1. Don’t believe the published room rates - totally misleading. There is a $50 per day “resort” fee that they tack on and for what? Turns out it is for internet access (but only for 2 devices!), access to the gym and phone service. Phone service?!? Really?!? Who doesn’t have the own phone these days? Plus the only calls I am going to make are to the hotel staff, so you are charging me to communicate with you? I won’t go into the quality of the gym, but we typically don’t use the gym on shorter trips and don’t need access to it so shouldn’t have to pay for it. I don’t need to mention how ridiculous it is to limit internet access to just 2 devices for $50 / day.
2. Horrible customer service - part 1. Wanted an early start so decided to make coffee in the room but no coffee maker to be found. Called front desk to see if maybe our room was missing one and was chidingly told that they removed coffee makers years ago (as if I should have known that) but that I could go down to one of two Starbucks on the property to buy some. Thanks Planet Hollywood. What is that $50/day charge for again? Clearly not room amenities that every other hotel provides.
3. Horrible customer service - part 2. That morning was met with no hot water. Our showers quickly went from tepid to cold. Contacted front desk and got same woman who abruptly explained that the they had an outage overnight and we should have run the hot water in the sink at the same time. How were we supposed to know that?!?

Awful service. They Make you wait in line to check in only to find out they want to charge $25 more. Roberto a very small minded manager was very hostile to customers. The self parking is a mile walk away from hotel. No coffee in room. No water Nothing. Windows of room are so filthy you can see out of them. Don’t stay at any Caesar properties. You’ll be sorry.

Great service

I had to call housekeeping to clean bath tub cos there were black stains but they weren't able to completely remove it.
So I didn't do my soaking for achy muscles. Also the plumbing is bad.... you could hear water running all the time.... I had to turn on tv loud to avoid it.

Loved this place. Rooms are more modern, staff was friendly. Location is fantastic. My new fav hotel on the strip. It’s just incredibly convenient
3.8
The biggest issue was self parking and then walking a million miles to try and find the check in. The signs were basically non existent and everyone we asked for directions just kept pointing.
3.8
Love it. You can get everywhere from the hotel.

The room was great. Quiet, loved the bathroom. Literally fudge the parking situation. Using self park is a joke - it forces you to walk through the mall beneath the hotel which I did not know about when I booked and wouldn’t have booked PH if I did. With two young kids this was rough! I found a way through the series of elevators and escalators to go from the lobby to the self park area which I shouldn’t have had to do. Being forced to go through the maze of slot machines and Miracle Mile shops literally designed to trap and confuse people is not cool on the hotel’s part simply because we didn’t want to pay for valet.

Really good. Nice large room with extra large bathroom. Nice view. Convenient location. Pet friendly

Our stay was excellent.
We were very welcomed when we arrived.
Our room was very comfortable and clean.
We found it very easy to get around the hotel and partake in the dining areas and casino.
We felt very safe around the hotel and surrounding area.

We booked a specific room, and although it was (online) confirmed, by the time we came to the hotel, they claimed that due to booking being made via intermediate (Hotels.com) they could not guarantee (paid for) room.
However, when we made a point of this (moving all luggage back and forth) they did re-assign requested room to us.
Room was outstanding, facilities outstanding, however very pricey (especially around the swimming pool). Great stay, great environment, overall a great place to stay (especially being in middle of everything).
3.8
Location, location, location. The hotel is old and dirty but you can't beat the location and affordability.
3.8
Ordering food from the hotel app was a disaster. The hotel cleaning staff wanted to clean and turn the room at 10 PM and waited in line for over 30 minutes to check in. Not ideal and not impressive whatsoever.

