It was more of a motel like. I was traveling with my kids so I requested a room change to be in the main building. That room was way better. The front desk understood and didn’t even hesitate. But I won’t be staying there again.

good place for the price carpet could use a good cleaning or replaced other than that I enjoyed my stay we left it at 5:00 in the morning when I went outside and I thought I heard a gunshots not too far away but it could have been fireworks

At check in representative was sotting outside, did not come in until there was 2 of us waiting, then 3. The faucet and shower dripped all night. The bed sucked. Drapes wouldn't close all the way. All and all could not wait to leave, up all night!

I drove into the parking lot around midnight to check in and drove immediately out. A sorry looking establishment that had people hanging around. Very seedy looking. Place looks closed like the boarded up restaurant next door.

Cleanliness was mostly good, but service was not so good. Workers were friendly, but requests to front desk were sporadically answered. In some cases, they responded right away, in other cases, they did not for a day or longer. For example, I indicated WiFi was down and was told they'd reset it in about 20 minutes. After several calls over the course of nearly 20 hours, they finally reset it. A couple of more requests I had to call to remind again, after giving >1hr when I was told either they'd be right up, or be there in 20 minutes. Hot water not working properly in sink. Phone not working. Some bugs in room. No one came by to give us room service despite staying there 3 nights (and no Do not disturb sign provided for the room, so no reason for it to be neglected), so we had to keep putting bags of trash in the hallway to be picked up. Noticed some other rooms also doing this. Ordinarily, I tend to either give good reviews, or don't fill out these reviews but I felt given the relatively expensive cost of my room, and the repeated issues I found, that I should let others know.

Horrible customer service!!! There was no one at front desk, called for over an hour, even called the 1-800 number for company and the reps on the phone couldn't even get someone to answer the phone (this was after 4!!!! Reps transferred me to another) ... Room was mediocre, pillows/beds not comfiest. Will not stay here or with this hotel company again

I have never seen a set up like this. Some rooms were in an interior hallway. No windows to the outside. Toilet did't flush right and breakfast was cold and coffee container was empty

Waited in line for over an hour to get checked in. It never happened. Was 10pm and still no room. So we are asking for refund. No one should have to wait that long and still not have their room and deal with Rude reception.

A/C wouldn’t shut off in room it was 58 in there!! Way under staffed! Poor gal at counter! What a trooper!

Terrible terrible place. We got there at 10:30pm and waited an hour and a half in line just to check in. The receptionist was awful, rude, and unhelpful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The pictures look decent, but it’s just not worth it. Believe the bad reviews and go anywhere else.

the room we were in had bed bugs and the hotel did nothing for us. The front desk people are very rude and yelling at each other. the only nice person was Tracy who work during the nightshift. The carpet was so bad and sticky you had to wear shoes all the time. Breakfast area was not ready in the moring and a lot of the food was cold They made sure the outside looked good and not the inside,there was broken furniture in the lobby. We checked in at around 6 pm.they did not have a room ready for us. when asked for a room on the frist floor the front desk lady told me i get what i get. when we tried to talk to the manger and the owner about the bed bugs they did not seem concered at all they told us that we brought them from home. taking my wife to urgent care was unnecessary to be treated for bed bugs bits

Just old and dated. Clean though. Was cheap so the other guests gave a sketchy vibe but a fully built Jeep in the parking lot that had a roof top tent and shovels and axe and other gear on it was comply in tact and left alone all night. Didn’t like that the room had no outside window for sunlight. Just a glass wall with your entrance door. Fish bowl feeling but like I said, dated but clean

The staff at the front desk, and the housekeepers, and the staff in the dining area were all uniformly helpful and very pleasant. The physical facilities are very ' tired' and need a complete update - shower curtain rod pulling away from the wall, ceiling tiles coming out, cigarette burn on the bathtub, old grout, grunginess the housekeeper cannot control for or repair or clean. There is an unused restaurant/bar space and an unused meeting room in the main lobby -these could be updated and rented out for music acts, weddings, etc and bring income to the hotel.

This place was a dump. Actually, it makes dumps look nice. Their posting was also misleading. We booked a room with two queens--got a room with two doubles. Says it's pet friendly with no mention of fees (other listings mention this helpfully and clearly)--they charge $25 per pet. I've included a photo of our bathroom just for context. I'm honestly not sure how this place would pass an inspection. The door to our room looked like it had been beat with an object and barely closed. I would love some of my money back.

Room was partially updated and the bed was very soft and worn, making for a less than comfortable night of sleep. The surfaces all seemed greasy/dirty along with the shower that clearly hadn't been cleaned and still have the previous guests soap and washcloth in it. When checking in, the lady working the front desk seem to be struggling to check in the gentleman in front of me. At first I assumed she was just having a rough day but it was clear she was unable to multitask or even focus on checking people in. Catching gossip from staff members coming through at the young boy that was sitting behind the front desk seemed more important to her.

Bugs in the bathroom. Very outdated. Great hotel if you live in the 70's. Doors were hard to open. The fire extinguishers looked to be to small. The breakfast did have a lot of options and was hot. Friendly staff.

The motel was quiet. We had what we needed. Even changed rooms for car location view. The carpet had black spots and we couldnt get the heater to work. It was clean.
