We lost power due to a storm so decided to check into a local hotel. They were very accommodating. Rooms were clean and decorated nicely. Enjoyed the pool though it had very loud echo. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This hotel was amazing! The rooms were clean (a pleasant bleach smell when you walked in), and there was a real breakfast with eggs, bacon, omelettes, etc.

My issue was not with the property, but with Travelocity. Despite having my receipt in hand from Travelocity showing that I had paid for the room, the hotel had no record of payment. When I called Travelocity, the agent tried to get me to pay at the hotel, promising me a refund on my credit card for what I had already paid “in seven to ten business days.” No thanks. I spent 45 minutes back and forth with Travelocity arguing with them to release the funds that I had already paid. Wasted my evening and missed my dinner reservation. In the end, Travelocity finally released my money and paid the hotel. What a waste of time. Never happened to me before. Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Travelocity that day.

Spent a couple nights with granddaughter. No complaints with the exception that breakfast fell short on our second day. biscuits and gravy were offered but only biscuits were available. The bathroom space is quite tight but the entire room was very clean. Will definitely stay again

We had a great stay here. Only negative was when we checked in after 10PM, there were coffee spills or ? in the lobby area (small, but numerous floor stains) and in the beverage area. However, the next AM near the end of breakfast period, staff was mopping the entire lobby/seating area. Was just disappointing it was left that long. Would definitely stay again tho. Probably most comfortable hotel beds we have had.

Holiday Inn Express was great. I usually book through Hotels.com if I don't book through any hotels direct website. Im this case, I went through hotels.com choosing ( Pay at the Hotel ) be warned.this property will automatically charge you. Before you get there on the day of your stay. I was splitting the cost with a friend. I had to call my bank and the hotel to have them reverse the charges immediately. Apparently, this is their procedure with 3rd party sites such as Hotels.com. No where is this to be seen within the fine print. This part could be more transparent for all parties, Holiday Inn, Hotels.com, and The Customer. After this was handled,our stay was great very clean hotel located in Plymouth,MN

The staff upon arrival were welcoming and allowed us to check in early after a long drive. I had forgot some hygiene products and they were more than willing to help me with providing me with some till I was able to get out and buy some. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfy.

Everything was great except the front desk personnel. The woman working 5/7 around 3:30pm was not friendly, didn’t do anymore than the bare minimum, stood at the desk loudly complaining about guests.Not professional.

The room was fine, no complaints. It would be nice if the rooms had a "night light" instead of needing to leave tow lights and a fan on to find your way back to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Whoever gave a rave review of breakfast must not have had the fake omelet. it was like having a folded hot pad. Awful. Plenty of other choices however (including Perkins right next door.
