Love this place. We stay here often.

The room stayed it had a balcony, but it had a sliding glass door that opened to a 13 inch plank overlooking the parking garage them the ocean. We were in room 123 and we had to close the blinds at night because the brightest spotlight was beaming into our room.

Always a great comfortable clean stay.

We enjoyed our stay

It's a very large hotel with lots of amenities. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom layout was a bit wierd in the 2 queen room. The balcony was unexpected, but nice. The guide on the TV is a bit annoying since you need to wait for it to scroll, but with how much there is to do nearby, it's almost a shame to spend time watching TV.

The hotel staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The only negative to the trip was the slight smell of mildew in the

Quite Lovely!!! Great front desk staff.

Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing location. Spray from bigger waves would literally hit the exterior of the room. Loved being able to sleep hearing the waves crash. However the exterior of the building needs some work. I am sure upkeep in a place like Pacifica is challenging with all the salt and sand. But Wyndham should invest in this place as it could be truly spectacular given its prime location. Lobby and rooms need a refresh on style as well, very dated. But overall it was clean and comfortable and a great spot for a hike and time on the beach.

Location makes this place great! Access to the beach and the walking trails were nice. The hotel is a little dated but was clean and we felt safe. Overall the stay was a good value especially for the price considering how much other ocean front hotels are in the area. Would recommend.

This hotel is very outdated and the price tag does not match the quality of the property. The property is in great need of updating to the inside and outside of the building. The room was not very clean. Even my 11 year old made a comment of the lack of cleanliness when we got to our room. The room was very cold. It appeared that there was a small lg room heater on the wall. We tried to turn it on. It would sound like it was starting to work but then would shut off before it actually would start putting any heat out. Thankfully I brought some blankets and we made use of the extra blankets that were in the closet. We will not be back to this hotel. I loved the town of Pacifica. The view of the ocean from our room was nice, however the roof top looks very outdated and is also quite an eyesore. If we go back to Pacifica anytime soon we will book at the Fairfield Marriott a block away.

Good place to stay, functional and nothing fancy. You're there to see the ocean and area though, right? The Moonraker attached restaurant is also very good - usually has live piano playing standards.

The staff was rude and not knowledgeable. The desk person walked away while we were still speaking to her and refused to give us her name. The room was dark and smelled very musty. The partial ocean view was a joke. You mostly saw the top of the restaurant. The restaurant is only open for dinner. No lunch or breakfast. The bathroom was not clean and there was food from the last guest still in the fridge. 2of the towels looked like they were used and hung back up. We have been going to this hotel for 35 years and over the past 2 years it has been rapidly declining. We tried to tell a staff member that something had been spilled in the elevator but they didn’t speak English so they didn’t understand. We are very disappointed in our stay and will have to do some hard thinking about going back. This is very sad because we loved the hotel and the area.

This property is very old and need a major update. We felt unsafe in the area as well as worried about our vehicle being broke in.

The only pro for this hotel is the ocean. It is right on the ocean, which is beautiful. But the hotel, itself, is horrible. Half of the rooms aren't even available because they need "maintence", but really it's because they are structurally unsound. You can see the obvious caving in of the floor and the bowing of the patio railings. It seems very unsafe. And they charged us an extra $100 for a "security deposit" without telling us first. This used to be one of my favorite vacation spots, but our most recent trip will probably be our last here unless they shape up and start caring for the hotel like it needs.

Very run down but they are working on it, rooms are clean. Great location

We love staying in Pacifica, rooms could be updated but were clean. The Lighthouse hotel has the best beachfront views.

Hotel was a bit old and damp. Nice to stay close to the ocean with a peek a boo ocean view

Only thing we liked was close to ocean.

We have stayed here multiple times. It is our “go-to” hotel in Pacifica. Right on the beach and so convenient.

The restaurant was wonderful as is the view. However the room is very dated and not clean. We have a child so the lack of cleanliness was very jarring. There is a Fairfield Inn by Marriott very close to the restaurant and ocean. Should have stayed there. Just cause it’s on the ocean doesn’t mean it will be great…

Always enjoy staying here while visiting friends in the area, love that’s it’s so close to the beach.

The hotel location was just a parking lot away from the ocean and the ocean view from the hotel was ok if you can look past the rundown rooftop. The hotel itself was old and needs renovations but comfortable nonetheless.

The view of the beach was incredible.

We were given a room overlooking dirty roof and the hotel was empty. I asked and she said this was fine. It was an older clerk and not very friendly or helpful.

The lady at front desk told us we had to wait to check in because we booked online and we had to put a deposit down. We waited 45 minutes while she helped others.
Walls in the hallways were so moldy wallpaper was falling off. Our room the carpet was damp we could not set anything on.

Place was nice and conveniently located on the beach. We arrived early and were in desperate need of an early check in but the hotel policy is that no early checkin, no bell person to help or hold luggage until checked in.

Great location

The hotel is on the ocean. There are whales and dolphins visible off the coast. There are hiking trails to the top of the cliffs within walking distance of the hotel. There are decent restaurants close by. Visited Half Moon Bay, San Francisco, Sonoma, Muir woods, etc from here.
The bad side…. The hotel is on the ocean and looks like it and is weathered, inside and out. It’s very dated as well. Some parking areas are unusable and taped off. The air conditioner in our room was broken. The little square bed pillows are aweful. We came back from breakfast and caught one of the non-english speaking maids going through our luggage.
Would we stay here again? No.

When we were ready to check in there was sign they would return in 10 mins which turned in 30 mins and the guest service agent seemed out of it a bit

Everyone was pleasant. Dancing & Dining at Nick’s across the street.
Great Time😀

We did arrive late but all surrounding restaurants were closed by 9. Had to call front desk at 2 am due to room above us literally stomping on the floor. Lots of noisy neighbors/rough crowd. Room itself was average.

Love Rockaway Beach

Run down, damp, hallway smelled like urine, room smelled as if smoking was allowed at some point. The woman at the front desk was rude. The only good thing about this place is the location.
