I've stayed at many hotels, even Quality Inn's. The one in Hawkesbury, Ontario was in a class by itself for cleanliness and service. Well done!

The worst night spent in a hotel ever. Lost power around 9pm plunged into darkness. No heat. Could hear every step (running) upstairs. People’s conversations carried through walls and ceiling. Future visits to Hawkesbury will not include this property and won’t be booked through Hotels.com.

Very clean and staff were warm and helpful but the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine and the heating system was pretty noisy too. I found the room cold. Breakfast was good.

Our room was dirty, floors were dirty. beds were not made the same. The mini fridge had stuff spilled in it. I would drive a little further to stay somewhere else. No elevator, just a service elevator. The flooring in the service elevator was coming apart. Building needs some renovations.

This may be the only hotel in Hawkesbury. It needs to be remodeled badly. The wood trim, the floors. The mattress' are all worn out. I dont know if the owners dont have the money or just are not putting it back into the hotel. Its too bad because the staff were all great.

Utterly disappointed with my visit at this hotel. The amenities are run down. All of the staff were very noticeably sick. The continental breakfast was extremely lacklustre. The “heated” pool was not heated at all. Overall will never go back to this location. They receive 2 stars instead of 1 because the reception was overall very nice, it’s just unfortunate that the hotel itself is a decrepid.

Hotel was excellent and staff was amazing. As our last stay on our vacation, this hotel had the best pool facility of them all. Pool, hot tub and steam sauna and the pool room had floor to curling windows on two sides so it felt relaxing unlike others where you felt you were in a dungeon. A must stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Discovered No shower curtain when we checked in late. Told front staff and said they would have one set up when we came back. Nothing. We had to go to front desk and get it and put it up ourselves.

Decent stay...room was clean, bed comfy and nice shower. Breakfast was standard "breakfast included" selection. Olivia and Christina were both super friendly and helpful. Only complaint was we could hear people walking in the room above us, which, really wasnt a huge deal. We'd stay here again! 🙂

Property is a little tired but definitely hit the mark for what I needed on my bike trip - bed was comfy- wifi was good and breakfast hit the spot in the morning. Bathroom and a few things in the room could use some work - but all was clean. Thanks!

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. I only have one suggestion in regards to the continental breakfast you need to included gluten free items for customer with celiac disease. I couldn't eat anything for both of the mornings.
