Lets be clear - This is 5 Stars if your'e staying here to get a decent sized, clean, comfortable room on a quiet street central to everything. Just don't get the breakfast (2 Stars).
If you're staying here for exceptional service, night atmosphere and amenities, look on the other side of the square and pay a little.more. I traveled solo, this place was perfect for a 2 day 1st time trip to.Amsterdam. USA NFL lovers, Coco's was a killer place to catch all the games (8min walk).

A great location for exploring Amsterdam. This hotel was modern and clean, there was a good selection at breakfast and all staff were friendly and helpful. We’d highly recommend this hotel.

The first time we stayed at the Radisson blue we had a beautiful room that had more room and had a toilet that actually flushed this time when we rechecked in three weeks later we got a room that has a toilet that has a button on it that would not flush the toilet after talking to the front desk about this they said yes this has been a problem. You just really have to press hard on it to make it flush, I would think that after having complaints about some of the rooms not having toilets that have a system to make the toilets flush, they would be taking care of this problem. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful hotel, and a great location with a good staff.

Great location, very easy to check in and out. Had a great night’s sleep, which I find very rare in a hotel! Really quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

When we arrived, we had to have the plumber called because the bathroom sink would not drain. For an American, the system for turning on bathtub water and then turning on the shower was mystifying. It took me a lot of experimentation to finally figure it out. One part of the wall siding in the bedroom was falling off and despite calling it to management attention was never fixed. And it was nearly impossible to adjust the air conditioning system. An engineer said it was very old and only adjustable from a central source. And a visiting friend in the lobby slotted a rat- he said in central Amsterdam it was impossible to control them. Having said all that, it’s a fabulous location and the staff and service was great.

The person at the front desk (his name is Ricardo) helped us a lot. He was patient and always aim to please...

The hotel is well located and comfortable (which you would expect for an expensive branded hotel). The breakfast choice was excellent. However we found the cleaning standards of the room very poor, and infrequent. (Used glasses were not washed or replaced in a week), and the cleaner knocked on our door at 9pm one night to ask if we wanted the room servicing? also there appears to be no concierge to help elderly customers with suitcases. The services within the hotel were therefore quite lacking.

Convenience, location, cleanliness
3.0
Great reception at the welcoming - got to choose between two rooms - and as the room I preferred wasn’t ready (I arrived a bit before check-in) I got a coffee whilst waiting. Felt like front desk service was great but to actually get the help I asked for was more tricky. For example when I was promised cleaning during a specific time interval it was still missed. Happened two days in a row (first day I asked less specific to be fair). I was sick during my stay so only had the energy to be out of the room for a limited time.
The overall cleanliness felt under expectations as well as the furnishing being old and in need of being replaced (both rooms I was showed had cracked leather furniture) considering it being a 4 star hotel with rooms over €400 a night this was underwhelming.

Great property, in central location. Walking distance to Dam square and Anna Frank house. Very close to hop on boat, tram and bus links make this hotel an excellent choice to explore Amsterdam. Breakfast was good and the restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. Lots of places to eat, red light district and bars 5 minutes walk from hotel.

On a quiet street a couple of blocks away from the square - very convenient location. Room was clean and spacious. Overall two thumbs up

The rooms were spaceous for 2 adults and 1 child (9 yr old). Bathroom is big and the king bed fit the 3 of us rather comfortably. The hotel is located within walkable distance to the canals and restaurants and attractions (i.e., red light district).

I like the breakfast place and the breakfast verity and I don’t like the way that the staff treat the customers, the stay was too noisy the cleaners always talk on the mobiles loudly and shouting all the time.

Friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms close to downtown area

The hotel is nice but there were some glaring issues with our room. We were under a “suite” that was 2 level and all the floors are hardwood. Our “neighbors” were up multiple times in the night and it felt like they were on our heads! Also, below our room was a “coffee shop”, aka marijauana store and our room stunk! Terrible.
