am not satisfied with the services provided by Radisson. I paid extra to have internet on my phone but I was unable to connect. I contacted reception twice but without success. I consider that the service requested and paid for was not provided, non-performance

Not bed but other Radisson Blu Hotels in Europe has higher standards. Anyway the hotel is clean and confortable. Breakfast is good.

We booked a “premium room” to have space for our small family (1 kid) and to hopefully enjoy the view from the room in the evenings. First of all, the bathroom in this room was in the hallway, meaning the shower was in the middle of the room and it had just a thin glass door without lock for the toilet. Not much privacy there. The view from the room was very nice, but unfortunately not utilized at all since the only window was behind the bed, and not possible to sit comfortably and look out the window. Instead there was a (very hard and uncomfortable) couch in the middle of the room, just facing the wall (and a TV). On top of that, the fitness and wellness room was locked and even though I booked it for an evening, it was still locked so I couldn’t go there. All in all I would not recommend this hotel. There are most probably better ones in Erfurt.

The staff was quite unfriendly and did not listen to our concerns. The first room was a wrong type, the second one still had trash bin dirty after the previous guests. Even after mentioning this, it was not clean for the next hours. Overall, the hotel doesn't offer a good experience apart from nice views from the top floors.

Dirty conditions Unable to remain at property due extremely dirty conditions Imagine - open the entry door to room and find a bath tub in front of you, a dirty bathroom. To the left is a sitting area, so outdated and dirty. I would not sit on it. Light fixtures are unsafe hanging from walls and attached to floor.The standards were too extreme for. I respectfully request a refund because I could not nor would not stay at that property Expedia should drop this property from their offerElisabeth vischer

Great location, walking distance to center of town. Large hotel, therefore many rooms but just a bit “worn” in places so it needs some minor maintenance attention but nothing drastic! Good all round, comfortable, quiet & staying there again shortly. They want to remove the in-room fridges, not a good idea in my opinion.

Our room was very nice (#1010). Staff were helpful. Parking there was very expensive! We ate at a restaurant in town, a 10-minute walk away. We loved the Christmas Market that was there.

We booked the junior suite. Room was clean and comfortable. I was asking about a view to the Dom but the bin all booked. Fitness Studio ask for extra 12 EUR to use it.

When ariving at the hotel both my business partner and I received an upgrade to a suite. Beautifull large room with all comfort. Hotel is located close to the center, has own parking and excelent restaurant with friendly staff

Excellent location and easy to find, being the tallest building in Erfurt.. Quick check in and out. Lovely if a little expensive breakfast. Very good, if a little impersonal, service. Would rate it dictinctly higher than the Alexanderplatz Park Inn (Radisson) where wed just come from.

Small room efficiently laidout. Might not work for a couple. Sexy step in shower that could use grab bars. Clean facilities close to shopping, attractions, and transportation. Good food in restaurant with pleasant staff and reasonable prices.

Originally the Kosmos hotel built in 1908 at the height of the GDR regime, the standard rooms are very small (enough for 1 person or 2 very small people! The bathroom seems to have been an afterthought and is just a separate area with a door which you can choose to either close the toilet area or the shower cubicle - strange. Fitness area was small (a theme here) but on the 17th floor with view over the local area. Breakfast was a good buffet style.Electric roller blinds did their best to keep out the light but curtains would have been better.All in all, a throwback to how hotels were built in the GDR. It might say Radisson over the door but....For the money it was OK though and could be a nice base to explore the pretty city of Erfurt

We spent a night at the Erfurt Radisson in December, to attend the annual Christmas market. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the train station, along one of Erfurt's main boulevards. It is a medium size hotel, with a modern interior, that caters to tourists/tour groups. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Domplatz. Our room, a Jr Suite was fine, and had an excellent view of the altstadt. The room design was quirky, with a very odd bathroom (hard to describe). There was no free wi/fi, which in this day and age seems unreasonable. With the suite we got a free buffet breakfast, which was totally jammed with tour groups. This created long lines and slow service. The elevators during this busy period were inadequate for the traffic. All in all, we loved seeing Erfurt's historic Alstadt and Christmas market, found the hotel quite mediocre.

Friendly reception, well-cared for high rise hotel. Convenient location about a block to Anger Platz and the mall and the hub for streetcars. Great shower but the bathroom and sleeping area were very cramped.
