It was a nice room. Large enough for me for the two nights. A little old but not bad at all. The breakfast was OK, not great. There was a sign that said to "Ask about gluten free options" but the only thing (outside some of the cereal and oatmeal) was gluten free bread.

The location is good off the I5. There are many eating choices in the area. The pet area was very small and monopolized by two men at the pic nic table. Neither of which had a dog. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The staff were friendly and very professional and the room was clean and quite comfortable. The welcome bag for our furry friend was a nice touch. Our only complaint is that the carpet in the room seemed oddly and ever so slightly damp. Not sure what the source of this might be, but it was not enough to seriously impact the overall experience.

We had a unique situation with an elderly guest and an illness. The staff member, Heather was able to help us change rooms. So we had a more accessible room on the first floor. (Other staff mumbled about the inconvenience of cleaning rooms etc.) When my mother became ill, Heather was able to extend our stay. Thanks for your help!

Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Bathroom floor tile grout was missing and tiles were loose on the floor. Bathroom should be repaired before it is rented out to anyone. Otherwise the room was acceptable.

I had an upstairs corner room that was spacious with a king-size bed, mini-fridge, microwave, and separate sink areas (inside and outside the bathroom), which is nice for a couple. The hot tub was clean and I especially loved the hot breakfast. The bed was comfortable too. It's next to an abandoned gas station, so not the best view, but it was okay overall.

We are traveling with our service dog. When we arrived at the hotel, they said no room for pets because we didn't call the hotel ahead of time. I made the reservation 6 months ago and there is no info about that. Anyway, they made room for us. Besides that everything was good.

I only booked this room because I was cycling the Seattle to Portland 206 mile bicycle ride. I live in the area, but I wanted a hot tub for my overnight, mid point during the ride. The hot tub had so much chlorine that it hurt my eyes, just being in the room. This reservation was a waste of money and I could have just gone home. However the bed was excellent and the breakfast was amazing.

I have really no complaints. It was a good stay. I figure it was probably sold out/super busy but i would have preferred a room that was not handicap accessible just because of the shower, but it didnt bother us much. We hiked Rainier so we werent in the room often enough to worry about it :) thank you for a pleasant stay!
