Where to start with this. When we checked in, we got up to our room. The room was pretty dirty. There was hair all in the bathroom and the tub. There was hair all over the pillows didn’t smell very good. They had tape on the wall holding the wallpaper is chlorinated and they don’t clean it. There was clumps of hair floating around as a Band-Aid. It’s pretty disgusting. It definitely has gone downhill

Any time i need to stay in a hotel my first choice is the Hampton Inn in Haverhill. Staff is efficient and kind. Rooms are clean and its quiet!

$75 pet fee. 3 times what other Hampton Inns charge. Building is showing its age. AC/Heater only works when on high so it's noisy and difficult to sleep. There are better options in the area.

The room was big and well priced for what you get. Convenient location for our purposes. Included parking, wifi, breakfast, workout center and pool. Compared to other properties a very good deal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Absurdly overpriced. It’s a nice place to stay in this small city but it is nowhere near worth what they charge to stay there. They offer snacks at $4 a bag for a small bag of chips. Be ready for $100 deposits on top of whatever you pay on Expedia. The staff is nice, I have nothing bad to say about them. It’s the extremely overpriced rooms that is just not worth it at all. Given they are the only hotel in Haverhill they get away with it. The rates are as high a a hotel in Boston.

I would come back again. But several problems in the room. Very small trashcan, the freezer part of refrigerator was frozen over and the TV was difficult to use. Very hard to change channels and no channel guide.

The staff was nice and the property was clean and well managed. Nice and simple hotel that includes a buffet. However, $300 a night to stay at a Hampton Inn (not including the $100 a night incidental cost) is really out of touch. The hotel is not a $300 a night hotel, which is what I paid. Very overpriced. It’s clean and nice and has Netflix and the location is fine if you’re in Haverhill, but it’s totally overpriced.

We stayed here for the night on our way up to Canada. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and spacious. My only criticism is that the bed was really uncomfortable which was disappointing because the previous times we've stayed, the bed has always been fine.

2 night stay while traveling for a wedding. Great location, right off the interstate. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good hot breakfast (cold options too) , clean rooms with comfy beds. Kids enjoyed the smart tv so they could watch Netflix. Would book again!

No one was at the desk when we came to check in at 7pm. When they finally arrived, they were not kind to us and the others that had lined up while we were waiting for someone to help us. Water pressure was bad and the TV didn’t work either.

The staff was very friendly but the property was not kept up well. The hallway was very dirty like it had not been vacuumed in some time. The elevator had garbage liquid leaking from a bag when we arrived. Then outside the hotel we found a syringe bottle in the parking lot. Unfortunately, it is not a location we will be staying in again especially considering the price we paid to stay as well.

Rooms are pretty clean. However, the hotel is being renovated and some dust and debris can be seen on the floor. Pool water was very dirty and we couldn't use. Staff assured us that it would fixed but it was never done. My kids were very disappointed about that.

Hotel was fair. Expensive and they allow pets. Breakfast was subpar for a Hampton Inn. No Oatmeal and only apples for a fruit.

Another nice Hampton Inn. Great breakfast and clean rooms. Best shower on our trip! There are no dining options within walking distance, so we drove to downtown Haverhill and found a good Mexican restaurant. We've stayed at this hotel before and we will stay here again!
