I understand they are under renovations but to have mold in the rooms and you can smell it in the ac units is horrible

Nice Room, TV Status Lose everyday cause off storm. It's going to be a nice place to stay after construction. Need to have room clean everyday. Yes, I would go back to stay.

Nothing. Will never stay there again. Charged me a deposit and never returned it. It's not right You didnt save me any money.it ended up being more than it should of. They had construction.going on there and at 8:30 pm they were still doing the construction.

The renovated room was very nice The building is updating rooms. Someday it may be nice. Breakfast was horrible. Only scrambled eggs no breakfast meats or breads, Thank Buda, they had coffee (old) Cleaning staff woke me up with our “Do Not Disturb” sign hangin’ on the knob AND We were checking out that morning

The property was under renovation. Dirt/dust everywhere. When I checked in, I was given a room # and key card. When I arrived at the room, it was already occupied. New room assigned that was OK. Breakfast was in the construction zone and no attempt was made to clean the dust from the tables/food serving area. The chairs for food service were FILTHY!! Stained and dirty. No offers to compensate for the construction. Never again.

The hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment. I like the direction it is going. Staff was very friendly throughout the construction mess. The pictures show a hot tub, THERE IS NO HOT TUB.

Breakfast wasn't available throughout quoted times and staff not available to resolve issue.Pool not clean. Renovation was being done (which was stated when making reservation, which made stay inconvenient. Prices should have been adjust or some type of resolution should have been given to satisfy my family.

It’s going to be a great place once it’s done and the owners keep the staff they have . They are so nice and that’s why I will be returning

Terrible customer service, hotel should not run business in this unsafe conditions. After my employee has checked in she checked the room filthiness of the room did not allow her to stay and per her request there was no any other rooms offered. I was on the phone with their front desk and Expedia for more than an hour and they denied refund saying that it was more than an hour since the check in. Shame on the manager!!! No business again!

The service was very nice, and the room was clean and brand new, the hotel was under renovation, which is the main concern but in general it did not affect our stay at all. The staff are very welcoming and nice.

Hotel is under construction. However it looks like they are upgrading to a more updated space. Breakfast was okay, but limited probably because of construction. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some maybe annoyed by the construction, but we are easy going and understanding.

The property is under construction and should be closed. The sliding door was broke as was the extra lock on door. No microwave or coffee ma. construction

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The place was being remolded and the fitness room was being used as storage space and the dinning area was dirty and smelled of dusty plaster. It was not as advertised!

Sofa bed provided was most uncomfortable.

The towels look very dirty. Room is beautiful but dusty due to renovations i guess!

There were ants crawling on our nightstand on the small desk that they offered us. There was no coffee pot there was no microwave there were no trash cans there were no hangers to hang our clothes there was no dressers to put our clothes in and we were staying there for four nights. They never came to change her Linens they never gave us clean towels the continental breakfast was not a continental breakfast it was more like cold cereal and toast. The hotel was under major major renovation and horrible. The pool is not heated and it's over chlorinated and overbleached and is disgusting you can't swim in it and you have to walk through so much Construction to get to it it's not even worth going to. I complained constantly and nothing was done about it the toilet did not work and I had to wait almost 36 hours for somebody to come do something about it.

This was a horrible experience. We booked the hotel months ago and when we got there it was being renovated and it was a mess and dirty and dusty everywhere. This should have been mentioned to us, we should least have been offered a discount or a chance to go somewhere else. We understand renovations need to happen to keep a place nice, but the mess was everywhere, even in the finished areas. The finished area could have been clean, had they been we easily would have overlooked the mess around us. One bed had a nasty stain on the comforter and the bed showed obvious signs it had been used. No glasses or cups in the rooms, no coffee makers, no hairdryers. We went down for breakfast at a good time and there was hardly anything to eat and no one bothered to refill. The tables were filthy, we had to clean our table ourselves. The chairs we sat on were filthy, full of nasty stains. The staff was friendly, but the service was bad. Oh and the pictures clearly showed a hot tub and there was no hot tub at this hotel.

It was under construction and the place was a mess. When we signed up we were not notified of that. There was no breakfast except cold eggs, and the waffle machine had no batter to make waffles. We had ant's in our room and fleas. A total disaster!

The property is undergoing renovations, and the elevator was not working. I asked for a spill to be cleaned in my room, and no one came. The spill was there at check-in on the counter door and floor.

Even though my room was all new, the toilet leaked on the floor every time it was flushed. The room had no waste basket, no refrigerator, no microwave, no security door lock. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast had no sausage or bacon, the coffee was very strong to my taste and I prefer a strong cup of coffee. I also booked a ground floor handicap room. When I checked in there were no handicap rooms on the ground floor.

The hotel is under construction. Has been for long time. The new rooms don’t have a fridge. In a nice area and will be super nice once complete. Just wish guest that stayed were quiet instead of playing loud music yelling in hall. Hopefully once remodeling complete things change as this hotel is perfect for business trips. Staff are super nice. And helpful though.

They are going through a big time renovation!

It was not a good place to stay for me. They were doing remodeling and I was not informed. No place to hang up our clothes, we got locked in the room and had to call on my cell phone for them to open the door as there was no phone in the room. The security for the room door was not there only the piece of it was there but couldn't be used. The back door was open so anyone could have come in. Everything was just WRONG about that place.

Very dirty and they were renovating. That should have been noted. The name was not even on the building. If we didn’t check in so late, I would have went somewhere else! 1 elevator didn’t even work and you couldn’t stop in 2nd floor. They should be closed until renovations are done. Just a nasty dirty place.

Hotel was under total renovation. Hot tub not operational. Carpet was disgusting in our room. Trash all over outside from construction materials blowing around. Construction materials everywhere, very unsafe environment.

The property is under renovations. I would not have booked a room here if I knew this ahead of time. Thanks a lot. This hotel was even priced higher than two other comparable hotels in the area so I thought I was going to have a better than average experience by paying more.

At check in I was informed the elevator “just” broke and the only rooms are on floor 3 (due to floors 1 & 2 being renovated. My wife (with bad knees) had to climb all those (dirty) stairs in competition with half a dozen running, yelling, swearing (unsupervised) kids. The room is ok, but we are now listening to yelling, running kids and a barking, growling dog in the hall.
