Everything was fine except the bathroom was a nightmare. The tub was about to bottom out, felt like a waterbed under your feet. No room to stand under the shower head without your body touching the wall and I’m only 5’ 100 pounds. Had to pay $28 a night for parking

The Double Tree was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and my room quite adequate. There was good security. The area around the hotel is fine during the day, but I would not walk around at night alone. Saw some sketchy people nearby.

Hotel was in a good location. Room was cold all night and the thermostat didn't seem to work. Also, I had requested a higher room with a view if possible months in advance. They were all taken by the time we checked in.

Not a great experience. I will say the hotel / room were clean and in a solid location, but we had a lot of issues beyond that. First and foremost, you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the adjoining room, so we were welcomed to the couple next door arguing about their drug and money issues from 2-4 am one night… it was awful. We also had issues with the AC. It only seemed to work about half the time, and when it was, it would randomly start / stop and produce an egg like smell. The rooms also seemed a lot smaller and dingier than the pictures depicted.

The staff was amazing & cordial. They were always available & friendly. The only negative is the rooms were very small & the rub was stopped up. Once i spot with the staff, it was repaired that day. Overall a good experience. The kids LOVED the cookies...