This was our first trip to Vegas and chose the planet Hollywood location due to its perfect placement on the strip. Unfortunately the problem we had was the cleanliness and hot water issue in the hotel. On two different days back to back we only had cold water for the showers. I called the front desk and they were not very concerned about the issue and only said it happens due to it being early in the morning. Mind you both times this was around 10am so not being able to take a good shower two times is disappointing. The other issue was the house keepers did not clean our rooms or make the bed, we had to find them in the hall as they were leaving to come back and do it. Overall the experience was fine but those two things are basic things you expect from a hotel especially based on the cost.
3.8
The view of the strip was great, my wife and I really felt comfortable. this was our first staycation and we really enjoyed ourselves.
3.8
Parking was confusing. Check in was long, first guy dressed like a nurse (halloween) messed up on programming our keys. Also did not provide any useful info like north or south elevators. Room was mostly clean. Bathroom floors were dirty, faucet handles needed repair, one of the sinks was clogged and toilet wldnt stop running water. View was terrible so be aware, if ur room is cheap, expect a terrible back lot view. Location was great but casino reeked of smoke. They allow smoking apparently. We only stayed 1 day so we dealt with it but if staying longer, stay elsewhere
3.8
The room was very clean and the staff were friendly.
3.8
Fire alarm went of at 4.30am, took 40 minutes to get anyone on the phone to tell them. Room is very aged and dirty.
3.8
Might be biased but/because we got a free upgrade to a panoramic room. It was unexpected so imagine the smiles on our face when we walked in and saw the view!
3.8
no house keeping at all
3.8
Connecting room option was great!
3.8
Parking was the biggest hassle. Check in was a little long. All of the rest - great. Gordon Ramsey Burger highlight of stay.
3.8
Pool music starts playing way too early with the bass bumping. Annoying
3.8
My room was over looking the pool and every morning at 8am the music would play so loud I could not sleep. I called to change rooms they said to go down stairs. I spoke to front desk they said no room available they would text me. At 6pm not text so I called and asked to speak to a manager waited 30 minutes to be told there is no manager available. The agent told me to downstairs again and speak to agent. I told I tried that please have someone call and I never heard from anyone for next two days. I stayed here before and was not bad but this experience will make me think twice if I will stay here again. Good location room wasn’t bad for price. Service was not good. I get they are busy but that’s unacceptable.
3.8
Truthfully..... my wife and I were just trying somewhere new on our way down to AZ for the winter, We've stayed at All the other LV hotels but we're encouraged by our Son In Law to give Planet Hollywood a try. what a mistake! Rude at check....just asking a couple questions When asking for help or guidance we were made to feel like idiots.....pretty sure they won't care but we won't be going back.
3.8
Only spent one night, was in town for a show, wish we could stay longer but will be back. Great affordable shopping nearby, good eating choices, and overall great facility.
3.8
The hotel needs upgrades. Shower, tub and sink drains very slow. Toilet is loud when flashing. Of all the rooms in the hotel, ended up next to the elevator and you can heard the lift go up and down. Do not plan to stay here again.
3.8
Always a great time here. Our favorite hotel to stay at when we visit Las Vegas.
3.8
The room smelled like sewer in the bathroom the windows were so dirty check in wax a nightmare after spending time in the line 3 times to check and told to use the kiosk when I had booked 3 rooms and would only let me check one …..and told to come back after 3 to check I for the others rooms and then the Lind wax even longer
3.8
Yhe experience was amazing. We even upgrade to a better since it was our first time staying at that hotel.
3.8
Stayed for one night between stops. Spacious room and bathroom. Easy check-in on app.
3.8
Old, Smokey and broken. Toilet leaked and ran all day/night. WiFi kept cutting out and blocking from gaining access without paying $15 for an additional device, even though I only had two.
3.8
Sink was leaking and tv channels were very limited
3.8
Nice sized room, very clean, great location. Had a great time!
3.8
The hotel rooms are very run down. The beds are so uncomfortable it was hard to get a good nights sleep. The wall paper in the room was falling apart, the windows were not sealed well so you could hear everything on the strip clearly. This also made it, so you could smell the food from outside in your room.
3.8
Good location but generally speaking there is very few people that is proactive and kind. The check-in process is a mess, too slow and too innefficient even with the automated option
3.8
Great stay!! Perfect for last minute booking we did for our anniversary!
3.8
Hotel was clean and in great location. Room was not cleaned one day and unfortunately we were separated from our family as our booking for 2 rooms were put in different towers. Would be great if they offered breakfast
3.8
Fab place to lay your head while in Vegas
3.8
Honestly disappointing, the rooms felt small and cramped. The tub and sink could not drain water at the same time so the water would just sit. The casino felt limited. Just mich worse than other places on the strip. The pool had extremely limited seating leaving your only option to swim being renting one of their cabanas.
