We enjoyed our stay although the room looked a bit dated. Overall, the bed was comfortable, there was an old world charm and the staff were very professional and helpful. We loved the concierge via WhatsApp! The response was fast and we enjoyed great convenience just by texting our questions. Location-wise, the hotel is well served by TST and East TST MTR stations. Very convenient. The Tang Court at the hotel, which served excellent dim sum, is also a great place for a nice meal. We are very happy with our stay at The Langham!

I always love the Langham - great rooms, excellent service. Only thing i would suggest (which very few hotels provide) is that they have a loan hair straightener. It's something many females want. The only main downside is that the rooms aren't very light, and even the ones that get more light have the windows partly obscured by large (beautiful) curtains. I'd love to have blinds that can be lowered, and curtains that don't obscure the light.

Location is great walking distance to ferries great restaurants in safe location. Room was great size and well appointed with coffeee pod machine and comfortable bed. Housekeeping perfect. Breakfast buffet - okay so we travel a lot around the world and have had some great hotel breakfasts to compare this to. I get this hotel is in Hong Kong so i expect there to be a large Asian cuisine offering however the western options were limited by comparison. The coffee was not drinkable to me and way too strong - there is a machine for self service but we kept getting ushered away to order form the table probably due to congestion. Not much point when then coffee ordered form table is terrible. There appeared to be no actual butter most days just a white substance that was sliced on a plate looked like feta cheese but clearly supposed to be butter or margarine of some type. A couple of times we were seated under a cooling vent which was freezing and asked to be moved to vacant two person tables but apparently the window seats are reserved for higher paying guests. We largely found the male wait staff in the restaurant to be abrupt and not accommodating so we stopped asking and on the last day my husband completely skipped breakfast which is unlike him. I just went and got a coffee. To be honest the whole breakfast thing put us off doing the dinner buffet and afternoon tea at the hotel which is something we have done many times at the Melbourne and Sydney langham .

Wonderful hotel in a great and convenient location. Staff were fantastic and helpful regarding our enquiries about Hong Kong. Only one slight downside was the clear smell of mould on our floor throughout the passageways. This was not evident in our room so it must have been an issue with plumbing issues which affected the carpets.

My 4th time staying at this hotel. Always a pleasant experience. Wanna commend concierge staff Tiffany for her excellent service in assisting me with friendliness in her replies. Speaks good English too. Other than not very kids friendly with the gym. Nothing much to complain about.

I had a fantastic stay at the Langham Hotel. The facilities and lobby are beautiful. The location is walking distance to Star Ferry and many restaurants. I want to acknowledge Chiu Ying Ying who exemplifies the high service levels of Langham hotels. She went above and beyond to ensure my dad and I had a memorable stay. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking to stay in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Check-in service was not up to par as before. Room was repeatedly not ready and when we called the front desk, they were unreachable... guess that means they're full. The Filipino lobby manager who used to keep things going well doesn't seem to be there anymore post pandemic.

The hotel room is cozy and classical. Patrick the reception manager is very nice and friendly in attitudes, giving us lots of recommendations in food and gave us a bear for anniversary gift. There are complimentary heart-shaped velvet cheese cake two days in a role. Chinese opera theatre and harbour city are walking distance. Taxis are easy to get. Very convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay at The Langham. Our room was on one of the renovated floors, it was very comfortable and extremely spacious by Hong Kong standards. The staff are very warm and friendly and provided 5-star hospitality and service. The location is extremely convenient, linked to the duty -free mall and around the corner from the subway and shops and restaurants.

The location is very convenient. During the hot summer days, it is just one cross of street before you enter the underground walking (then another 5 min walk to the metro station). Staff members at the breakfast buffet work very hard and efficiently to take care of all the guests. Wide selections for breakfast from made to order noodle soups with fish/beef balls, eggs, to congee, dim sums and all western style pastries. Rooms are a bit old (considering the age of the hotel). But the style and deco are with decent taste. Housekeeping staff are very nice and attentive.

The pleasant aroma on the lobby floor makes you feel like you're in a good hotel the moment you enter. The view from the room wasn't particularly good, but it was clean and comfortable. If the view was a little better it would be perfect, but since it's in a central location I guess that can't be helped. Access is quite convenient, and commercial facilities and the station are definitely within walking distance. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

THe location is Great. My room had squeky toilet seat which i asked them to repair but nothing was done about my request. The check in and check out times are far too long. When we were checking out to go to airport there was only 1 staff working at front desk with about 8 people waiting to check out. We had to excuse ourselves and hand them keys to check out later as our taxi had arrived to go to airport.

We stayed on the executive level with a lovely view of Victoria Harbour. Our room was amazing. High quality towels and linen. Bed super comfortable. Room very quiet. Nice to have “ the langham club” to enjoy some food options during the day. Although coffee can definitely be improved.Staff was super friendly always with a smile and willing to assist. The location of this hotel is outstanding. It is around the corner from the biggest shopping Centre in Hong Kong. It is very close to MTR station as well as the ferry. Can’t wait to come back.
