Our stay was very nice and the location is convenient to dining, etc. I would say the hotel appears a bit old, however it was a comfortable bed and stay.

Really clean and staff was helpful when we got there early. They were able to accommodate us and found us a room that was available to check in. I know they didn’t have to do that we were the ones trying to check in early.

Big hotel complex, had to “fend for myself” with getting luggage up, yes up some stairs. Not overly forthcoming about how to get to the right building in the compkex. High prices didn’t match the service given

Really liked the hotel. Definitely will stay here again. Want to rent the See doo's, sit in the fire pit area and pool next time. Wanted to get to the 24 hr snack shop but couldn't get to it because the front reception door was locked when it showed going through there. Took one star off because of that.

The lobby music could be heard throughout the night in the room and the elevator around the corner was extremely loud as well. When asked a question about wifi, the front staff was a bit dismissive. I travel weekly and this was one of the worst experiences and not recommended.

Hotel Maya came in clutch when our Airbnb was a fail!! We were greater with friendly faces, a safe environment, clean room, comfortable beds, bedding & pillows, beautiful property and views!! We would stay again!!

Mold, bad electrical.outlet, no.microwave. fridge froze everything we put in it. Beds were.very comfortable. But the smell of mold was not pleasant at all. I have reported evrything waiting for response 40.00 PARKING FEE A NIGHT!! OUTRAGED!!

The only problem that I had was in morning having when having breakfast. when entering the restaurant, the food being offer had many flies roaming around the food that was offer to the guests and found flies inside the fruit cover. locations need manage and control this soon as possible. other than that was a great experience stay.

Staff was great..very kind and helpful. We were very disappointed with the “private beach”…it is a man made sand box. Couldn’t use it the whole time we were there due to weddings. The 1 restaurant had very limited expensive food and one again could not use the out door seating due to wedding’s…quiet hours are Non existent…very noisy all hours of the night…will not stay there again

Fantastic property. Well priced. Room was beautiful with an outdoor patio on a private beach like area with fire pits. Pool was amazing with a jacuzzi and cabanas and lounge chairs. Great place to be at and a pretty decent breakfast too that is complimentary with certain room rates. Delicious cocktails and easy check in and check out.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Through no fault of the hotel there was a very sad situation that took place in building 4 that was unfolding just as we were trying to access our room. We definitely would go back, but would not stay in building 4, and in particular, the 5th floor.

Was very beautiful. Didnt enjoy the pool it was a warm day wanted to dip in a cold pool but water was heated up. The rest was beautiful the ocean view, the room, restaurant and food by the pool. The beers were warm.
