Room was great, however, the room was warm and regardless of what temperature I set the thermostat to, it blew warm air. I eventually just turned off the system.

The only issue was some rude people close to our room that hed their door opening and slamming shut about 20 times until 3:00 AM. I should have called security but I didn't. So, my one night stay was almost sleepless, but that isn't your fault. Some people are just rude and disrespectful.

The Fireside Bar service was substandard as wait time was long and the hot toddy I ordered was cold. The front desk gave me a free drink coupon to make up for this. My toilet was clogged in the room but I waited until the AM to let them know as I only had a one day stay. The room was excellent on a high floor.

It was a lovely place to stay. A resort with a golf course(didn't need). Beautiful grounds and nice to walk around. Breakfast was great.

We stayed for a date night. Check in and out was easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. It is an older hotel, but nicely updated. It’s in a great location!

The best aspect of my stay was the helpful Guest Services Staff member, Oliver. He was so helpful in answering my transportation questions. He also drove the Hilton shuttle and took me/picked me up at several locations within a 4 mile radius. Shoutout to Oliver. Thanks again.

Great stay here! The property was nice, staff was friendly, and had a lot of eating options on site (just only at certain times). The room was nice and quiet, and a very comfortable bed. The shower didn’t feel super clean but otherwise the room was very nice and parking was easy. Would recommend and stay here again!

Loved the area. Quitness

Very impressed with the staff at this hotel. Very nice and fast service. Rooms could use a little updating for as fancy as the hotel is but they’re clean and working and I truly have no complaints. Highly recommend

Poor front desk and cleaning staff customer service. Lights out in elevators. Poor staffing levels and unfriendly.

Really nice hotel. Great room and beds. The pool is so so.
The bar downstairs was great. Very nice staff. Location is accessible to a lot of restaurants.

Beautiful property. Clean and quiet rooms. Lots to do and see on the grounds. Excellent dining. One of those places where you can stay for a long weekend and never leave the property!

This place failed to get us a room! The front desk staff was rude especially April, she was one of the worst people I’ve dealt with! I will never stay here!

Food and dishes left in the room after it was cleaned. One water bottle in the fridge for three days. Was not allowed to have another one unless I paid for it. I didn’t get the room that I reserved.

The hotel looks so much better in photos online that in person. We booked here due to all of the family friendly amenities, the outdoor pool, etc....and they have the amenities, but they aren't special or worth paying extra for. We should have just booked at a standard hotel....disappointing. Also, our AC was super loud and the front desk was not interested and did not offer us anything to assist.

The rooms are in need of repairs. Touch up paint cleaning windows. Our door lock was coming apart. Our reserves two rooms for our party and only one was available at 4:30. We asked that our rooms be close so we could be close to our family but they were unable to accommodate. They also didn’t care that check in was at 4 but our room wasn’t ready. It created an inconvenience for our family and they didn’t try to make it right. I understand things happens but they should have offered a discount or a free buffet but they offered nothing. For the cost of the rooms you think they would stay up on the maintenance. We will find another location to stay next time.

Booked a suite with balcony through Expedia. Checked-in went to room to find another guest in my suite. Front desk attendants had no clue why someone was in my suite, told they had no other suites and would have to accept standard room for night and speak with management in morning. Got apology from Gen Mgr, food and drink coupons, but no refund for Suite even though I did not get it. Neither Hilton or Expedia will refund me and they keep pointing the finger at each other.

This Hilton is not at the quality that we expected for the price; it's not even the same as the Garden Inn brand. The property is tired, the elevators strain to work and only 1 or 2 seem to function. Our safe was not working and it took 3 phone calls and four visits to fix it the following day by a second competent tech. There was a welcome text that was never followed up on when I replied that we needed help with our safe and later our remote control that worked on and off for our small TV. The AC did not cover the room - one side freezing and other hot (it was very hot). The indoor pool and spa were not maintained - mess in the pool from foamies, I was hit by water gun spray and the spa water was disgusting - no one from the hotel seems to care about how kids took it over screaming inside. The food by the outdoor pool was barely edible - the nachos said real cheese but it was ballpark cheese whiz with salty chips. And the margarita is in plastic bag! Ugh.The dinner at the Fireside Grill had us waiting over an hour for our food that was average. Only bright light for food and service was the Bar & Grill on the ground level. The breakfast buffet was less than average and the "chicken sausages" were dumped into the bacon grease plus the "included" breakfast was inconsistently billed each of our 3 mornings. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE GUEST SERVICE HOTLINE! There were events in the hotel and we were woken up both nights at midnight and 2 am by loud guest.

Great place to stay. The room seemed a bit dated, but I’d stay again for sure!

Our stay was lovely. Comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, modern and clean rooms. We tried to play pickle ball but the equipment was already checked out every time we asked. We went to the driving range instead, which was fun and included! The pool is really nice and pleasant. There were a fare amount of families/kids but it wasn’t overly crazy in the pool. The area is kinda weird because it’s just office park, but the hotel property has enough to do that you don’t really need to venture out.

Restaurants could have more choices.stayed there 5 nights, was only cleaned once

Wonderful resort! The staff were attentive and always asking if we needed help. The bath in the room we had was amazing. We got a couples massage and it was the cherry on top of our vacation. Only about 30 minutes from RedRocks which is why we were there.

Most of the restaurants at the resort were closed and I couldn’t book any kind of spa appointment even though I tried three days before I got there. The grounds themselves are absolutely gorgeous, but it’s mostly industrial around the complex. Desk clerk was lukewarm at best. Very expensive considering the service and lack of amenities.

Great place to stay. Spa was amazing and so was the golf course!

The service has been impeccable in our circumstances. We are moving to Denver and are booking a night by night as we wait for our truck with all our belongings to arrive. They accommodated an upgrade and move to a bigger room. Hands down amazing service.

Went there for a wedding. The resort is beautiful. The draw curtain was hanging off of a couple of hooks, so made the room looked unkempt even though it wasn’t. Room was clean. Front desk staff helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

We arrived early evening after a 15hr drive and a day at Rocky Mountain national park. The front desk person at checkin was disinterested in helping us. Also the beds were not the best.

We loved our stay at the Inverness! The Breckinridge Brewery downstairs is amazing (delicious and convenient), the gym is well kept and clean, Monica and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We’ll stay here again!

Very clean room.

Nice room but the bathroom was extremely tiny. The poor lighting in the bathroom made it impossible to see to shave. The lighted makeup mirror mounted on the wall was burned out. Lastly, we were invaded by an ant infestation when we woke up. Too many issues to return.
