. I stayed for 3 days, house keeping standard was poor, with only superficial touch up of sheets returns to their normal place. Room wasn’t clean, half filled glasses left touched, spoons inadequately cleaned, toiletries not refilled. Inspire of booking their 2nd expensive suite, Ironing faculty which should be basic was not available. Upon enquiry I was told ironing needs to be done in a communal ironing room! Only upon protest, ironing equipment was sent to the room! On a positive note, room was surprisingly spacious and modern (better than in the pics). Hotel and transport facilities are easy to access.

Worst experience I ever had. They charged deposit two times and at check out they want me to pay 2 times as well. I can document I paid already but they wanted another payment. Now I haven’t got receipt for the stay which I need. I am never going to set my foot there again

The hotel is just on the edge of the centre of leipzig, perfect location 2 min walk to the start of shops and restaurants and sights,the breakfast is good with a very good selection but it doesget busy and not too easy to get a table, maybe if they had someone to lead guests to a table it would be less hassle for guests, the rooms are very adequate but are getting a little tired looking, the carpet could be replaced

The rooms had a very cheap feel to them. The shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner came out in about 1/8 tsp per pump. The breakfast had loads of good bread, but what's with the powdered scrambled eggs? And no berries for the yogurt. Pre-fab pancakes and crepes. Your standard Hampton Inn fare.

Perfect hotel for a roadtrip stop-over. Hotel is very central with easy parking (chargeable but worth it). Town centre is minutes walk away. We seemed to have an 'upgraded' room, which was almost a mini-suite, and very worth what it cost. There was a little 'study' area with a desk and chair, so it would be great for a business stay too. Otherwise, very comfortable, and well appointed, and a good breakfast too. Lots of restaurants nearby as well if you didn't want to use the hotel one.

We were booked for 3 person including child, but room only had 2 towels. The water in the room was not new ( it was half full of bottle) so I felt not good because it seemed like someone had left it. However, the overall service was satisfactory

My room was terrific! It was huge, with a wonderful leather reading chair and an elegant bathroom. Well-stocked expresso machine , high ceilings, and a comfortable bed completed the picture. My room was on the side away from the square and hence wonderfully quiet as well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'd definitely book this property again!

Very similar to other Radisson hotels. I feel the information provided at check in was a bit shallow. A bunch of information was left out that is normally communicated but that info could be found in the provided tablet in the rooms. The room itself was nice with a good view over Augustusplatz. The bed was really comfy and overall it was clean. However, the fridge that was in the room was empty and it smelled rotten. I put a water bottle in there but had
