Staff was excellent and polite. However room was average. Furniture is outdated.
1.5
We stayed in a corner tower room with a stunning view, and it was absolutely fantastic! However, I wouldn’t stay here again unless we could secure the same room or an even better one.
The hotel overall felt outdated, and even our upgraded room could use some modern touches. It’s clear the property is due for some renovations to match its potential.
Breakfast was okay, but given the price, it left a bit of room for improvement. A wider selection or fresher options would really elevate the experience.
The location, though, was a big plus—conveniently close to transport options and ideal for exploring the city.
If you can book one of the premium rooms, it’s worth considering, but otherwise, there are likely better options available.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Prince Park Tower. The Staff was exceptional always wanting to please. We were taking taxis to all our explorations and they would always make sure we had the Japanese address to give our drivers. Would definitely stay here again.

Great view of Tokyo tower. Room was spacious with large bathroom. Very clean and amenities were amazing. A little tired perhaps need new wall papers. A little hint of used to be a smoking room. Very nice reception staff. Wish gym was free to use.

The view is amazing, lobby is so high end and staff are amazing but i think the room definitely need an refurbishment
2.5
Fantastic service. Especially the porters who were super helpful. The rooms are starting to feel dated compared to other luxury accommodations, but it's still very solid and better than average. Great water pressure, really hot water. Decent sized rooms. Great location. I think the only real downside is that rooms are a little dark.

First of all I had to pay 3,000 yen to use the gym, the staff is not flexible at all, no sense of hospitality and I will never go back.

This hotel was amazing to stay. It was our honeymoon and we stayed in one of the club rooms. Check-in was a breeze. Room was great, with a nightly turndown service. Staff were friendly and helpful. The club lounge had amazing views of Tokyo Tower with drinks and snacks. We would definitely come back again!

The hotel was very nice, however, consiidering that it had 33 floors, it had only one lounge up on the 33rd floor and only one smoking room in the basement. You couldn't out in front of the hotel in the open air.

Great location, excellent service.
Family vacation, 6 nights.

General hotel public areas were fine. Guest rooms, and restaurants very much outdated.
Staff in the rooftop 33rd floor were very rude and dismissive. Staff does not speak any English. I spent the entire week using Japanese words such as arigato (thank you) and they hardly know thank you in English given their US guest population. Very odd. Disrespectful. Location is great. Hotel just ok!

Great hotel. Great view. Is a little tired but impecable.
This will be a great hotel to be renew
Location is perfect next to the hottest area in Tokyo.

Great location, good facility but the room was a little dated.

The hotel is at a great location, and the park is excellent. One of the best breakfasts!

It was a beautiful luxury hotel with polite professional staff. The hotel had a mix of old world charm with a modern look. It is located near Shiba Park and is a short walk to subway stations though transportation via car is always readily available. The hotel also has a shuttle to and from both international airports. In addition there are several restaurants on site which is very convenient.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic view of Tokyo tower and plenty of dining options on site

Great location. Hotel has everything you need inside it. Convenience store and even a bowling alley. Staff was great. Hotel was updated. Highly recommend
1.5
Stunning hotel. Great staff service! You have to pay extra for the pool and other amenities... That was a bit weird. Not sure why not mentioned when booking... $30AUD a day PER PERSON to use a pool, when spending $300AUD a day for a room is a bit much...

The property is conveniently located to the Tokyo Tower, transportation, shrines, walking paths, and eating areas. We had a stunning view from our room of the Tokyo Tower at night, quite unbelievable.

I really liked the hotel and the area where it was located at

Only because the building design is aged ( I guess ) and no elevator available from any floor to parking lot. Everything else is beyond Good.

Three things that definitely need improvement ASAP: the attitude of the porters (the first person who greeted us was rude), how to deliver negative messages in emails and breakfast quality and arrangements. We told the porter that we reserved a room on the club floor. We arrived at noon and knew our room would not be ready. However, it would have been more pleasant if the porter had suggested that we could approach the reception and ask about the situation of our room. Let the more experienced FO staff handle communication with club floor guests so we indeed feel special. Also, check-in was lengthy for us because there was a lot of information given. FO staff could easily tell us to come back at 2/2:30pm instead of us getting turned away right at the entrance. Mind you, there wasn’t a queue at the reception at that time. We didn’t get to see our beautiful room until around 3:45pm. I would also like to suggest that the staff who replies guests’ email should avoid stating the negative response directly. More positive news and buffer should be added before breaking the bad news. Finally, breakfast was CHAOTIC and the food quality was not five-star. The hotel probably think the Tokyo Tower view would make up for it. We hope the hotel would consider adding a few special items exclusive for club floor guests and allow us to make a reservation on the day before. A few tables should be saved for club floor guests. In my opinion, it’s NOT WORTH paying for the club experience.

Stayed here twice and enjoyed it each time.

I’m disappointed I booked this hotel, they charge to use amenities when part of the reason you book a “luxury” hotel is to have access to additional features not having to pay 10-15% of what you pay extra to use Gym, Spa, and other amenities.
There’s no soundproofing, every night from 9-11pm I could hear stomping from my upstairs neighbor.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is a 10 minute walk to the metro.

Very happy staying. Will be back definitely. 👍

The front office staff was rude and normally there are a set of ushers who try and stop you from going to the reception - in one instance the lady who checked us in spoke in fluent English and the very next day couldn’t understand anything and made gestures like not understanding ! Weird to say the least
The hotel fixtures and fittings are old
