We loved The Little Nell and cannot wait to return. This is a small boutique hotel with understated elegant and exceptional service!
Thank you Joe and the team for making this a memorable trip!

Five star hotel! Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if ever I am in Aspen.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The service is exceptional, the pool area is wonderful, the “living room” area is SO comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Transportation to other mountains in Aspen by the staff was super convenient. Concierge staff made great dinner plans for us. Maid service was spot on and stocking of free snacks in mini bar and non-alcoholic drinks were just what was needed after a long day on the slopes.

Perfect location and perfect staff! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. They helped book our dinner reservations as well as daily activities like fishing and biking.

Top shelf service in a lovely hotel property located directly next to the ski gondola. What more could you want? The room service was fantastic and fast arriving. The concierge was knowledgable about the area and suggested several great activities and even booked them in advance of our trip. It's cozy but modern. We actually ended up lounging in the room by the fireplace for much longer than intended just because it was so comfortable.

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The staff is amazing, the rooms are incredible and the food is delicious.

For the money, and the amount of times I have stayed, this was my least favorite visit to the property. The staff was amongst the enjoyable, and I rather place the money in their pocket. The mountain view room was a view of a wall, both times. The redone rooms are starting to feel a bit trendy and less expensive, the old rooms just look like they have been left to waste until the redo can happen. Not the 5 star experience I have come to know of the The Little Nell for.

Large lovely room stocked with free snacks and cold beverages (alcohol was not free of course). Staff was helpful and super friendly. We requested a Mountain view with a balcony and they were able to get us in one! Only downside is that the rooms are pricey around the holidays. To be expected for a 5 star hotel.

The Little Nell is a delightful hotel with all the comforts of home. From the minute you arrive at the airport, the service is attentive. Transportation to and from the airport as well as anywhere in town was so convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The snack bar was refilled each day and there were nice touches such as water placed beside the bed each night.
Our only complaint would be the lack of service around the pool area. We asked the waitress for water several all times and she never returned.

The staff went over and beyond for every detail of our trip. This is my second summer stay at Little Nell. This year I brought along my entire family. Everyone was impressed!!

The little nell has it all. Perfect location at the bottom of the slopes, attractive facilities and doting staff. They’ve thought of every amenity one could ever need!

Impeccable service! From the moment we arrived to when we left everyone was so helpful and nice. Our room was beautiful and the view of Aspen Mountain was incredible!

So many details at the Little Nell are just perfect. Loved the room and decor - comfy but also not like the standard overstuffed Ralph Lauren-heavy ski lodge.
Amazing restaurant and room service. Loved the gym and it's cardio equipment
Pool was small but nice enough.
Great location right at base of mountain. The location wasn't as critically important for us since we were there in summer and not so wowed by being at the base of the ski lift! So I wouldn't have minded a slightly more off he beaten track location... but that's just me as a non-skiier going in summer!
Staff super attentive and fast and gave superb advice and help.
Loved the towels and sheets and spacious rooms.
My only complaint/suggestion would be to have self-serve tea/coffee in the roooms. There was complementary coffee/tea in lounge in morning but would be nice to have in rooms as needed
Also we asked in advance (and gave flight details) about a ride from the airport upon arrival (just a 10 min drive). No one was there when we arrived so I Called up. Would be ideal to tell guests that they should call when they land on the runway upon arriving to give the front desk time to send a driver. Totally NO big deal at all since we hardly had to wait! Just thinking for older couples or families with kids who arrive late night that this advice could expedite a sleepy arrival :)
Aspen is such a lovely place and the little nell made us feel so special yet so at home!

Rooms are renovated. Views facing mountainside are my 1st choice, however, the town view looked fun. Location is perfect! Service was too only shortcoming was w/ food service. Took a long time to get service after being seated in restaurant. We struggled to find staff to find someone to take our order @ the pool. Otherwise, everyone from doormen to the GM extremely professional and kind. Will DEF stay again!
