Do not stay here. Stay away!!! The parking lot is riddled with people doing drugs and loitering. Inside the room is much worse. Looks and feels like a crack house

The downtown location was convenient and on a main thoroughfare. During the check-in process the hotel deposit was $50 as noted by Expedia, but I was actually charged $100. I was running late for an appointment, otherwise I'd of exercised some other options.

Would recommend staying somewhere else! Refused to give deposit back after smoke alarm went off (it was hanging from ceiling when we checked in) and I didn’t answer door for front desk because I wasn’t at room!

Horrible experience! If you book here, make sure you walk, walk through the room and take pictures of anything that’s broken! If not, And something is broken, you WILL NOT get your deposit back! Fire alarm was hanging down from ceiling and every time a cigarette was lit, it went off. Apparently alarm went off in room AFTER I had left room and they refused to give me my deposit back cuz I didn’t answer the door for them! How can I answer the door if I am not there! I’d recommend staying at another hotel if I were you.

I called in advance explaining I had a gift certificate and wasn't informed of the deposit. The front desk guy was rude when I arrived and told me I couldn't say but after I told him to cancel it on his end then he roughly said give me your ID and assigned me a room with broken toilet and I had to get a room change. Horrible experience.

Convenient to whatever you wanted to drive to. What I didn't like was beds were hard as the floor. No shampoo just 2 bar's of soap. 2 wash clothes. And the front desk person at 630ish am had an attitude when I asked for some coffee. So I walked to the nearest store to get coffee.

I can actually say me and my family enjoy the motel 6 downtown on veterans parkway in Columbus Georgia it was clean and the customer service agents were very respectful and helped us to their best ability the bathrooms are very clean the rooms were very clean and very spacious I will definitely be returning

March 2024, stayed with family. The best parts of our stay was the staff and pets stay free. Everyone we had contact with was accommodating and friendly. There were a lot of negatives...the property while dated is in need of some cosmetic improvements. However, this can be overlooked. The property would benefit a great deal if the motel would increase their cleanliness, as the room was not the cleanest room I've stayed in. There were places on the walls of the bathroom, as well the microwave and drawers in the kitchenette needed attention, as they had food particles from previous guest that had not been cleaned. The inside of main room door looked as if it had been leaking recently. There are no hair dryers in the rooms. The bed sheets and towels were clean at least. The parking lot is extremely nasty and could use daily attention, as there was trash everywhere, including empty beerbottles laying around. There were also a few cars parked in the parking lot that appeared to have been abandoned some time ago, as the were covered in dust and had flat tires. The worst part of the stay, there were no towels available on a sunday morning before our check out. We were told Saturday night that the cleaning staff would not be in until 10 AM the next morning. When we attempted to obtain more towels at 10 AM, we were again told no towels were available. Personally this was extremely upsetting to me and my family. The room was a kitchenette which was cool but the cabinets were dirty. No coffee and said they served breakfast but didnt. No pool, it said it had a pool. People were friendly tho. Beds were hard.

Motel is conveniently located to hospital. There are no amenities and only small bars of soap, so bring your own toiletries. The bed was comfortable. Floors in room were not very clean, but bathroom was. Parking was a challenge until I found the back parking lot.

I liked that there were fastfood options within walking distance, the customer service was amazing. Only downside the room smelt like stale smoke and there were even ashes by the bathtub.
