Overall our stay was good however the second day the key didn't work but the office quickly fixed the issue. Overall the rooms are very old but the sink and the bathrooms are in decent condition.

The associate in the front says it's $30 for late checkout, but we were making a complaint about them. Having a rat in the wall in the room that we stayed in for a week as well as cockroaches, only takes $5. The room price, which is a $100.
This place is badly infested, and somebody needs to do something about it. Nobody should stay here period

It's obvious the management and owner don't care about the upkeep of this property.
Flys in the room. Walls need scrubbing and painting. Limited landscaping is being done on the property: dead grass, dead trees with hanging limbs in the entrance way, pool is pure green filled with algae.
Loitering by the homeless with their dogs.

DON'T STAY HERE ONLY BECAUSE I STAY HERE. IT'S CAUSE IT'S THE ONLY PLACE THAT EVER HAS AVAILABILITY WEEK BY WEEK AND MONTH BY MONTH GETS MORE DISGUSTING

They should get the property updated to repairs painting and cleanliness for the comfortable and safer stay. I had to check out so fast due to the off smell. Chair covered in ash. Everything dirty and homeless people coming in and out of structure yelling and fighting.

Excess wear, including a dirty (green water) pool visible in the grounds exterior. Room reasonably clean and comfortable. Excess hallway noise and loiterers about the grounds(They don't appear to be guests!).

Everytime i stay here theres a issue like no buckets to put the ice in...never 😒 we are always put in the back of the hotel like where there are no cameras very loud noisy
They charge 1 dollar for a extra key card eveytime u get locked out ur room when should get 2 cards if theres two people in the room i have stayed here more then 6 times and i feel discriminated against, I mean, there's one guy. He's really nice. He's always respectful just doing his job. I suppose, let the rules now. This place are illegal.
And when people have a complaint, they should get accommodated.

The roaches and bed bugs... proof after investigation and no refund. Just a discount on another stay but I'm never ever going back 💯

My stay there was horrible the tv did not work. Phone to call the front seat didn’t work. The lights went out for like 6 hours and later on that night they went out again. There was bumbs hanging out by the stairs doing drugs. Trash everywhere. Pool was closed and dirty. My kids were not able to get in the pool. Weird people walking around. I was scare not comfortable at all. I was more concerned about my safety there.

There was garbage piles around property, pain was flaking off the bathroom door, unpainted wall patches and there were spots on the bathroom wall (hoping it was makeup?). I really didn’t feel safe out side and was also worried about my car.
Sheets and towels were clean and the AC worked.

Non smoking king was a queen that had been smoked in. Appears they have government funded homeless people there. Trash all over. Pot smoking in parking lot. Wood trim rotted in bath. Socks were filthy after 5 minutes walking on floor. Towels pathetic. Party in parking lot till midnight. Started back up at 1.

Clean grounds and pool.
But too many homeless and Riff Raff walking freely on motel property. Gives you an uneasy feeling, and makes you look over your shoulder quite a bit.

Floor was filthy. Looked like it hadnt been swept or mopped. None of the outlets worked to charge phone or plug in my blow dryer.

Stayed in mobility accessible room with roll-in shower. The room door was missing weatherstripping or something at the bottom which allowed bugs & dirt into the room. The deadbolt lock wasn't aligned properly and was unusable. The ceiling was spotted with some sort of dirt/crap. Location definitely had questionable clients... people hanging out in the parking lot, young kids running around late at night, homeless, etc.

Horrible!! My room smelled like cigarettes (non-smoking room), the location was horrible as well as parking. Got to the hotel after hours and a lot of homeless and random people hanging out in the parking lots in groups. Very scary walking with small children. people just watching and cursing all night. Worse hotel I've ever stayed out and for a Travelodge and can't forget the flies. there was at least 20 flies in the window of the room and ceiling.

