Almost everything was perfect. I do have to say that some of the pool waiters were not as servicing. I would definitely come back.

Everything was excellent!
One thing that it would be better if they extend the pool time till 10:00pm

Staff very attentive… private beach was the best!!! Still under construction but it was a good stay. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and smell a bit bc it’s old, but it was manageable. Would definitely go again.

Beach is small but quiet and you feel peace and calmness, so for a resting getaway is perfect!! It is also halfway between Costera and Barra Vieja, making it the perfect location. They have extra activities with a decent pricing like motoski, kayaking, banana, paddling …

The location is great but the doors and bathroom had poor maintenance for a hotel that is a 5 stars. The other bad part is they do not allow bring food but with limited items on the menu we had no choice but to eat out of buy food outside. The food menu is outdated and for a 5 start hotel the food is very poor quality . Service personnel were great is just the politics of the Hotel . Juan Antonio visited from NEW YORK

The hotel is OLD and needs a lot of renovations, it’s far from the main road, no easy access, most of the staff are friendly. The room upgrade was only if we would paid additional $75.00 per night.

Safe and quite.

overrated and old
2.0 / 5.0
Privacy is excellent, something to keep in mind if you expect to go outside as it is far from the city and transportation is complicated. The property is old, it only offers the basics, which would be fine if we don’t consider the price, in other words, overrated.

The staff was welcoming, respectful and eager to help you if you had any questions or issues. Loved the cleanliness in ALL the areas of the hotel. It is a beautiful place if you want to REST and be STRESS FREE.
The only suggestion I have is that the hotel have a shuttle bus to and from the hotel and to and from Acapulco City where all the attractions are. We spent a lot of $$$ on taxis back and forth.

I love this hotel because they let you relax. No loud music, no people asking you to buy time shares, no street vendors. It is a beautiful property with striking views.

This property is the best in Acapulco. Super safe, guarded entrance, private beach no vendors, no kids club. 3 beautiful clean pools. Private beach. Wonderful restaurant. Secluded, requires 400 peso R/T to other restaurants. Stairs to restaurant and beach.

The hotel is at the border of Puerto Marques. It has three pools with different depts, two restaurants, a beach, and a spa; also, friendly staff always ready to help. The attention in the restaurants is excellent, and the pools and the beach are what we were looking for.

Stay was enjoyable and had everything you needed if you did not want to leave the hotel premise. Ride from the airport to the hotel was simple. Upon arrival and throughout the stay, staff was attentive and friendly. Most employees spoke English, but in our experience, it would help to speak Spanish. It made it much easier for the two of us. Pools, beaches, facilities, and rooms were clean and offered a pleasurable experience. The hotel itself was showing some age and was primarily cosmetic, but noticeable. Air conditioning was adequate though could tell it was working hard to keep the keep the room somewhat cool. Overall a great stay, great hotel, and great value. Will be booking here again in the future.

three different pools and the sea experience was great

The hotel is old and poorly maintained. Definitely overpriced for what it is, especially on things like coffee and bottled water. Has to call house keeping as WC was blocked. Just one restaurant with limited menu. Old mattresses and furniture. Found bedbugs on last day (reported it to front desk and we have picture of it). Disappointing experience :-(

the hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were elegant. The outside three pools and beach were beautiful. The only thing is the Hotel is in a very remote area and always a $20 taxi ride to go anywhere. Although the restaurants were good but I thought expensive , because you had no other choice but to eat there. if your driving in i would bring food!

My girlfriend forgot to put her wallet in the safe when we went to the pool. When we returned to our room, the room was cleaned, but somebody had taken the money from her wallet. The hotel manager did not seem to care about this situation.
