Overall happy with the stay, was there for a 3-day business conference (Thurs - Fri). Restaurant and bar staff were great. Front desk help was great.
One exception was that the first night Dec 4, 2024 (wed night), I realized around midnight that it was getting really cold and turns out heating was not working (photo attached below). I didn’t feel like calling right way as I was in no mood to move to a different room with all my stuff out already in the room. I should have. Anyway, I talked to a nice lady at the front desk on Thursday and she sent out a technician within like 5 mins, he was great and fixed it right away - very happy with that.

I gave the hotel a 3 stars only for due to them allowing us to check in early, the location and the pool. The room smelled of mold, the AC was not turned on before our arrival so the room was stuffy. The furniture is outdated, there are no usb plugs so plan ahead. Conveniently close to many restaurants and Disney Springs.

This should not be a four star rated resort the rooms freaked of mold. There were wet spots in the ceiling mold in the lamps and the resort fee and parking fee are extra and not included which is absolutely ridiculous. The “resort” fee includes water pool access and a “complimentary”Appetizer which could only be 12 dollars which leaves only one which is Mozzarella sticks which you only get 3 but the place isn’t open half the week so you don’t actually get that. It’s a terrible place to stay and I would not do it again or ever recommend this place to anyone

The hotel looks older, but they have good staff. The personal is friendly. The best is the location. The bathroom extractor wasn't working. I would stay at this hotel again because of the proximity attractions, but is not a Sheraton hotel maybe they will change the name for other cheaper because you're waiting the standard of Sheraton hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and decent. Nothing fancy but if you're looking for a cheap weekend stay I would recommend. The only thing I didn't like were the parking fees which was way over priced.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Great hotel, nice location - close to Disney - service was top notch at the front desk, shop/cafe and restaurant- have stayed a few times and will stay again.

Great stay, everything was perfect.

Staff are excellent, the property is past tired, I just wish I had read the reviews before I booked.
This is a poor hotel that thinks it’s top
Of the tree and charges accordingly, $25 ish resort fee, $32 valet parking or $25 self parking.. I have been to the states over 100 times and it’s the first time I was ever asked “single or double” when ordering a vodka.. a crafty trick stolen from the UK and used probably because it’s British guests know no better.. pick somewhere else

Breakfast, normal hotel style is $46 for two, what other hotels do for free. Ben and Jerry's ice cream small container $17.00, so absurd the employees laughed about it.
Walls are paper thin, could here phone conversation in next room. Room smelled musty. Employees were the best part of this stay. Would not choose again

The resort was nice I don’t like that you have to pay for parking and breakfast at least the parking should’ve been free

The hotel is dated, the bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom . The room is a comfortable and roomy. The nice surprise was that there is a spa inside the hotel & that was a nice option during the passing of the hurricane. The location of the hotel is close to the parks and there are dining options close by as well.

Stayed here for a week in mid september 2024 . Pools were good with water slide open wed to sunday. Housekeeping was terrible as i had to request for towels and toilet roll. Beds made twice in 7 day stay . Floors never hovered furing stay. Very expensive hotel for food . Ants everywhere in sunning area around pool .
2 star out of 5 in my opinion .

My daughters loved the pool slide

Sheraton was great. A lot of dining options with one street which was great if you wanted something other than room service. Two nicely sized pools that were great for kids and adults. Bar near the pool is a nice touch along with the live music during the weekend.
Only “negative” feedback is that the the tvs in the rooms can definitely be upgraded.

Everything was great! Pool facilities! Room, bed, temperature, pillows, etc..

Everyone was very kind. Nothing about the property made me say WOW so that’s why I’m only giving 4 stars. Also, I was not a fan of having to pay for parking when I’m already paying for a room.

Overall decent place to stay. Seems like it used to be a great place, but they didn't mantain the property as they should. The rooms do (as other reviews state) need updating in many ways. The shower and AC unit hardly worked. The AC in the fitness room can't get the temperature below 77. Lots of things are falling apart. Especially the elevators which at times take several minutes to move. We had a pleasant stay, the room was pretty coean, and the staff were nice. However, the property is definitely in need of some updates.

The area was very good for shopping and dining

This is okay for a one night stay, but its very dated, the room we stood in has a mildewy smell and the side door broke so staff just left it open, in my opinion that is a security issue any wacko can walk in off the street into the hotel, im aure it was a one of thing but still had that worry in the back of my mind, also the pool was a little cloudy and needs resurfacing, the hot tub wasnt hot enough, and the facility itself was simply dated, i would not recommend this place.

Paying for parking to “self-park” is crazy ($25+ a day) and on check out day I didn’t even park the whole day and still got charged, checked out by 10:52AM, also checked in around 7pm and still got charged the fee. There is a lot of fees at this hotel and it’s not even worth it, a lot of things need updating and it’s not worth the price for ripped chairs on the balcony and not even a microwave in the room…I paid extra for breakfast when I booked the room so breakfast was NOT included. Then when you’re at breakfast you have waiters who are very nice but they expect a tip? No thank you. I will not be staying here ever again all they do is continue to charge your card for NOTHING.

Property is located 5 minutes to the Disney parks and the pool area is great for the kids. But the exterior of buildings, interior of the rooms are very old and need to be updated.

Ac was leaking all over the room floor and water smell everywhere and staff never cleaned our room

It honestly wouldn’t hurt the staff to smile. I felt so uncomfortable and definitely not welcome. I doubt I’ll ever come here again. Only nice people I encountered were the valet

We had issues with frony ac in the 1st room & the sofa bed. The staff worked quickly to resolve the issue & move us to another room. Pleasant staff all around the property willing to assist.

My stay was not great. Had to walk to front desk 8 different times because my keys were not working. It was a pain and I have 2 kids.

The rooms just need fridges. But very convenient location as it is not a far drive from any of the parks. Recommend if your going for the theme parks.

Fabulous