Stay was very uncomfortable, homeless people around the whole facility, loud talking & screaming all night trash piled up in two areas that I saw. Window dressing lite fabric so you can see creepy people's walking by day & night, to me & my wife the place felt unsafe, I would never return here, full time residents here as well.

Some of the walls were dirty. Wall paper was coming off. Bathroom door needs to be replaced. Bathroom was dirty. The whole room needs a good paint job. The whole hotel needs an upgrade. Parking lot was full of rocks on the floor. I was going to take pictures but didn’t do it at the end. I stayed in room 127 if you want to send someone to check it out. I believe for the room it’s worth about $50 per night not $122 what O was charged. I’d be happy getting at least half of my money back for the condition the room is in.

Extremely dirty property & trash all around surrounding parking areas. Garbage cans overflowing with trash outside unattended for 4 days I was there. Handicapped rooms are in need of repair of walls, ceiling & doors (some had mold). Hand-held Shower equipment broken. Sprinkler system boxes exposed & holes in ground outside my room. Pool was not opened. Drug paraphanalia (crack pipe) was found behind the headboard area of my room. Disgusting! There was a drug bust this morning as I was packing my vehicle. Hotel was surrounded by four Hemet PD vehicles. I will NEVER STAY at a Travelodge again OR book a reservation through Expedia. I request a REFUND /REIMBURSEMENT for the unsafe environment of this hotel. Wyndham could be sued or help liable for happenings on this property.

The check-in people were very nice! However, the area was very sketchy and there were young guys hanging out in the parking lot. The room was clean, but there was a tremendous amount of damage to the room like previous holes in the wall, and the baseboard was severely damaged. I have never stayed in a motel room that looked this bad! The hotel parking lot was adjacent to the parking lot for Denny’s, which also had a cocktail lounge. I did not go to dinner there that night, because I did not even feel safe walking across the parking lot. I forgot to mention that my interaction with the check-in person was through a window because the door to the lobby area has been broken (glass) and it was boarded up! I would not recommend any single woman staying here by herself, because there are many other better options in the area.

Nice quiet inn

The propert out side looked ok. there is no Lobby, you have to transact everything from an outside window. They ask for cash deposit to check in.
Room was old, smelled musty, lights were flickering.
The location made me and my wife feel unsafe.
2.5 / 5.0
Excellent customer service, maids and maintenance were very polite when I ask them questions.
The only thing that I observed is that there is a lot of activity outside the rooms with people that are not staying in the hotel walking around or on bicycles and for that reason the hotel should have Security in place and secure the hotel area, personally I didn't feel safe leaving the room at night to get something from my car.

Room smelled disgusting for being a non-smoking room. The walls were filthy and for boards killed two roaches, and TVs are outdated and small.

The worst experience ever! The motel is in a shared patking lot opposite a Dennys that had a cocktail lounge. The area was not only loud all night but nefarious people including hookers and druggies were right outside my room. Although on the second floor, activity throughout the night, including police action, loud music ftom idleing cars, etc. First thing in morning, I checked out and cancelled the second night. The clerk told me he wasn't authorized to credit my account and referred me to your site. When I contacted Hotel.com dealt with a chat agent and was referred back to motel! Seriously how do you expect anyone to use your services again?

The hotel room was fulthy, dirty stains on the chair and bed. The pool was closed, probably to keep the zombie drug addicts from using it as a toilet/bathtub.
We left after 30 minutes are are hoping to get a full refund.

They should really have a 0 star option. I normally don’t mind some noise but people were up and down the hallways running, shouting or just hanging out in the middle of the night. First impression when we parked was “let’s go to another hotel”. Never again am I staying at this hotel. A lot of undesirables and crackheads just hanging around their cars. This is just the outside of the hotel. When we built up the courage to check in next horror was the hotel room itself. I requested for non smoking and of course got a smokers room. The walls were dirty, the bathroom door looked like someone punched it a few times. The floor was sticky and no power outlets to charge my phone. do yourself a favor and DONT COME HERE.
