Really liked the hotel. Definitely will stay here again. Want to rent the See doo's, sit in the fire pit area and pool next time. Wanted to get to the 24 hr snack shop but couldn't get to it because the front reception door was locked when it showed going through there. Took one star off because of that.

The lobby music could be heard throughout the night in the room and the elevator around the corner was extremely loud as well. When asked a question about wifi, the front staff was a bit dismissive. I travel weekly and this was one of the worst experiences and not recommended.

Hotel Maya came in clutch when our Airbnb was a fail!! We were greater with friendly faces, a safe environment, clean room, comfortable beds, bedding & pillows, beautiful property and views!! We would stay again!!

Mold, bad electrical.outlet, no.microwave. fridge froze everything we put in it. Beds were.very comfortable. But the smell of mold was not pleasant at all. I have reported evrything waiting for response 40.00 PARKING FEE A NIGHT!! OUTRAGED!!

Really enjoyed this hotel. Through no fault of the hotel there was a very sad situation that took place in building 4 that was unfolding just as we were trying to access our room. We definitely would go back, but would not stay in building 4, and in particular, the 5th floor.

Was very beautiful. Didnt enjoy the pool it was a warm day wanted to dip in a cold pool but water was heated up. The rest was beautiful the ocean view, the room, restaurant and food by the pool. The beers were warm.

I purchased a night room for my parents anniversary, the view was beautiful, but the rooms wallpaper was pealing off the walls plus they had a big roach, the ones that fly inside the room, they mention the furniture was worn down, not what they expected for the price, elevator wasn't working from the parking lot so they had to carry their bags. No microwave or water on the room, But service was really helpful.

Stay here at this property for 2 nights for our 5 days cruise, parking was $40 per night that i didn't know, no one was mention anything about, a bottle of water was $6 per bottle where you can get a case for less from the grocery store, breakfast was $30 per person plus mandatory gratitude so for two person is close to $80 for a below average breakfast buffet, elevator is so small and old, room was ok, did not get our last room after 4pm and i had to go check with them to so why. Wont stay at this place again.

Room was nice, restaurant was delicious, staff was very accommodating and friendly. We stayed here as it was close to our cruise port for the next day. The only negative thing was the noise at night, there was a wedding and it was really noisy up to about 1am.

The MOST important part of a stay is the bed! Our bedding was very damp to the point of almost wet. The comforter’s stuffing was in bunches throughout. Bedding was changed but house keeping manager insisted it eas only cold. But the room temperature was 75 degrees. After bedding was changed the bed was much better. Even the front desk insisted who didn’t even see or feel the bedding saying that is a common complaint. I suggest if this is common something needs to change. We came in late and tired we did not want to deal with this bedding problem. The pad on top of the mattress was even damp the manager wouldn’t change! But the worker changing the bedding suggested to remove it. Problem solved but NOT by the house keeping manager! I will not be staying here again

Getting room service was impossible. Getting a hold of the front desk from the room was impossible. Our toilet didn’t flush well and ran all night. Our view was more of 1/3 of a view even tho we paid for it. Water costs a fortune. No food other than their restaurants that again, are impossible to get a hold of or even order from. Half of the grounds were shut down for a private party. There was littte to no handicapped parking.

The Maya was having a problem checking people in on our check in day. I was waiting for a long time, then they couldn’t get a key that would work my door. I was directed to call security to access my room. I asked to speak with the manager who was too busy to talk to me. I believe the staff could have been a bit nicer, this was the mayas issue not mine. I expect money back!!!!

They had computer issues so check in was delayed and anything we wanted to buy was cash only. We finally got to check in but had to wait in a long line to do that. You would think they might comp a drink or something for the trouble but that didn't happen. The room was nice but we were overlooking a wedding venue and since they don't have quiet hours the music was blaring until one am. Since there was also lots of noise in the hallway at 7 am we did not have a restful night's sleep. It is a beautiful property and the wait staff at the restaurant is top notch so we did enjoy sitting outside for breakfast.

It was not a good experience like usual , if the computer is down, a lot of chaos, but rude people. Also, no one can use a credit card so we had to get cash from the ATM machine, which is fine but the workers didn’t know if they restocked it with money nor did we get a text about all of this going on before our arrival. We’re not compensated for anything whatsoever.

None of the elevators worked during our stay and we were at the 4th floor. Rooms were dirty and AC vent was full of dirt. Floor was dirty and there was no towels in one of our rooms. The the 200$ deposit was charged to my credit card. I tried calling Hilton and they said to call them back in an hour because there was no answer at the property. I tried calling the property and for over two hours but no one answers. Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at - WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE
